They were helpful and courteous. I was in and out in minutes. I tried to order this bulb replacement on Amazon but I ordered the wrong one. This place was much easier than Amazon.

I needed a battery replaced in one of my watches and was in and out at Batteries Plus within 10 minutes. Staff was very pleasant and efficient in the process. It beats me trying to find the screwdriver small enough for those !@#$@# on the back of the watch and testing my patience.

Went for 2 things, key fob battery change & cell phone battery change. Was able to get the key fob done, but they didnt have the battery for my phone in stock. But they located it at another store. Just to have it brought over to this store, Id need to wait until Friday. So I opted to get it installed at the other store.

This is the best place to buy flashlights...People at work use my flashlight that I bought here and what do you know they come up missing and no one knows what happened to them. I just bought my 3rd one today and Im sure I will be back in a few months to buy another. If you have bought flashlights in the past you know how difficult it is to find a flashlight that actually works, well, I can vouch for this place and the quality of their flashlights. I noticed their selection & features are even better than when I bought my first flashlight here. Also, the staff was very helpful and attentive to me while I was looking at their flashlight selection.

They had a lot of cool things and I didnt even go to the back half of the store. I went to get a battery for the key fob of my 2012 Nissan Altima and it literally took the man less than 2 minutes to change it for me. I was also interested in the fact they had replacement fobs from Duracell for like 20 bucks. Real versions of those things were retailing for something like 60 - 90 dollars on the internet. Will return for the battery in my other fob, and maybe take my time and look at the rest of the store.

The guys behind the counter were excellent to work with. I purchased a motorcycle battery and brought in my old (core) battery. Id charged the battery prior to bringing it in and they were kind enough to check it under load as well as checking the replacement battery under the same conditions. They helped me understand why my 5 year old battery wasnt holding a charge.

I was blown away by this place! Went in and asked John, the owner, about a very hard to find rechargeable battery. He calmly looked at me and right away told me the exact one I needed. Oh, and of course he had it in stock (along with a TON of other batteries, cell phone accessories, bulbs of all kinds, etc.). Great place to get your phone to screen fixed

Be careful with battery or screen replacements here. First the old guy taking the device in will try to add things to the non-functioning list if you are not paying attention. Tried to say the fingerprint sensor and the vibration was not functional . They clearly were both working. i had to get him to correct it. My wife had her battery replaced here a year ago she took the iPhone home and no sound on phone calls through the ear piece. Had them correct it which they did but it was a hassle and a long wait. Went here today to replace a screen on my daughters phone. Made a call no sound through the earpiece. Been waiting for the past hour standing because they have no chairs. You really need to check to make sure everything is correct on your paper work before you give them your device and make sure that everything on your device works when you leave. I hate to say this because the owners seem nicef but I really cant recommend this place after 2 negative experiences. At least an apology would have been nice.

Dont buy bulbs at the grocery or home center. Get them here. Their variety of LED bulbs and their prices cant be beat. Staff will spend time with you to find just the right bulbs and batteries you need.

I have had the same cell (Note II) for going on 6 yrs now and have purchased batteries for it twice (On eBay). Even though they were supposed to be new OEM batteries each one wouldnt hold a charge very well at all from day 1. Had to keep my phone on a charger all day just so it wouldnt die. Well these X2Power batteries that Batteries+ sells are fantastic. Ive been using it for 24hrs now and it still has 80% charge left. Whats better is it has a lifetime warranty... Excellent service. A friend needed a car remote battery so I suggested we drop in here. The individual who help us knew exactly what battery the remote needed and changed it out for us.

The key fob for our Murano was displaying “key battery low” on the car’s screen. We couldn’t even figure out how to open, much less know what battery to purchase. Called Batteries Plus in Garland and they said they could resolve for us. Arrived and was greeted by three friendly young men and within five minutes left with problem solved.

I have learnt the hard way to avoid clone batteries from internet etailers except for national brands.This particular store was peeved when I requested the 10% discount that is automatically applied to online orders even with in-store pickup.
