Shower hot water cartridge busted and had zero clue what rams said cartridge was. Took part in showed them and boom was paid for and out in 5 minutes max. Recommend trying this place before others. Great staff, knowledge and very welcoming. Parts for days.

Weve been going to BJ Discount Inc in Garden Grove for 43 years. Bring anything that you need replaced and they have it or can get it. Very knowledgeable, good quality products and great prices! We recently remodeled our master bathroom and I got an estimate of what items I needed. I called BJ Discount and their prices were lower than what I was going to pay at a specialty bath/kitchen store. I didnt know BJ Discount could get top high-quality brands. We will continue to be a BJ Discount customer.

I went to BJ Discount to solve a plumbing problem. They gave me the solution at no charge and I was on my way. I really appreciated that. These guys know their stuff are honest and didnt sell me stuff I didnt need. Forget big box stores. These guys are lined up at the counter ready to help. I didnt have to wander around seeking help in a warehouse. I been going to this location for 30 years, but sometimes I forget. I was reminded how helpful these guys are that day. I will remember to shop this little helpful plumbing supply place next time I need a part. This is a small, helpful, and knowledgeable plumbing supply place that has stood the test of time. I highly recommend them if you need plumbing parts.

I shop a lot at Home Depot. I came into this store on a recommendation from my handyman. I purchased a corner shower pan from Home Depot and thought is was good quality. I went into BJ to look at corner shower pan. Mike showed me a Florestone shower pan, I was amazed how rigid and sturdy it was. We ordered it and had it installed, no regrets. Much better and even cheaper then the thin and flimsy one from Home Depot. We also purchased and Toto toilet from BJ, price was better then what we saw online. They sell quality products at discount prices, not cheap junk. We shop around all the time cause we’re always in a budget. I really like that they seem to sell mostly American made products from what I’ve seen so far. Shopping there also supports the local small business owner. It’s not a huge shinny mega store but if you know what you’re looking for and want quality products I would definitely shop these guys first. We plan shopping there again real soon.

Employee knew exactly what I needed when he saw the part for my shower diverter. Place looks rundown and had to go to the back of the store but they had what I needed when Ferguson, Biard, and Home Depot didn’t. Too expensive.

Amazing customer service and pricing

BJ discount is the greatest plumbing store in Orange County. Whatever they dont have that can order and they get great discounts direct from manufacturers. The staff is always amazingly knowledgeable about Plumbing and heating questions. The store also has a very large selection of tools and parts.

I have a home in Santa Ana and rentals in the area. BJ’s have what I want every time. Good service. And open on Sundays when we can get things done. Nice to stop at Costco also since it is across the street.

We have been working on a 2 bathroom remodel and could not have done it without the guidance of the BJ Discount staff. Went in today to buy shower hardware and kitchen sink facet. Mike was great! Personalized service for sure! When they are helping you they will ask other customers that try to interrupt, to wait. They were very busy. I did not see a employee not helping someone and they wasted no time in moving to next customer as soon as they were done with the one they were helping. They were not a drive through fast food, errr plumbing store but they were as fast as they could be in making sure their customer was happy and bought what they needed

This is the best plumbing supply store around. There prices are the best you will find. As a result, they are often very busy, and you may have to wait in their small store. But when you are finally helped the employees are very attentive and helpful.

Far and away the best plumbing and fixture store in all of Southern California. My wife and I were looking to find a fiberglass bathtub for our home remodeling job and by necessity happened upon BJ Discount. All buyer be aware this place !!I often went to BJ store bought some stuffs when I need somethings for my house, however the last time I went there bought two American Standard Cartridge valve handle for the bathroom sink, to fix the water leaks, they charged $27.95 each and before I paid them, I ask if those parts not fits can I return it, they told me that, if the package is open I could not return it, first I thought this parts too pricey and If it not fit I have to swallow $55.90 for nothing, I paid then the way home I saw the Home Depot and find out they had the same parts which I bought from BJ store and I bought the same parts for $12.47 each and if it not fits you can return it no question to ask, then I went back to the BJ store to return those parts, First they gave me an attitude then gave me their lips services even the package is not open it. Nevertheless, the return and refund finally, They made me feel very bad that day, the way they treat me they do not want me to come back to buy anything from them again.I learned a lesson !! next time go check with Home Depot Store first if they do not have some stuffs then shop around before go there.

I bought a water heater part from this place, and was happy they had it. I decided the best solution was to replace the entire water heater which was under warranty, but these guys wouldnt take the part back so now Im out 50 bucks. Buyer be warned.

After hitting all the big box stores and finding nothing we walked in to a genuine hello and an hour of personalized help. Yes they were busy and stepped away to help other customers but in the end we got everything we needed to finish our bathroom remodel. Highly recommended!!!

They stocked a HVAC part that nobody else had locally after 2pm on a Saturday, normally a commercial item sold to HVAC guys only. Fixed my own AC in about 20 min once I had the part for $200 less than my lowest quote and waiting a day. OTOH they charged $45 for a part Amazon sells for $7 shipped, but no regrets the AC is working.To search for the part try using the name, Titan Pro, and AC capacitor. Its a common part sold by many vendors, Amazon was cheapest at $7, but $10 to $15 is a common price. Titan Pro 45/5 also works in a search.

Made 3 trips to the Home Depot and the rep there finally sent me to BJs Discount in Garden Grove for my plumbing project. The staff there was far more knowledgeable than Home Depot staff, friendly and helped me anticipate any other issues on the project. It became apparent to me that there was NOT just one knowledgeable person working there surrounded by a bunch of part time workers trying to figure things out ... but everyone I came into contact seemed to have in-depth experience ... experience that they pleasantly shared in problem solving. Hope you have a similar experience.
