Rundown place. This place uses used equipment than they refurbished them. Not a proper place for pick up or drop off. And yes they do not have a dock beware, you cant take anything out from your trailer. Best equipment tobe used would be flat bed. The streets are tight so you want to ask them to see which direction they want you tobe at. But one thing is for sure, from the reception, loader, and the manager they were all polite and helpful. The reason for this review is for a fellow driver who would be picking up from here. When they say its a 10ft equipment it will end up 14ft because they need their batteries or other accessories for the equipment. Ask the shipper exact dimensions before heading down that way, otherwise you will waste your time and money. No overnight parking didnt see any truck stop nearby

Do not make any business with CayeDee Rhoades, she hired our service for transportation, after the forklift was delivered she did a charge back.Is now refusing to Speak with us.If she is the one in charge she I strongly recommend you dont work with this company.

Katie and the Miller team gave us excellent customer care. We needed a larger capacity forklift and Miller gave us fair market value for our lift truck we traded in. The new lift arrived and has been performing excellent ever since.Katie also assisted directly in the search for parts for another forklift we use in our warehouse. We will be using Miller again for parts and service.

We at Foodway and Louisiana Meat Store have done business with Miller Equipment for several years now and have never been disappointed! Not only that, but with each piece of equipment we buy, usually used, its performance has far exceeded expectations!! They are a pleasure to deal with and a pleasure to business.

If there were 0 stars, it would be adequate... Miller Equipment is not answering phone calls or emails and are past due on payments due. Not a good and honest company.

Had Miller Equipment come out to look at 2 old forklifts.I was told one is a hopeless cause and for 800 and some change they could fix the other one. When I called to approve it, they were going to order parts and come out the following week.3 weeks later they showed up, after working all day my forklift went from needing to be jumped to run, to not running at all!After numerous calls they charged my credit card anyway and have still never returned a call.
