The service was excellent and handled quickly (about 2 hours). I was disappointed they would not match a competitor quote since it was not on official letterhead. Still happy with the overall experience.

If your looking for professional service this is not the place for you... I setup 2 appointments to have my screen replaced. The first appointment was by phone and when I arrived I was informed that they didnt have the part to fix my device, I was even told I didnt have an appointment. I was told they would order my screen. I left then setup another appointment online 5 days after the first failed appointment. Knowing that they didnt have my screen 5 days earlier I called the afternoon before my appointment and was told they had the the parts in stock. I show up for my appointment the next morning and again Im told they dont have the part and that they could order it. However Im not sure they are even competent enough to order a part as they had already failed at that simple task.If I could provide 0 stars I would, this location is just this side of useless, how they are in business is a wonder...

I made an appointment online to have my Pixel 4XL phone fixed. All that was needed was a battery replacement. However when I got there I was told they did not have my battery and could not order it. I was then told maybe one of the other stores might have the battery. However rather than calling himself he told me to look the numbers up online and call around myself. While I was standing there looking up numbers and calling the other stors in the area another customer came in with an iPhone 12 and asked to get the screen replaced. He was told they did not have the screen and to call around to the other stores. After a third person came in and was told they had the screen but not the adhesive for her screen replacement I got the feeling this person just did not want to do the work. In the end none of the stores in my area had the battery for my phone and the guy with the iPhone gave up after the first call put him on hold and never came back. Ive had much better luck getting a phone repaired from one of the mall kiosk repair shops than this storefront establishment. Not even worth the one star.

Ultimately they fixed my phone properly, but it took them three tries, and several days. When I brought it back for the third attempt, they would not do anything to prioritize my repair.

My husbands phone was thrown off from the balcony of our hotel from the 9th floor by our daughter. Amazingly it did nt shatter (the covered saved most of it). The screen was shattered. We brought it home and gave it to the Fredrick location. They fixed it like new in a day and even replaced the battery.

Very convenient place for fixing phones. They do it quickly on site. And they do have connections to major cell phone brand so that they could have parts available. Making appointment through manufactures website is a safe bet. So that you know you for certified services.

Incredibly bad customer experience I received here. I have been following up since last 2-3 weeks for the front screen repair of my OnePlus phone. I was told by the store executive that they have placed an order for the front screen of Oneplus but they havent received any update on when the parts will arrive at the store. Now after 3 weeks of the order, when I called up again today, the manager of the store picked up and very rudely told me that they dont deal with Oneplus phones repair.I told them that the front screen for the same phone was replaced by them around 4 months back and they can look up in the system using my phone number to confirm the repair was done. The manager was not prepared to accept it and rudely disconnected the phone. After calling the same number again, theyre not even picking up the call at the store.Because of this, now I have lost 3 weeks of my time and the phone is still down with a cracked screen. Very very bad experience. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

I went in to try to get my computer screen fixed and the lady said she didnt kno how to fix my screen. She didnt even try. She said i would have to go to the rockville location but they were gonna close soon so now i have to make another appointment to go to the rockville location. She should have tried tk help me a lil bit more then she did.

If youre phone got wet, then dont bother coming to this place. They cant do nothing if youre is drenched.

I found this place on Google after going to 2 other places to fix my daughters S9 that was acting weird. One place told me it was an internal problem and didnt look much at it. Frustrated I tried uBreakiFix since we were close by. The guy, Nathan, was very patient and listened to me. He kept the phone and text me saying that he ran a Samsung diagnostic and everything was good, so he changed the battery and voila... the phone is working perfectly. Thank you so much, and you bet I will be back.

Fast service, friendly workers, quality work. I thought my phone was done for after a horse stepped on it and the screen wouldnt turn on. Luckily I found out about uBreakiFix! The customer service was great in person and on the phone. There was no annoying automated system to try to figure out. I just called and someone was available to help. Then when I got there Nate fixed my phone good as new within two hours! I could not be more satisfied!

Dropped my iPad of for repair on Sat AM. The technician stated that it would be ready in ~3 hours. I called the following day and I was told it would be wed. I called on thu and it was not ready. I drove in on Sat (1 week since dropoff) to pickup my iPad and take it somewhere else for repair.I feel bad for the guys working there. They dont have enough support or resources. The owner/manager needs to get on the ball, and of course they are no where to be found. I will not go back.

Went to the store on a Monday at 10:30- hand written sign said store hours moved to 11, that’s fine sometimes google is wrong- waited Half an hour Past 11 and they still have not opened, zero signage saying closed today, zero explanation

Great place they were very ethical I took my phone to fix they trouble shoot my phone and they clean the charger port it works great and didnt even charged me.

Made a 10:00am appointment for a repair. Arrived at 10:00am and the store was closed waited until 10:20am and no one ever arrived to open the store. I had to drive to another location.

I had checked with a few other repair shops for replacing the cracked screen on my Pixel. None of them stocked the replacement screen. uBreakiFix had the screen in stock and I made an appointment to drop the cell off the next morning. It was promised for 1:30 pm and I was called at 1 pm to let me know it was ready. Also, they had the lowest price I received.

Hours are not accurate. Sitting outside on Sunday and its closed.

I scheduled online to have my phone repaired only to come in and find out that the store is temporarily closed. There is no indication of this online anywhere and the store voicemail doesnt say this either. I dont know why Im still able to schedule repairs if the store is closed.
