I have worked with Bob at the Gaithersburg office on numerous projects. Each has been quite different, requiring not only different papers and layouts but different capabilities to receive the project I am developing. Initially the firm I work for needed a lot of high-quality fliers and in a hurry. Not a problem, EGI handled it and did great! Next I wanted to create a photo journal about our family vacation. I had begun to put things together, but did not have a clue what I wanted the final project to be. Not a problem. EGI had the right solutions. With their suggestions, I now have 8 projects complete and ready for gift giving. They do excellent work for a fair price. I recommend them to everyone who asks me for printers.

I think I must have the distinction of being the most difficult customer to deal with, but those guys, Bob and the gang, never acted like I was. Always treated me with the utmost respect, patience (WAY above reasonable customer service), kindness and made changes after changes in response to my nit-picking demands. It could have been a candid camera routine. No matter what I threw at them, they accommodated every request and never flinched. To say I recommend them very highly is an understatement! Prepress master Bobby Woodruffs attention to detail and file-format expertise saved us a ton of cash when we printed a multi-page, full-bleed program book with an individual code on one of the pages. Fedex, and some other internet printers suggested running the document in multiple passes - EGI was able to do it all digitally - quickly and cost effectively. While EGI gave us competitive shipping options, because we are local, we were able to examine and pick up the programs right in the shop.
