Poor Customer service!First I have to say that Ive never had to drop my car off to get a punctured tire fixed. It is always been something that is a quick visit and not an all-day visit.I dropped my car off and was told that it would be ready by 3 p.m.. at 2:30 p.m. I got a call saying that they wouldnt be able to get to my car until later. I was stranded out in the rain and was basically told that I could wait till the end of the day or bring it back tomorrow.How can I wait till tomorrow for a punctured tire? If this was a job that they couldnt get to today then they should have told me so that I could have taken my car somewhere else to get it fixed! I understand that maybe you had work that you are not able to handle at the moment but you should have told me up front!Many garages have somebody that do these sorts of things so theyre not in line all day for a puncture!

Went in for an oil change yesterday. Went okay, took longer than expected 1hr 30m w/ an appointment. Upon receiving my car I was informed that my 3rd brake light was bad and given a quote of $400. I decided to replace this myself and went to pick n pull to find the part. This gave me and idea of how things SHOULD look. I went to install the light this morning, and there were signs that someone had previously accessed this area of my car, as there were many things not properly installed. Well I discover that my brake light was fully functional. The REAL issue is that the connection to the brake light had been pulled out. This is a clip in connection so it wouldn’t have just fall out, I even verified that it wasn’t damaged and that this wasn’t a plausible cause. It’s clear to me that someone intentionally pulled the connection to give the appearance that the light was failing. I also recently had my inspection done, so it just appears more and more like foul play here.

Heres what happened I took my Toyota Corolla in to get my brakes checked because they were grinding awfully bad.Later a service man called and told me It wasnt the brakes I needed new tires. Id never heard such I asked him point blank was he sure it wasnt the brakes.He assured me it was the tires. Against my better judgement I agreed to the tires being replaced.I picked up the car lo and beholda day later the brakes were grinding again.I took the car back and was later told yes it was the rear brakes and it would be over 680.00 to fix them even after a Company promotional discount.Told them that was to much I was told I had a Firestone credit card that in should take care of it. I left you can draw your on conclusions as to what went down

My rental car was experiencing low pressure due to cold weather and I went to the store past 6pm and explained that I needed air in my tires and he filled my tires.

The Establishment was very clean. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and didnt try to get over on you. His personality was great! I will go back.Thanks

I have been using Firestone for more than 15 years. Although the staff are very nice, warm, friendly and receptive, I have my reservations. The staff will threat you very nicely and they are very polite and respectful and professional, I think they mis- diagnose some times.. I recently took my car there and they gave me a diagnosis. Three days after it was fixed, I still experience the same problem. I went back and was upset. The manager was very understanding and offered to remove the new parts they had replaced and put back the old one for a full refund if that will make me happy. For their understanding and willingness to please me as a customer, I give them a five star. Its all about Good and Professional Customer Service

It is rare in this day in time to find a group of mechanics that not only like their job But do it With professionalism dignity and honesty. Everything from getting your tires balanced to getting a water pump changed they are a full service shop. I would not hesitate to return for more service. I highly recommend this shop. Are they the cheapest in town no but you get what you pay for! Tires,brakes,motor work,alignments,etc.

Great place! Took my van for a tune-up and state inspection but the next day I had to take it back because my van was jerking a bit and they found the problem and fixed it free of charge since it was apart of the spark plugs they replaced. Great staff and very friendly!

Ive used this place on and off throughout the years, and it seems like the customer service keeps sliding further and further down-hill. Not only do they use the cheapest parts they can find, theyre having a hard time keeping mechanics and technicians such that you cant get your vehicle in for basic tires and inspection.Looks like Im going elsewhere from now on.

If you are free all day long you can go there to get 20 minutes job in 4 hours..A 10 point check..needed air filter, cabin filter and clean battery cable..4 hours wait. Not a happy camper plus high price.. the counter person was very polite.

All I asked for was to patch one tire. It was one hour before closing and only one other customer was onsite, sitting waiting for his car to be ready. The manager said they couldnt get to it and to bring it back at the start of business the next morning and leave the car with them. Seriously. I couldnt believe it. For one simple tire patch.

