Reception has improved over the years, customer service is still very spotty at different locations, few locations very good service for customers, while many locations very poor service for πΊπΈ us..
This the worst store ever this guy name Erick is so rude nasty I purchase my watch here I decided to return it he refused to get the watch because I didnt have a receipt he was going back and forth with like he dont even have no customers service I had to wait for 45 minutes to get this to return the watch I will make this guy Erick pays for what he did today that its no problem will see who will win this battle one thing I you should never fight customer and you should never go back and forth I dont know who train him who gives him the power to talk to a customer as nasty as he did I know T-Mobile dont take this nastynest from they employees
Great customer service! This is my go to store good anything TMobile related. All the reps are well informed and provide great service. Do not waste your time going to another store because they are ran very poorly and dont know latest information.

Ok, Ill keep it short and simple. A MUST visit T-mobile store and you will not regret it.Andrew and Team are AWESOME and genuinely helpful.Although, there may be a short wait at times, I didnt mind it because I knew they will assist me in solving all my phone problems.Great customer experience and satisfaction all around.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I live in FT. Washington, MD and happen to be in Gaithersburg one day to visit a friend. I needed a replacement protective screen walked in not knowing the type of wait and to my surprise they were able to see me very quickly. My sales rep Stephanie A M A Z I N G!!! So sweet, patient, and she knows her stuff. She recommended a service and even followed up with me via text after talk about GOOD SERVICE! Letβs just say I would take that 40 minute drive to see them again!!Thank you so much for reminding me see why I joined T-Mobile in the first place.See you guys again!
Christian Maduro took great care of us switching our lines to a business account from Verizon. He was both professional and kind and enabled for a smooth transfer. What could have been very confusing was not because he gave clear communication and answered all our questions patiently. Grateful for his help and will be sure to recommend this branch to others who are switching from Verizon!
Came in with my recently upgraded device from Sprint to T-Mobile that was not connecting to the network. Sunny saw that the IMEI of my device did not match what was in the system and he was not able to change it. We went through FIVE (5) customer service reps at Sprint for almost an hour to get NO HELP. Finally we had to facetime a guy playing Minecraft to help us figure out how to fix this problem. Thank you Sunny for putting up with that awful company and walking me through what I had to do. I was able to put the SIM card into the proper device and now everything works.P.S. Sprint did not put anywhere on the box or in the package which device I was supposed to use.

I literally arrived 10 mins before close, and I hate to be that person because I would hate if someone did that to me on a Friday night, but let me tell you. My sales associate Christian that serviced me was AMAZING. He literally laid out my options, I didnβt feel like I was bothering him since it was only 10 mins till close....the fact that i live in VA and came here to MD to get my phone changed, you can really tell where the customers will go. Love this location and the staff. Even tried to hire him at my job. Hahah. GREAT WORK
Christian at the Gaithersburg Square location is awesome!! He helped me upgrade my phone & answered all my questions with no problem. He even printed all my options and walked me through them. Sunny was absolutely terrific! He greeted us with a cheerful demeanor and solved our problem in less than 5 minutes. Within 10 min, we had a new SIM card thanks to Sunny and was on our way! Sunny is the absolute best. He is the ONLY person Iβve ever worked with at any service provider across T Mobile and Verizon that has really gone above and beyond to make sure that he informed me of all of the options as a newcomer starting a new phone plan with T mobile, and really felt like he put the customer needs first.I went through a 3 hour encounter at the Germantown Seneca Meadows Parkway location with Dylan Frye & a new employee named Alex which caused a ton of inconveniences, but Sunny went back and resolved all of those issues while even also offering me compensation through the Customer Care team for the number of hours I spent in store and stress it caused. My family is looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile once our contract ends and we look forward to coming back to seek Sunnyβs guidance. I am always weary of mobile phone stores generally, but you can trust Sunny. He has such a professional behavior and maintains a very positive attitude - you can tell that he is experienced & customer service is clearly his fortΓ©! Thank you Sunny once again and I look forward to being back.
Never again. I went in for a simple upgrade, the person who helped me (Demetrius) was more preoccupied with singing, making jokes and being an all around attention seeker than processing it correctly. Called customer service and they told me it could be fixed in store. Nope. Thankfully Kiera (sp.?) helped us out even though T-Mobile got it wrong AGAIN and nothing could be done in store. Save yourself a headache and go to the T-Mobile on Shady Grove.

Sunny and Andrew were both very professional. Sunny helped us set up our phones with T-Mobile after 20 years with Verizon. Sunny was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He knew just the right plan and saved us at least 25% on our phone bill while getting us three brand new phones at the same time.
Very attentive reps! Santiago and Christian knew product and promotion information like Tmoble Tuesday aka Taco Tuesday ;p They also noticed an error on my account done by Jeff and corrected it on the spot. We were offered water while waiting. Great teamwork and communicated well with us and incoming customers in English and Spanish Gracias!!

