My iPad screen repair was flawless. It looks like a new device!

The two people working when I went were super efficient and very nice (Jeffery was one of them!). I went in expecting to need a new phone screen and instead they informed me I just needed a new screen cover, which saved me a lot of money. They didnt charge me for it, which was so generous and unexpected! Will definitely return if I need more repairs in the future with any of my devices.

Mr. JQ was absolutely wonderful. He fixed my phone in an efficient and timely manner all while handling a few other customers who were also getting screen repair done. He helped me find a protective case for my iphone and placed a screen protector on my phone so that i will not end up right back here in Garner. A lovely visit with great prices that beat the competition in the surrounding areas. I will definitely return once i crack my phone again.

I purchased a phone case from the Cary store and was given a week to check back. After physically checking back three times on their instructions, I was told the item was at the Garner store. When I called to see if it had finally reached the Cary location, I was told that they couldnt find it. I then asked to have my money returned to my card, I was told that they did not do refunds. After an ugly discussion, I quickly got a phone case which was not the one I ordered. I left well enough alone and took the case but will never purchase here again and will make sure that no one that I know will either. Horrible customer service at least in my case.

I came in with a phone that wouldn’t charge. They found the quick fix (lint stuck in charging port) and fixed it in seconds. Since the fix was so quick/simple (to my embarrassment), they said it was free of charge! Great place with good people working there.

I have been to this establishment a total of 4 times with four different devices,1 and each time I have been met with the most prompt and most professional customer service. I live by the Airport but I will drive over here each time simply because not only to they do a great job fixing the devices but the are professionals and pleasant.

Searched for a phone repair shop that wasnt geek squad and found this shop. The reviews seemed good so I headed in. I recieved excellent service and a fair price on my s10+ screen repair. Excellent business.

My wife and I had batteries and screen protectors replaced at a very reasonable price. I returned with an unrelated issue and it was fixed at no cost.The staff were friendly, professional, and did what they said they would in the time they said they would. We will be going back if we need any other service!

This place is GREAT!!!It was pretty busy. I went to get my phone battery replaced. I was afraid I may need a new phone. They opened my phone and discovered the battery connection was loose. No new battery needed. Fixed and perfect again with no fuss within an hour.Highly recommend.

So I waited almost 3 weeks (close to a MONTH) with no response I had to constantly call the one super sassy teenager who answers the phones (they had the phone the whole time and I paid in advance). They then slapped my phone together with a screen that didnt goto my phone. (Its very obvious) therefore one drop in a otter box and the entire phone (front and back) fell apart. They never glued it back together but wouldnt fix their mistake. (So it fell apart when i got it on day one but I just kept the case on assuming theyd REfix it)they forgot to order the part, didnt use the right one, didnt glue it together,and keep un tagging themselves from everything. This is a SCAM. Be smart dont go here.I will repost daily if need be.

They had great customer service. And my phone looks brand new. But I can’t put my finger print in my phone like I could before I came here. And my home button gets stuck, I didn’t have this issue before I came. Also my speaker has a loud noise playing whenever I record videos and it was clear before I came. I came to get my screen repaired and left with it fixed but my speaker and home button not fixed. Also they do not wear face masks and there is a pandemic going on.

Sold me a faulty LCD screen, stopWorking after 2 weeks and they won’t replace it. Whenever I first bought the LCD I asked if it came with warranty and the employee told me yes to bring back if I had any issues with it. Now they don’t wanna replace it. Bad business…

I’d be hesitant. I too saw all these wonderful reviews and was quick to use them. They were open a Holiday weekend and to my phone right away. They never called to say it was done but that’s no big deal. When I tell you my phone has not been the same since they fixed it. It glitches. It looks different. My brightness setting is just off. My screen goes blank. I have to reset it constantly. The only thing that was wrong with it before was just an ugly line through the edge of the screen that I found annoying. I would think twice before going to them.