First of all when it comes to mechanic work I plainly dont trust shops because they have done me wrong in the past.. but this location is the place to go yall! So when I first went I was helped by a gentleman name James, he was professional and straight forward. He set me up with an appointment. I arrived earlier today and was helped by a gentleman name Oscar, he and his crew checked out my problem, fixed an the issue that a previous shop improperly do and now Im am a satisfied customer. Ill be returning to get some more work done soon.

Showed up a little late.. almost closing.. I really needed some tires and oil change a long with an alignment. The crew that was working that night did a fantastic job! ( Arturo and Erik I believe)Even though they were about too close they were able to help me!

Experienced an oil leak when I made it to Texas from out of state. Took my vehicle to this location they stated they would check it out and let me know what is going on. Claimed to have found the leak, and charged me for an oil change which I had done before I even left my home state. I travel back to my home state after they informed me of no more leaks. My car has oil caked on the back hatchback and fresh oil underneath my vehicle. I was charged $71.03 for services that weren’t rendered to my vehicle, let alone in that charge was a VEHICLE INSPECTION!! Called and spoke with Manager and he was not at all understanding, nor showed any sense of trying to rectify the situation when I requested a full refund. My biggest concern is that your business lied to me stating “there were no more leaks”. But allow me to get back on the road and travel 400 miles. I’m a businessman and I would never argue with customers. I would do my best to rectify and fix the situation, because that is what professionals do rather than trying to play the blame game. Real Professionals handle and conduct themselves with a business mindset.

I been to the dealership and 3 other mechanics to find out issue with my car and they tell me everything but the problem, i finally just came in and the only thing i regret is not coming here in the first place. James helped me out and was very honest and knowledgeable and now this is the only plce that will work on my car..i would advise anyone to stop here first!

If you want to wait 6 hours count em 6! For these people to patch a tire thats already separated from a vehicle be my guest. I wont be returning any time soon.

Save yourself a headache and your vehicle unnecessary (and even involuntary) expensive repairs down the road: DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I recently had the misfortune of having to purchase a new tire for my GMC truck from the scam artists at this store, and rather than consult with me first on the kind of tire I preferred or whether I even wanted the optional warranty, these guys went ahead and selected the most expensive Bridgestone All-Weather tire, despite other comparable tires in stock, and threw in the warranty for good measure. You know what they say about assuming, so guess I shouldnt have done so by thinking theyd give me the chance to choose. But, all told I ended up paying almost $500 for a basic oil change, 1 new tire and balancing, and service warranty. Now heres the kicker, the balancing job ended up throwing off my other tires so Ive had to bring it to my local dealership to re-balance. On top of that, I ended up losing several of the fasteners and bolts that held the heat shield in place next to the catalytic converter. No idea if removing those components was part of their standard inspection process, but in any event I was left wondering for several days after my tire repair why my truck was suffering an annoying but infrequent rattling noise. Ive been to a couple other Firestones and their service team were far more professional, courteous and upfront about repairs, but this is one shop I will be avoiding and urge others too as well, unless youve got a few hundred bucks to burn for no good reason.

I had my brakes and rotors checked because of a noise I was hearing in my front brakes. After the check they recommended that I get ceramic brakes and new front rotors totaling $800. I got the job done from them. Immediately after driving off I noticed that my brakes are still squeaking, but I was out of time and Returned the next day. I explained my issue with the noise and they took my car in And supposedly repaired it, but I still heard The loud squeaking noise after they repaired it for the second time. Four months later after excepting loss, I went to just brakes where I show them the receipt and the repairs and they notified me that receipt and repairs in match what they saw. I got scammed!

Terrible greedy price gougers. Go to J&A Auto on Jupiter instead. Firestone tried to charge me $400 for a $150 job. They also allow maskless morons in their lobby to endanger other customers.

I really like this location. Much better than the one I visited in Irving. These guys here are honest and do not try to oversell. I appreaciate that they were able to resolve my issue in less than 2 hours and did not overcharge me.. I would definitely recommend to others.

They changed oil in my GFs car and mine. They also found where I need new brakes and rotors. The staff was very friendly, efficient and they do great work. Recommended for your older vehicles that are out of warranty. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future.

Left my car there for 6 hrs for rotation, balance, alignment. Called before going to get it to make sure ready and was told will be done in 10 min. Got there 30 min later and they still hadnt performed alignment or balance. If your time matters dont go here. Guy never even apologized.

