READ THIS REVIEW -Service was great and timeliness/expectations were correct. The cost was misstated and inappropriate. I seldom leave reviews, but want to protect the consumer from future hardship. Statement of work - $180-diagnose the bad battery $200 parts $60 to install a battery. I could have went to Autozone where they would check it for free, sell me the part, and install it for free. I reached out to Leon (the owner) to explain and he dismissed this as the cost of parts going up. I mentioned that I have no issue with the parts, I have an issue that he performed the work without my consent/quote of price until after the work is complete. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This review is not left in error.

Leon is very knowledgeable, they only sell quality parts that meet manufacturer specifications. You will only get the best parts and service here. They want to make sure you have a great experience and repair your car with the right quality part the first time. They treated me like family and serviced my vehicle as if it was their own. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They installed a water pump on my 2007 Honda CRV and it is running great!

I took my car to them because Nissian in Gallatin kept giving me the run around on my car it was smoking so bad I know I didn’t change oil like I should have but there is no way one year would have done to that oil what was done to the oil it was awful so I took it to Import Auto service he fixed my car no more smoke Nissian done this and that and they said no promise it would work then they told me I would need a new engine but Import Auto fixed my car thank y’all very much

This place truly deserves no stars! The man that owns this business is nothing more than a thief. He charged my brother in law 266.00 to literally do nothing at all. The man said he could find out what was wrong and how to fix it but when it come down to it he wasn’t willing to do anything. So he lied to my brother in law and then over charged him. He also tried to charge him 250 for a battery when my brother in law already had a battery ready to put in the car. The man proceeded to tell him it wasn’t the right one and that the only option he had was to buy the one from him. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here ever. They are rude and will just take your money without fixing anything or they will lie to your face!!!!!!

Ive taken my newer Volkswagen which most shops refuse to work on here multiple times. Leon does great work. If going to the dealership isnt absolutely required, I take my car here as he is always cheaper and the work is just as good.

Owned my vehicle for 10 years now and he over quoted me $60 on a oil change. I was looking forward to getting my a.c. Worked on but who k ow how bad hed gouge the price on that. Dont waste your time. They like to take advantage of womens knowledge.

Great service. They were really friendly. I was thinking Id have to wait since I didnt make an appointment, but they checked it out as soon as I pulled in. Not saying you shouldont make a reservation beforehand but if you dont it doesnt seen like youd have to wait too long for service. Its a little far from where I live, but I wouldnt mind the fortyfive minute drive to get the service I received here.

Leon has decades of experience on foreign cars. Hes always done great work on my older VWs.
