The store staff is not very well prepared to discuss plans and lines

This store doesnt want to help unless you speak Spanish....was very upset with the customer service provided at this location went right across the street to and authorized dealer access the street the check cashing place did what I wanted in 20 minutes and had no problem i also will be reporting this whole thing to boost customer service...Monica needs to be retrained or fired.... she also called me bi**h in the store and neither of the other girls helped just laughing....almost wanted to put hands on her but just left and took my biz elsewhere...shame on boost mobile might even switch companies.

Very poor customer service, they wont put in any effort to help you. Limited communication. I recommend not to ever go to this place.

Sry bad customer service. I was transferred to this location from the boost mobile main number and was hung up on. I have been calling back for 10 mins and have yet to speak to someone. When she answers she starts to speak in Spanish and doesn’t respond when I speak I am trying to understand if this is a joke. I kno it’s the correct number because i here her say the word boost. What is goin on. Where is the manager the owner. If she is busy hire more workers. Terrible

This store is soooo RACIST if you are African American DO NOT GO HERE I came only to wait 45 min. I was the second customer and they helped everyone HISPANIC but me then after my longgggg wait proceed to tell me there’s nothing They can do
