Maison did a fantastic job today with my wife, my son and myself.We had 3 new phones and 2 IPads to change over from AT&T to Verizon.Unlike AT&T, Maison walked us through the entire process. We had a few glitches along the way (not his or Verizon’s fault) and he helped us through to the successful completion of the transfer for all three of us.Great job Maison.Well done.Give this guy a raise and a pat on the back. The Verizon store Downtown Crown has been very efficient in helping myself and my family twice now upgrading our phones and fixing any ongoing issues. They are quick to move customers through and very knowledgeable. We have worked with Mario both times and he is always very knowledgeable and helpful! We have been to other Verizon stores in the area, but this location is definitely the most efficient and knowledgeable.
Fat guy with a beard was lazy and rude. Didn’t care if he helped us or not once he realized he wasn’t getting a sale. I can’t stand this provider with their horrible customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THAY ARE THE WORST. I hope that fat boy finds a job he is good at because he is no good at this job.
Working with Mohit is what made this 5 stars. He explained everything carefully and was patient. When my phones were taking a long time, he helped other customers when he could. A real team player and that impressed me.
This Verizon store is my favorite. The customer service is always great and everyone is willing to help when I go there. I want to specifically extend my appreciation to Mohit and Cozy for being patient with me and helping me with backing up my phone and resetting my passwords since I always forget what it is. I’ve gotten my last 2 phones from here and will definitely be coming back.

Fernando is definitely one of their best associates. I walked into the store a few minutes before closing, and Fernando with a smile assisted me to a purchase of a new phone. This usually takes a while so I offered to come back another time, but he reassured me it wasn’t a problem. Fernando is very competent, fast, and has excellent customer service skills. He is also easy to talk to which makes any wait time go by faster. I’m typically skeptical of making any changes to my plan or buying new accessories, but I trusted his advice and let him guide me in decision making. Very happy I got so much done in such a short time. First comment left by me, but I think this person deserves the feedback. Wow!

Terrible experience at this store. Do not go here! All the staff were disrespectful and incompetent! I was stuck there for an hour and a half to pick up my new phone and then double charged for the taxes and fees due to the sales persons incompetence. It took 3 weeks and tons of phone calls and emails to get this resolved! Ridiculous!Since this store is an authorized retailer you get no support from Verizon for issues that occurred at the store. Only shop directly through Verizon, preferably online, to get decent customer service. I have been a VZW customer since 1997 and this was the worst experience I have ever had with them.

I was at this store to change my carrier and very surprised with how dedicated these guys treat customers like Kings. Dev went above and beyond my expectations. He took time to explain in details everything I need to know. He is very patient person with high professional skill set.

Fernando extended by far THE best customer service I have ever had. Having my own mobile plan for 14 years and dealing with several different carriers, this was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had. I was trying to switch from Xfinity mobile to Verizon. Xfinity had all of my information messed up and Fernando spent 3.5 hours getting it fixed over the phone for me. He even stayed after hours to ensure it went through, so I didnt have to start all over the next day. Not only did he make this happen, but he also signed me up for Fios, informed of me of several promotions (in total saving me $550) and then upgraded my phone with a $1,000 credit, so I only have to pay $4 a month extra for the new iPhone 13 pro 256gb. He also offered me a bottle of water and I accepted thinking it was bottled water the store handed out. I later realized it was a water he bought for himself, but since I was waiting for so long he had offered it to me. Fernando was patient, kind, knowledgeable, personable, and overall a very memorable experience. He honestly deserves a raise or should be a store manager.
My only complaint is that they didnt send the text that the order was ready for pickup in a timely manner, I only found out it was ready when I called to check on the status (after waiting well past the within an hour I was told it would take to fulfill the order...). Of course the text finally came - after Id already picked up the phone I ordered. Service was good in person, although I felt bad for the poor employees though - the ac for the building was out and looked like it had been based on the # of fans they had going 😕

Maison and Khozaimah and the team at this Verizon location are fantastic. I was going to get a new iPhone online but wanted to see them in person and stopped by. They were incredibly helpful and were actually able to get me a better deal and make the transition seamless.

I came in about twenty minutes after the store opened, and there were already a few other customers. One gentleman was visibly frustrated and demanding (unnecessarily so, in my opinion), but the employees remained professional and courteous. Mason was the rep who helped me, and he was great. Efficient, kind, and explained everything as he did it (I was upgrading my phone, trading in my old one).
I’ve had the worst luck with cell phone providers and representatives for years. Until I went into Verizon and Mohit helped me. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. THANK YOU !!!!!!

Shamail was a great! I visited the store to change carriers and he was more than happy and patient explained the different plans. Once I decided to switch for some reason I totally forgot my password user ID n locked my phone, Shamail was patient n give me options to unlock my phone even though there were other customers entering, he never gave up n we were finally able to switch! My family and I worked with MAISON WHO IS AWESOME AND VERY WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. He was VERY patient, informative, and helpful. He switched my husband over from AT&T, upgraded and ordered 4 new iPhones, and upgraded our plans to unlimited AND was able to get us great deals (on our phones, plans, etc). He left no stone unturned. He explained everything and made everything very clear, saving us money. He made a complicated process very easy and did not make us feel rushed at all. I got there pretty late but still received amazing customer care. If I was left alone for an period of time, they would let me know or check on me every once in a while. By the easiest and fastest I have been in and out of a Verizon buying a new phone. Maison was fantastic and transferred everything over to my new phone, put in the screen protector and I was out the door with everything working the was it was supposed to.
He was incredible! I had a problem connecting to the internet, which made his job harder, but he was wonderful about it and we worked around that. Overall amazing, would totally recommend!

After dropping my one year old phone on the concrete, I was debating between repair and replace. I stopped into the store and was quickly helped by a very knowledgeable store representative. He explained the pros and cons of each choice. I did end up getting a new, upgraded Galaxy S20+ and am very happy. He also explained the more protective type of case to buy. Apparently my last case, although gorgeous, was not protective enough!
I received great customer service from this young man and he even transferred all my info from my old phone to the new one. I also purchased an iPad because of the great service I received.

“Cash” was the person who helped me at the Downtown Crown Gaithersburg, MD VZW store. He was fantastic! I had an old iPhone 6 and thought I was set on getting the 11. He easily explained that the better deal for me was actually the new 12. He wrote down the calculations old school on a piece of paper which really helped me see clearly that was the beast deal. Nothing complicated at all. Easy transfer of my data too. I love my new iPhone 12! Highly recommend this store! Thanks!
My experience and the service at this Verizon location was truly amazing. The location is the Verizon store on Copley place in Gaithersburg,MD. My first encounter was with Schmile, he was kind and very informative about the plans and deals Verizon had to offer. My second encounter was with Mario when we went in to switch our service. He was quick and very helpful.I believe this has been by far the best experience I’ve had with any phone service provider.I would highly recommend going to this branch for any help.

We came to this location multiple times to switch carriers and the staff was so impersonal always on their own phones and acted like you were inconveniencing them. We were so turned off that we visited three times and still did not made the switch. The employees last night were finally different employees that were AMAZING I’m glad there was a change of employees at this location. Customer service improved 100%!

My sales consultant was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He perfectly assessed the best options for me. I’ve been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 20, but this experience was the most hassle free. My only complaint was there was only one color option that day for my iPhone SE case. This isn’t the closest store for me, but it’s the one I’ll probably now always use.
