Zero Stars.. this was a huge disappointment because the backpack bag is not worth $50 this looks like a dollar store bag I am not happy at all and regret wasting $50 on this bag and having to wait over two months to even get the bag and then your return policy oh my God I read it you have like everything listed on there what the heck do you take back. I will not be shopping from your company or having any of my family and friends shop from your company again this is a huge disappointment and ridiculous. Plus this was the first time of me ever buying from your company. I have friends that sell boutique items all the time on Facebook and their return policy is not like this.All i asked was if i could return it for store credit. you say no..Everyone please read their store return policy before buying anything from them......

I’ve purchased many items from brands like Honey Me, Judy Blues, and I’m so in Love; the live shows have them actually try on the clothing and talk about each piece letting you know if the item is TTS (true to size) or if you should go up or down. This allows the purchaser to make an informed decision as well as avoiding costly returns. They also carry top of the line beauty products, jewelry, bags, gifts for the holidays and snack items. On top of their stellar sales representatives showcasing their products the customer service is top notch with a turn around time usually within 24-48 hours shipping of in stock items. Even with the holiday season I have not had to wait for a shipment to go out. The best part is it’s a flat $7 fee for shipping no matter what you purchase for 12 hours. I ordered from them over a week ago and have not received anything nothing but the money taken out of my account. I sent emails and messages inquiring about it with no response. I waited till a FB live and she said send an email when I told her I had there was no more answers. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSSINESS AGAIN! and I will turn them over to bbb and I am also calling PayPal, sizzle and my bank. IF YOU ORDER GOID LUCK!

Very money hungry boutique. Clothes are all the same cheaply made and overpriced. Ill spend my hard earned money where they dont keep it if something doesnt fit. Return policy is an absolute ripoff. They only want your money. Period. Obnoxious and terribly unprofessional.