I was due for an oil change and I happened to go to NTB before coming to this location. NTB claimed that my drain plug was cross threaded and refused to perform an oil change and quoted me close to $120 to fix this issue, and close to $1000 along with other non existent issues. When I got my car to this location, they performed an oil change and put in a new drain plug (at no additional cost) while showing me that there was no cross threading on the old drain plug (They gave me back my old drain plug, which is still in great condition). Outstanding customer service, and I personally want to thank Mr. Don who took care of this issue. I will certainly recommend this location.

If I could give a zero, I would! This place is always pushing something else is wrong with your car, other than what you came in for. Last visit Firestone said we needed new tie rods, quoted us $600 to fix it - took the truck to someone honest and all I needed was an alignment. BEWARE!!

This people are rib off, i took my car today bcus my air was not working they told me they will check it and give me a call so that they can commence with fixing my car and I waited for calls they didn’t call me so i went there with my wife and they told me so many lies that my car is this and that and gave me a quote of almost $900 to fix my air and lower arms. I took my car to a road side shop which they fix my AC in 1hr for $100 now my AC is working very well, pls don’t go to this place they don’t know what they are doing.

The worst experience, before I bought my old camry, this firestone checked it and told me it is a good car, and from then on, I have to replaced two or three parts and repaired lots of time about the camry, now it still have lot of problems, I have to sale it, I guess I will lost at least 2000dollars, OMG, don’t go to this firestone, trust me

Had a flat, got me right in, and took care of the problem quickly. Staff was good and no one tried to over sell me.

The lifetime alignment is a good dealand you can get a good deal on tires. I wouldnt trust them to diagnose anything. I only used them for routine talks that I dont have the tools to do myself and I know what the problem is.

My Firestone experience was pleasant. I initially called in to see their tire prices & was pretty immediately answered (under 1 min) by a friendly & informative man, who was able to help me quickly & concisely gather the pricing info I requested. Upon arrival, I did have to wait for about 5 min, but I didnt mind at all because they had a TV lounge with complementary water, suckers, & even wifi (though it wasnt quite working for my IPad). Once I was greeted by a member of staff, he apologized for the wait, & even loaded my tires into my car for me. I got what I needed here for CHEAPER than what I would have paid at ANY other place nearby, even Walmart. I highly recommend giving them a visit. Keep up the great work, guys! 👍🏻

Always have to bring my cars back to do alignment again. They havent done it right at the first time. I always have steering problem and so. I suggest to try other shops if you are close to them.

Took my fiance’s Jeep in for an oil change. They kept pushing the high mileage oil change. We said no at least twice. They still charged us for a high mile oil change. Do yourself a favor and listen to your customers. I work with many Firestone’s due to my job and not once have I had this poor of service.

Took my car in for oil change and to replace front two tires that was 4hrs ago and im still waiting. Wheb i ask what is taki g ao long they say thw tires are around the cornerthat was 1hr ago. Not going here again.

I went there yesterday because i was about 10 miles out from having to blow outs. I arrived at 6:15 and nobody came to ask me whats wrong until i personally went out to the shop aera and asked if some one was going to help me with my problem. Daphanie then came in asked me what is my problem. I told her I need a new tire.Dahpanie then tells me Well I cant do it today we close in 45 minutes I told well maybe if i wasnt waiting for 10 minuntes you all could have had more time. Then Daphanie Said YOU HAVNT BEEN WAITING TEN MINUTES!! AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES ... she was very rude and disrepecful I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY ONE !

I was lied to. While I was there replacing alternator, they told me my belt tensioner was bad and need to be replaced too. I didnt believe it and when I got home I took the belt tensioner off myself, it was perfectly fine. I wont trust their words anymore.

Never get in there! Their first time fix warranty is a joke! Dont waste your time!They did a very bad diagnosis and they ended changing my brakes by mistake, then they left the engine band loss. A 2 hour fix ended in 3 day wait and created more problems than whet I first got there.

We changed brakes here, they messed up other part of car while changing it because the car never had any problems till I brought it here for once

I went to them to fix an electrical problem and the entire staff went the extra mile to find the problem, they even rent a car for me, awesome service

They are always nice and helpful, but overpriced in my opinion.
