I am giving a five star because they have a great owner and great furniture at the best prices around but I did have an issue on my kids dressers they had to order and said it would arrive in one to two weeks I called after the two weeks and he said it wasnt on the kids truck that had came in and would be two more weeks after that I called and it still was not their and he said he spoke to manufacturer and it would be an additional three weeks. So we decided to go get a refund and he had no problem with doing that even though all sales are final with no refunds but he said he still has orders from November that he is just receiving. The sales guy an older white man could have informed us of how far behind they were but that was on him and doesnt change the fact that the owner is great and furniture is as well

Antonio was an attentive, informative, and no pressure salesperson. It is a no-frills retail space ... but that is probably how they keep their prices down.

These guys were super cool and had no problem selling me a couch and loveseat combo and delivering it AS SOON AS I BOUGHT IT!!! i got an amazing deal and they did a great job. I mean just perfect overall. The only thing they need is a bigger store because they deserve it. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!

It’s rare to feel that your business is valued anymore. That not the case here. I have been to every local furniture store here in gallatin and nobody comes close to these guys. I went in there and found everything I needed already in stock with a few extras. I hade a set budget but walked out of the there like I just robbed the place. You will NOT find better prices for QUALITY furniture anywhere else in town. Not only was it same day delivery but they came and moved other furniture around just to help us set up each room. I mean these guys make it too easy to support local business. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience you guys will thank me when you go check them out

I am so glad that I walked into this furniture store. Gibson furniture didnt have what I wanted in stock, and I couldnt wait 6 weeks, so I decided to stop by here and see what they had. I found the exact couch that I wanted for my space. They gave me a great deal AND delivered within a few hours. I dealt with Antoino and Dennie and they were both very friendly. After delivery, Antonio gave me a detailed explanation of how the warranty works and made sure I understood everything clearly. Very friendly, fast, efficient, and I will definitely go back. This was my second time making a purchase with Antonio and the customer service is always amazing. I accidentally gave him over 100 dollars more than I was suppose to and I am so grateful for his honesty. He let me know right away. I will definitely be going to Right Price for all my furniture needs.

Very shady company. I bought furniture from this store twice and both times they ending up trying to screw me. The first time the owner did the right thing and fixed the problem. The second time was a different story. I was looking for a new mattress because the other one that I bought from this company was terrible (less than a year old). I constantly had back aches when I woke up from sleeping on this cheep mattress. I was talked into buying a mattress that I didnt want (I wanted a different kind of mattress), then promised delivery either on Thursday or Friday of the following week. The following Monday comes around and still no mattress. I received no phone call, no mattress, nothing. When I called at noon to say forget it, that I just want the money back. 20 minutes later a truck pulls into my driveway which I called Antonio and told him to call his men back, I am refusing delivery. Antonio tried to lie his way out of it. First, he tried to say that he knew nothing at all about the delivery promise, then he tried to say that his delivery men just arrived to work 30 minutes ago, then he tried to bribe me by telling me he would pay for my first finance payment. I told him that I would never buy another thing from his company, even if I got it free. I told him I just want him to give the money back to the finance company (Heights Finance Co) he finally said OK. I recorded our entire interaction that day and I have him agreeing to give the money back to the finance company. That was over a month ago and he still hasnt given the money back. Because of that, I have been forced to pay the finance company the money that Antonio has basically stole.UPDATE: Why would I want your furniture when you have already agreed to return the money to the finance company? I already bought a new mattress from a different company who sold me a mattress that I wanted, not one that I was talked into. I have you on tape agreeing to return the money to the finance company.. Are you going to continue being shady or are you going to honor what you agreed on tape?UPDATE 2: Just what I thought, you are not a man of honor. I should have learned this the first time I bought furniture from you. I guess I am going to have to sue you. Good thing I was smart enough to record our phone conversations.

My experience with Right Price Furniture was truly amazing! Antonio and Tyson were awesome salesmen with vast knowledge about the product and very professional.
