Went here today and was impressed with the local dealership vibe and personality the place has. Ive been shopping for a car for about a month and also checked out bigger car dealerships. Ive never liked the whole high pressure sales teams at those big dealerships where they pass you around to 3 salespeople before talking about numbers.Theres something that just feels right about buying a car locally from someone that lives in the area, plus only having to deal with one person from start to end is nice. Id recommend this place as they are very professional.I dont think they sell new cars, its used & preowned only. They also offer warranties, service, buy here pay here and other financing options which I liked. Ask for Matt, he owns the place he seems to cares about customer satisfaction and loyalty more than making a quick sell.I tried to take a lot of good pictures, hope they help anyone thinning about going here.

I have to admit, I was terrified about my first experience purchasing a pre-owned car from a dealer, but Jaime and Matt are the real deal. Jaime was very honest with me from the beginning and it was very clear to me that I could trust these guys after meeting them. When I looked up the Carfax on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, everything lined up with what I was told and I even took the car to my most trusted shop in Dallas and they said it was in great shape. One month out, I’m very happy with my purchase and I know without a doubt that my interactions with the The Car Network was a huge answer to prayer.

The car buying process was awesome, we put 1k down as they advertised and we drove off the lot that night with a pretty decently priced SUV. No complaints on that end. Everything was handled professionally and no pushy tactics.We purchased what I believed is their in house insurance, ( its through a separate company) it was 100 and only covered comp/collision, basically they would be covered in the event of a loss. It did not include liability, so youd have to purchase legal liability on your own. But for 100 for comp/collision it seemed pretty good reasonable. Until we had to use it.A week after purchasing the car, a lady with no insurance rear ended us on 635. Our SUV was drivable, but the collision caused us to hit the person in front so pretty moderate damage was done. We couldnt open up the hood, emblem and vent cover was damaged, the collision caused a pretty significant oil leak from an unknown location (it was everywhere) the back bumper on the left was pushed all the way into the rear wheel, and the axel seemed to be slightly bent, the muffler/exhaust system was shot and the tail light and back hatch were damaged. An estimate at a widely known shop put the repair cost above 8 thousand, which would 100% total the car out.This is where my problem came in.The owner called around to different places he knew and estimated the repairs to be around 1 thousand. I am no mechanic, but I saw no way possible to fix that vehicle for a thousand dollars and I asked around and never got a quote for under 7 thousand. With the the front end damage, oil leak, the back of the car, there was just no way. I went into it believing wed at least be honored a similar priced vehicle maybe our money back? Who knows and if their insurance was legit there would have been no loss. An oil leak alone is worrisome, but caused by a collision makes it worse. The left rear wheel was bent inwards. This seemed to be ultimately ignored, and played off as not that big of a deal. One speculation I have is their insurance wasnt actually insurance or it didnt cover anything but certain things like a stolen car. Thats a guess who knows but ultimately I had to return the car, I couldnt risk a patch job and a money pit.

I first visited Matt when I needed to sell my truck. I asked Matt if he could help me sell it. He did some repair work on it and it was gone in 2 days. Next, I found out that he actually has a great team of mechanics that specialize in foreign cars. I took my wifes BMW there for some regular maintenance and now I have a regular trustworthy mechanic. WooHoo!!! Later, my daughter needed a vehicle and she wanted a Chevrolet Silverado. Matt came through again!!!DID YOU KNOW THEY HAVE REALLY GREAT MECHANICS??? Its really hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust and all cars eventually need regular maintenance. I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicles with Matts mechanical team. Even if they find 3 or 4 issues, Matt will prioritize them for me and let me know which to do first and the order in which they need to be addressed. Ive never felt duped when they service my vehicles and so glad I finally found a great trust worthy place to help me keep my cars tuned.THEIR SALES GUY LISTENS!!! Jaime Pena works in sales and does a great job of trying to match your wallet capability to one of their cars. He helps by being very direct about your payment expectations and the caliber of vehicle that you will qualify for. Just tell him what youre looking for and he can help you take a test ride.DID YOU KNOW THEY FINANCE?? Shoot the heck yea!! they will help you with financing and you can make your payments right there where you bought it, if you like.Ive had nothing but great experiences with The Car Network but I dont make unrealistic requests either. They do their best to detail and tune the car before you buy it and sometimes spend quite a bit of their money replacing worn out parts, registering, inspecting and making it street legal and safe in preparation for sales.These guys deserve 5 stars in my book!

THE CARS ARE JUNK!My 18 year old daughter and I spent a Saturday morning looking for a cash car during Spring Break of 2017. My daughter who saved $3000 to purchase a car to travel back and forth from Dallas to Lubbock for school was completely ripped off without one shred of cooperation or remorse from owner, Matt Oliver. We even attempted to return the car within 30 days of the purchase date, but there is a loop hole within the contract preventing you from being able to do so.LESS than two months into owning her car and shortly after making the first car payment, my daughter ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere on I-35 between Dallas and Austin due to a blown alternator. This was only the beginning of one expensive car repair after another, becoming a parents financial nightmare.One year after purchasing this car, the catalytic converter had to be replaced. I called Matt to inquire about helping my daughter defer the monthly payment after paying nearly $800 for repairs, his answer was NO. My daughter was also told if stop payment was placed on the monthly payment, her car would be tracked and repossessed.As a person who has purchased many cars from reputable dealerships, this was the first experience dealing with a tote the note car lot in order to help my daughter build and establish her own credit. It has without a doubt been one of the most disheartening and most regrettable sales transactions Ive ever experienced and has set the standard on how I would never want anyone to be treated.Matt may appear nice and helpful up front, but once you lock into a very high interest, very high payment contract on a JUNK car, there is no return just simply lots of regret. Id urge you to continue looking at dealerships elsewhere, where a companys bottom line does not trump human decency.

The dealer Luis was hesitant to let me test drive certain cars and finally let me when I didn’t want to sign for the first car I test drove. He was pushing me to sign instantly and didn’t give me much time to think. I asked for time to think and he told me someone else will buy the car if I don’t and I didn’t want to lose the deal he apparently got me. Talked about how he would get a great bonus after this. He needed a review and insisted on me writing one right in front of him until I got my keys to my car that I already paid and signed for. The car had a bad alignment and I had to go get it fixed later next week. They returned my car with left over food in my car and spilled ranch on my carpet. The car smelt like left over fried chicken... I’m not sure if this is how all dealerships are but I regret going here and purchasing a car from here. Now I’m stuck with a car I don’t like and a bad service. Car already has engine light After a week and when I text the dealer he doesn’t respond to me until I call him. He tells me he will get back to me and never does until I call AGAIN!! I’m disappointed and frustrated...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Bought a car March 27th from here and 2 days later it stopped. Turns out it was the Alternator. I called them and the fixed it for no cost, as I would assume because I just bought the car TWO FREAKING DAYS BEFORE. A week later, the starter went out. I called them and they wanted me to bring it in, I knew it would take some time so I just found someone to fix it. That’s $250 out of my pocket, mind you I just bought the car 2 weeks before this. NOW, 3 weeks later the transmission is failing and they want ME to pay for it!! They don’t do anything to these cars but the minor repairs and expect people to pay if anything happens. I haven’t even had this car for a month and all of these HUGE repairs. I made a mistake being vulnerable and needing a car quick and I got messed over by these people. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and come here!

I brought my G37 sport coupe in for new front calipers/pads, oil/differential fluid change, minor body and new paint to the front and rear bumper. Not only was the work in a timely manner but it was done at a fraction of what the dealer charges with quality on par with the dealership. The Car Network not only has a diverse inventory on hand but their service is top notch! Highly recommended!