Went in to find out about pricing on a promotional plan I saw and received great customer service and gained a ton of knowledge from the 2 gentleman working. This store is brand new and a much better experience than the one inside the mall. Very happy they moved in near where I live. Very happy T-Mobile customer

Was going to get a new phone at Verizon and saw there was a T-Mobile. Figured Id stop in and see what they have to offer and have to say I was blown away by the service I received. Liza was absolutely incredible and helped me with everything I needed including answering every question I had. Their manager Bret was great and brought us water when he heard my husband say he was thirsty. Definitely recommend this location if you are in the area. Service has been phenomenal as well which made us more excited about coming over. Liza and Bret also told us about Tmovile Tuesday where every Tuesday there is free stuff to get. Awesome!

After receiving pathetic customer service from T Mobile Store located at Shady Grove and Lake Forest Mall. I was skeptical to try out this Store but when I visited the store it was way beyond my imagination.The Representative of the Customer Service Mr. Sunny and the Store Manager were awesome, very professional and very courteous.I would be so glad to visit again, and would so very much recommend anybody to visit this store.

If you have been in the store in the last year. be careful and make sure you check your bill. the employees and managers have added unauthorized services everytime Ive came into the store.

One of the guys put screen protector on my phone which cost 50$ . Said if you have boubles come back .boubles appeared on my phone next day so I came back to change it .but I needed a box from screen protector in order to change it . I did not have it with me .i asked one of the guys if we can do it without box because I need to drive 20 min home and back to get it. They said no and sent me home to get it. when I came back they said they dont have a new one and took the screen protector out of my phone and left expensive phone unprotected .In my opinion they shouldve checked it before sending me home if they have one making me spend more money and time .
Please visit other store. They arent professional. I was trying to transfer old SIM card to nano SIM for my phone. But they said that I need to purchase new SIM card for my phone. So I visit the other store at Lake forest mall. They are simply figure it out. Just bring SIM card cutter and make nano SIM card. It works perfectly. I think that they arent professional. I dont recommend this store.
Absolute worst customer service out of any T-Mobile store I have ever been to! Thankfully, T-Mobile its self has great customer care so calling to fix my issues was not a problem. Will not be giving this store one more ounce of my energy, time OR money.

I had one of the best experiences at a technology retailer today at the TMobile Store in the Gaithersburg Square Shopping Center. Tanner, the Assistant Store Manager helped me set up the new iPhones that I had purchased from TMobiles corporate online retailer. He was extremely patient and diligent in porting over numbers and transferring data files from our very ancient phones. I felt no pressure to buy anything, however, I was so pleased with the service that I received that I ended up purchasing a wireless, Samsung double- charger unit. I plan on purchasing more accessories, etc. from Tanner in the future. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Store has capacity of 2 customer per hour. Get everything you need the first yome, or you will suffer when you come back. God help you if your issue needs the manager, you never see him. I would never go to this store.
Rude staff, joking around the store almost like children. I went in to get a new sim card for my new phone. The rep told me Id have to buy a new one for $26.50, Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years and never had to pay to adjust a sim. I said I had one cut down last year at a T-Mobile in VA and he rudely tells me absolutely not, never ? So I called T-Mobile, the rep on the phone said it could be cut if I wanted. So I went to the T-Mobile across the street. Immeadiately got greeted and signed in. Didnt have to pay 26.50, got it for FREE, and they offered to try and cut it down first. No horsing around, no bs.This is the T-Mobile you go to if you want less service.
This T-Mobile store is the worst of them all. Have this location closed..Manager at this location should have his tile stripped off and lean the basic of what customer service is all about!! This is not the last, Iβve already contact the corporate office to finish this matter.Please stay away from location..
I went into the store to help a dear friend who is having some health problems Arnold the young man behind the desk did everything he could to unlock my friends phone to no avail I was very pleased with the customer service T-Mobile stores are locked as they only allow one customer in the store at a time the staff is wearing masks and they adhere to social distancing protocol!

Because of laziness or lack of understanding how their own company work, we have to wait 2 months to get our phones and to start the service.Detail:we opened the account for 4 lines and order 4 iphone 7. The guy put all phone in one order and ask us if that is ok. We specially raise the question if they are in one order, will phones will ship separately so we all dont have to wait for the jet black. and he said: YES, IT WILL SHIP SEPARATELY AND DONT WORRY....We found out later that T-mobile will not ship any phone out until all 4 phones are available. The jet black probably wont be in stock until mid Nov.. We placed the order on Sep 10.
