Not sure why the staff walks by, sees a huge line and still doesnt step in to open a second register, but took me about two minutes to walk through the store and grab what I needed, took me almost 20 minutes to check out. If this could be improved and staff would be nicer, Id say it would be a good Family Dollar to stop at.

Its a family dollar, if youve seen one youve seen them all.But why do they always smell exactly the same?

Says they close at 9 daily but doors are locked early every night. Staff is very unprofessional and have no customer service skills and have very inappropriate conversations while customers are present. Store is always trashed.

Has a variety of reasonably priced items and customer service always helpful and friendly.

Employees are slow and some doesnt dress for work

The employees are quite friendly. Im not sure when they re-stock the shelves because the store looked exactly the same as it did when I went there last weekend. The aisles were clear with the exception of a couple areas. I dont have any complaints about the store or its employees except for maybe stocking shelves fully & more often!

After the reopened it offers so much more without the old building vibe!

Gardner family dollar doesnt have much .

Its too crowded. They should buy the other half of the building and open it up to make a bigger store with more storage space. Its just way too crowded in there.

Prices awesome..great staff..Gardner location needs to expand to empty store rite next door tho!!! Too crowded...but ova all gd people...gd selection by t wood definitely benefit by expanding

Place was dirty, 3 people working all just standing there doing nothing. I was only one in store shopping. I was looking for mens lounge pants. I was followed I mean directly behind followed like a criminal down e aisles by a very unkempt young man. Never made any contact with me, never asked if he could help me. Finally I whipped around and said do you have any men lounge pants. He replied it would be here with mens stuff if we had any and pointed toward a. Aisle.. Ive worked in retail my whole life pretty much. They all would be fired today is I was manager.

Saved a bunch of money with smart coupons great sales. Staff is super helpful and friendly

One of the staff (man) is extremely disrespectful, tried banning us from the store for being ‘too loud’ when we were being quiet. and we went in there to buy stuff (we had money) we didnt even get it because he was so rude. he said ‘if you come in here without money one more time you will never be able to come back in here again.’ and they day before and the day before that we bought a bunch of snacks. this man has black hair and a beard and he’s tan. hes tall and chubby and i think he has piercings. he’s an awful person and if you are reading this.... screw you because we did nothing wrong
