Has alot of cool stuff, but unfortunately the store is in total chaos! Its a hot mess in that store! Stuff piled on top of other products! Needs to be closed for a few days and COMPLETELY be organized from Front to Back of store to Top and Bottom! Would look SO much BETTER and you can find things easily.

Love going there lots of variety and not very expensive

While shopping in this store, my fiancee went to the service desk to see if they had any masks. Before she could get to the counter the service rep Kathy (an old Caucasian woman with short grey hair. She was not wearing a name tag, but a cashier named Michelle said her name was Kathy.) Yelled Dont come over here, go wait in line. This is the service desk to my fiancee. Kathy was very rude and needs to be trained in customer service.

Love the grocery section -- lots of different teas, pasta sauces, jam, olives, etc.

A few things I went there to buy were out of stock but I was still able to find some great deals on rugs and outdoor lighting. I enjoyed shopping there overall, just didnt have exactly what I was looking for.

Ocean state job lot had exactly what I needed and had been looking for. I just wish I hadnt wasted my time looking at two other stores. Lots to choose from, and plenty of it to, the prices are more than fair, so make Ocean State job lot your first stop. Many blessings and big love and respect.

We found a bunch of items amd the prices were reasonable.

We bought furniture and Nick from furniture was amazing, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked. Great job he definitely deserves a raise after helping us and many other customers who were there.

Meh, not a great selection of pool supplies like long poles to put skimmers on and such. Only had the small ones.

Another Job Lot location. They have the best deals by far on some items that I need to purchase on a regular basis. I visit when their website tells me that the tax free NH stores are out of something I want and its available here. This is one of the greatest family run businesss in New England. Not just because of their size and buying power but more importantly, for their genuine care and support of local communities. I will continue to support them wholeheartedly.

Its okay to get paper products, maybe some cheap coffee, but for the most part you get what you pay for. The last time I was there my son bought a book and I questioned whether it was broken as it supposed to work because it was a digital book and it had the music buttons you pushed and usually they work right away, and one of the employees told me it only works when you get home which I knew was a lie but I was in a rush and that is the stupidest thing Ive ever heard in my life. Had to return it the next day

Management is not what it was . Charging surcharge when people are struggling to make ends meet due to covid 19. Not good. Management needs to be trained in customer service. The cashiers are always polite

Isles very narrow. Didnt have most of the items we wanted. Leominster store much wider isles & better selection.

I go here to find something inexpensive or exotic. They have so many unique packaged foods (sauces, organics, canned meats, cookies, crackers) that you wont find in an average grocery store. Its located in a shopping plaza with lots of parking. This store does have an over crowded feel to it so I dont like to hang out for too long. The staff is usually very helpful and courteous.

I’m a fan of Ocean State and have become a bigger fan since my husband loves going there more than I do. I do love their crazy deals, and can’t imagine how they make money on things that end up costing you nothing because you just received a crazy card for what you just spent. We have more fun, giving the crazy cards to our daughter.

OSJL is a great discount store, great values on most stuff for the house and yard. The organization is top notch, they contribute to community action items, so fantastic .

The prices are great have a lot of great items.

Ok, we all know that stores are very competitive with each other and I can honestly say that Ocean State Job, Lot, beats Big Lots hands down. If anyone wants to prove me wrong, then go in your self and observe their many different choices, brands, prices, and the staff are excellent. Dont get me wrong theres room for improvement as there is a little disorganized areas, as of any other stores that I have been to. So, if you want to save money and dont care about standards,then I challenge anyone to try Ocean State Job Lot then tell me what you think. Thanks.

They are adding on a gratuity tax on each item you buy for doing their job and make you feel bad about it. Its b.s. healthcare workers arnt getting tips

Went for a turkey pan came out with an Ash vacuum for my pellet stove. Store is difficult to move in. Snow supplies are way in the back shovels salt etc serious? Maybe near the front of the store would make more sense?

There was nothing bad. It is just a junky unorganized store like Ames was. Employees and checkout were perfect. It is what it is, and I think when you shop in stores like these you probably know what you are getting into.

Stood in line for 20 minutes while 2 other employees stood at a closed register and talked. The poor cashier that was actually working was very nice and polite, despite being flustered from being so busy.

There are some amazing bargains here- from imported pasta, sauces from Asia, India, Europe. And expensive skin care is about 70% off. And the people who work there are friendly, kind, helpful.

I love this store. I took another suitcase with me to bring back all the great buys I find there.
