I highly recommend G Town Tires! Everyone there is courteous, professional, and they go above and beyond to get you what you need! This will be the second time they have came through for me when I had tried numerous other tire shops to find the tires I need for my Camaro! I called their shop 45 minutes before they were going to close and theyre inspecting tires they werent even going to get to today and waiting for me to get there!! Theyre awesome!

A1 Alignment. Customer Service is beyond excellent. Especially when being attended by the manager. He’s doing an awesome job running the shop.I could tell he was busy but he still managed to take his time to attend and explain to me the work done to my VW and what I needed done.

I was in a bind and on the side of the road. Desci came to me and put on my spare. He took my wheel and put on a new tire and I can by the next day for him to put it on. All at a great price

This place is only getting 2 stars because of the honest lady working in the lobby. Went here to get 2 tires (brought my own tires) replaced, mounted, balanced and installed. The guy who changed the tires wanted to charge me $70. Scam. However, the lady in the lobby caught this and knew the price wasn’t right and charged us $30 instead. Although I wasn’t scammed I won’t be coming back here. Pretty shady business practice if you ask me.

Went in for an alignment as the truck was pulling and the steering wheel was off center. I was informed that the passenger tie rod end, inner & outer, was bent, and they would redo the alignment at no charge after I replaced the parts. I replaced parts on both sides and G-Town got me running straight.Thanks fellas!!!

I went for an aliment and the car was still slightly twisted from the steering wheel, the sheet they gived me showed they only aligned slightly and in the back wheels in place of improving they made it worse. This place also messed up the air sensor of one of my tires and didint tell me. All they did was say it is ready the paper is in the car. For the amount I payed I am disappointed, the lady at the front could also learn more maners.

Its location and look and feel arent necessarily the best but the lady that I spoke with was very professional and seemed nice. I did not buy tires from them but their prices were reasonable and the same as Discount Tire.The reason I didnt buy tires from them was because I went there looking for lower priced tires. I usually buy from Discount Tires because they are a nationwide brand. Wherever I travel, if I got tires from Discount Tires I can also stop there in any of their locations and they will change or fix my tires.So the idea is that a local place with only one or two stores in town would be cheaper but that was not the case. I went to 3 different places and all their prices were the same as Discount Tire so I went back to Discount Tire and purchased my tires from them.

I had wonderful service from this establishment ever so recently, i was stranded with a blowout, but they cam and replaced the tire with a proper size to prevent future blowouts even more i got 4 tires at a steal everyone is selling tires 300$ and up they gave me great tires for 173$ if you need the job don call g town

Great service at fair prices. I went in for an alignment and asked how soon they can get me in. They were accommodating and pulled my car in right away. I was in and out in less than an hour. George tested the car to make sure it was aligned. Overall a great friendly experience. Will use again.

This place is absolutely terrible, I went to get an alignment from this place and they said something about my tires not being in the right direction and could not fix the alignment for my car, I still got charged $70 dollars for the labor but they did absolutely nothing because my car is not aligned. Never coming here again and I want my money back.

These guys are awesome. I hit a pot hole and bent a wheel on my suv. G town tires was my 3rd stop but I wish it was my first. They were the first shop that would fix the wheel. The work and wait took a few hours and was well worth it The pricing was excellent and the employees I dealt with were all great to work with. They had my wheel repaired and back on in the same day. G town tires thank you, you have earned a customer for life on all my vehicles for all of my wheel and tire needs.

Customer service is amazing! Called yesterday and spoke to the lady and she was able to get the tires within a couple of hours and get me in for an alignment ! She gave me a very good price also. And it was no problem to leave my vehicle to get service during my lunch break and pick up later . Highly recommend

This place was very nice. I came in to fix a tire and was trying to wait for new ones but I needed them. the lady I spoke to gave me a good deal for all 4 new. other places were way more expensive. As soon as I came in the next day she took care of me and had the guys put them on. very nice caring place.

Talk about customer service. This place literally took care of me when I showed up right at closing, it was just a flat tire but I was on the way to an emergency and they got me taken care of. I highly recommend this place! I will be coming back for new tires and an alignment.

This was a great find! Read the reviews and this place delivered. I needed trailer tires for my boat for some excellent weekend weather and fishing. Awesome service they gave me a great deal on 18 inch tires I thought I needed all 4 but they let me know 2 of my tires were still in good condition. Other places would of still replaced it just for the money!Also did my vehicle state inspection that I been needing to do !Thanks a lot guys!

I contacted G Town Tires on a Friday morning looking for a Crosswind tire for my Jeep Grand Cherokee I had already called several tire stores in the area to know avail..the young lady that answered the phone at G Town was very nice and pleasant I explained to her what I needed the first thing out of her mouth was I can get that for you and have it here by the end of the day she quoted me a price that was very reasonable I was very satisfied they also did my inspection. My experience with them was great Im now a new customer and will highly recommend them..

I was able to get fixed in under 10 minutes what another shop couldnt fix in 3 hours. Im happy to know that Ive got a place worried about my safety while also providing good value, just right around the corner.Even with one rim messed up (not exactly lined up with air valve), which required extra effort, this shop took care of me like family with smile. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

If I could give more stars I would! This place is awesome!!! I have been coming here since I moved to Dallas in 2015 and NEVER dissatisfied!! The prices are great but the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! They actually care about the customers. The staff were extremely helpful! They explained everything and even showed me what was in my tire! They didnt have my tire in stock but it was here quickly the very next day and they informed me asap! Got me right in, changed the tire, and was on my way!

This place is my plug for good and cheap tires. My uncle defeated me here 2 years ago and I’ve never gone anywhere else for tires since then. And they’re soo nice too and helped me detect and fix an issue with my car that wasn’t tire related last time. You won’t regret coming here
