Great customer service! The staff made sure I was taking care of,helping me load the new merchandise into my car.They took their time to make sure my needs were met. The products look very high end and beautiful. I would definitely tell All my friends and family About this place, and their products.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Ordered 4 cabinets for a home remodel-two cabinets I ordered were missing basins, when I reached out for replacement was told they would extend me a one-time courtesy and send the missing basins - yes, on an item that I paid for that was shipped incomplete. The third vanity in my order arrived with a broken marble top. I reached out again and was told there is nothing they could do, that I may contact one of their retailers to purchase a replacement top. Yes, thats right--- I now have to purchase a piece of marble AGAIN that I have already paid for which arrived cracked down the middle. I will never again use this company or any of their products and will absolutely discourage anyone I know from purchasing as well.I am extremely frustrated that this is the THIRD product that was manufactured by VirtuUSA which I purchased that was either damaged or missing parts. We have been under a renovation and kept the items in their original packaging to avoid damage by the contractors until we were ready to install them. I am now stuck with a product that I paid for, which wasnt cheap for that matter, that I have no use for. I will now have to come out of pocket (AGAIN) to replace a marble counter, which I already paid for once. While, I appreciate them extending us a one-time courtesy and sending the missing basins...the fact of the matter is, the product should have been included in the order to begin with.

Although the vanity we purchased was acceptable for the price the hinges in the mirrors broke in less than two years. The infuriating part is that they have zero customer service! Their website has an email function that no one ever responds to, the chat function doesnt work and their phone goes right to voicemail that is never returned. They even claim on their LinkedIn profile that they provide Excellent Quality and Unparalleled service. What a joke!

If it would be possible to post NO stars, I would. Bought an expensive bathroom vanity through Home Depot and had it installed in 2016. The marble top on the vanity has turned yellow and it looks awful. Home Depot told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and they did nothing about it. Completely disgusted with the manufacturer and with Home Depot.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been calling for the past week numerous times, and before you ask Avant yes I also have sent in an email request from nivarinc@hotmail. This is ridiculous how can you run a business and not bother to pick up the phone or reply back to anyone. After seeing the reviews I can see you could care less about your customers but since it seems the only way you notice or reply is by someone having to take time from their day to write a bad review, please actually value your customers and REPLY!!!!

UPDATE: The product I purchased from Avant Styles (a medicine cabinet) was defective. I am pleased that they have reimbursed me for the original cost of the product.

We purchased the Dior 28 inch vanity and after a year the faucet is corroding at the bottom. I tried calling and leaving nesssages mutiple times to get a replacement faucet....but no one will answer or return my calls. Terrible customer service. Will not buy another vanity from them if not righted on their part.
