I can truly say I have enjoyed working with you and your company. With that said, after trying a different cord and having success with the picture. I decided to use the existing cable and boom, it worked like before!!! I guess the fickle electronic equipment decided to work after unplugging and re-plugging a few times. Although you weren’t physically here, I completely attribute this success to you and your vast expertise. I can’t thank you enough and appreciate all your hard work. SAS installed a terrific outdoor system (multiple speaker / tv) that looked and sounded great and was easy to use. More importantly, they stood behind their work, helping to tweak things that I wanted done and just replacing a speaker that blew 2 years later for no charge. Highly recommend

I moved into a house in March 2021 with smart home capabilities, but needed to have someone explain how it worked, have everything re-installed, and undo some of the programmed functions that were made by the previous owner. The previous owner recommended contacting Gary at Smart Automation Solutions. Gary was thorough and detailed with his response, and made it easy to set up an installment session with his team. Gary sent a guy named Ryan, who knew everything about the program and how to make things work. He explained how the system worked, what I could make it do, and also mentioned what other features I could add. He went out of his way to make the smart camera on the door-bell work, and took the time to answer all of my nit-picky questions (e.g. how do I cast my smartphone onto the built-in speakers?) I had a great experience. Gary was thoughtful and personalized my experience. Ryan was a pro. I highly recommend their services.
