The manager Jocelyn had a really bad attitude.She rolled her eyes and spoke to me without any patients. When I asked her if there was a problem she said I kept asking the same questions. As a customer I would really like to understand what Im buying, and its very unfortunate that she does not like to be asked questions. It almost seemed as though as she did not want to be bothered or asked anyting. Ive never experienced this before at other locations. Just be prepared for a person with an attitude.

Ive received such friendly hospitality from the beautiful Jocelyn she went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. It was good enough that my issue was solved but even better that she was beautiful. Thank You Metro PCS!!!

Welcome to Hell ! Avoid this store! Joel Garcia was working there the day I was there with what he called A co-worker a girlfriend and a cousin depending on the sentence. This is a horrible store without a noxious attitude from the employees. I am handicapped person and before I left I had to call the police and a rescue squad to help me get out of the store safely. I reported them to Metro PCS headquarters and did not get very satisfactory response except a small apology in the form of a modeled email. Ill actually have to go to Criminal Court to charge the creep who works in the Metro PCS on East Diamond Avenue it is almost completely unapproachable if youre disabled because of the terrible sidewalk thats historic which I like but Im incapable of walking on without a walker and an extensive amount of energy to get around these old cobblestones. Im not saying what anybody should remove the historic cobblestones. I just think you should go to a different store. to get in the store if youre handicapped you need to be with somebody who can walk in the store normally and up the stairs to tell them to open the handicapped door in the back of the store and work the lift if theyre in the mood. But dont let Joel Garcia hear you talk to your friend. he might take it personally and lock you in the handicap lift when you try to escape this store.

Sold me a screen protector that didnt fit with my case and the screen protector then fell off when i got home. I came back and they didnt want to return it.

Terrible customers service at the store. I was trying to transfer my family plan to metro pcs. The store representative had to call manager to get approval, whats even worse is that manager Joe rejected and recommended to go to a corporate store near by to get the free phones due to some corporate rules. When I called 800 customer service, they never had issues of transferring a family plan and having an issue. This store brings questionable reputation to metro pcs as a brand. Recommend to go to another store. We were even asked to leave the store and told they couldnt process any transaction of ours. My wife and I acted totally calm the entire time, being respectful, never rose our voices. The manager if anything on the phone was hostile. But not us. Very odd situation.

Love the great customer service I received from edward set up phones and screen protectors put on for me. Edward was worth me writing the reveiw answered all my questions wasnt rushed along when I asked the same questions again. If you want great service this is the place! Also has great deals on phones.

This company allows FRAUD to be done on your account. DO NOT recommend

Terrible service only one employee spoke english, B they made me wait for about three hours to get customer service . C, they were blasting inappropriate music the entire time . D they sold me items werent compatible with my complete purchase. and E, they only connected one phone from my family plan.

UPDATE BELOW*****Yea, the customer service here IS AWFUL!!!! Theres only 2 reps, who seem to be high school students, sitting behind the counter on the phone texting, not being very helpful. Crappy workers, crappy service... Dont waste. Your time here.....3/2017-FINALLY they got rid of those high school kids and hired a new girl JOHANNA, she is sooo sweet and helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE ! thank God someone hired her, bc I believe she will be the reason more customers will visit, HOWEVER there is one girl left who seems to have a chip on her shoulder, but is helpful, just not in a professional manner..... Keep it up Johanna!
