I recently called over 20 title and tag stores and not one answered the phone. I left complete messages and to this day.....now 2 weeks later only one person called me back. Antoinette speaks very good English and sounds as if she may be a native of Jamaica. I explained to her my issue. In short I have 2 1937 Topolinos one of which is tagged as a street rod. Also I own a 1937 Chrysler coupe that has an old title with a Vin # that is many digits short of todays Vin numbers. I am building another Street rod using the basic parts from this old car. I had tried to get a clean title in my name and after 2 or 3 trips to the MVA I gave up.Within 8 or 9 days Antoinette was able to work with MVA and produced my street rod tags. Her fee is very very fair. She will never be forgotten! What a Great person! She is the real deal and I will send her as many friends as I can. You will not find a better person to help you through the red tape of the MVA!a

Antoinette was very nice and tried to help, but my situation was complicated. This is an old building, the office was very small and gave me claustrophobia. Additionally she was not wearing a mask which added to my anxiety.
