My visit to Store 4565 worked out beyond my expectations. The sales person Andrea was caring, attentive, & radiated positive energy. She did best she could in answering most of my initial questions. She was overwhelmingly patient, even when my landlord interrupted a call I made to my previous mvno and even when a rep from my previous mvno were stalling on providing the info Andrea needed to assist me in switching to T-Mobile. 18 hours later, I remain satisfied with T-Mobiles network. I hope this will get to the leadership of Store 4565 as they should feel demonstrably blessed to have Andrea in their team. The T-Mobile organization is incredibly fortunate to have Andrea as an invaluable force of professionalism. They will positively improve, the longer she sticks with T-Mobile. I wholeheartedly recommend potential new customers to Andrea @ Store 4565
So I decided to upgrade my phone and I had to drive to this location, which was about 20 minutes from the house because all of the other stores that are closer have closed down. When I get there, Victor pulls up my account information and tells me that there is an issue with my upgrade. Instead of trying anything at all to fix it, be tells me I need to call customer care in order to get the issue resolved and that I should just go through customer care to process the upgrade and that I would be charged a $30 fee for doing it in the store. It turns out, there is no issue stopping the upgrade so it seems like Victor just didnt have the time to do his job. Furthermore, being charged a $30 fee simply for trying to do business face to face as opposed to over the phone is unacceptable. Just close all the stores and we all can just use the app and save $30. For a wireless company that prices itself on customer service, they are truly making it hard for me to give them my money. Unacceptable.
Horrible customer service period!!!! One rep who greeted me was unknowledgeable and needed help, but the other two reps act as if they could care less. I’ve been with Sprint for 14 years and then they merge with T-Mobile and cell phone and customer service is horrible.
Horrible experience. I stopped by T-Mobile last Wednesday to upgrade my wife and my four year old phones. An associate by the name of Victor told me to stop by Friday to take advantage of a promotion where I can receive $730 each for each old phone. I asked him if I have to change my plan and he told me “no.”I purchased my phone cases on Amazon and planned to be in the store first thing on Friday morning. My wife and I along with our 2 year old and 6 month baby showed up first thing. We asked for Victor but he was not in. We went to another associate and told her that we talked to Victor about the promotion for trading in our phones. We went through the process of making the switch, paid or taxes, signed the agreement and left the store.An hour later we get a call from the sales associate telling me that she is going to three way me with corporate to cancel our order. I was told that I couldn’t keep the phone unless I upgraded my plan. Mind you, this is after I signed the agreement to pay for the phones. The sales associate dropped off the phone and I spoke with corporate.Corporate informed me that the store made the mistake and they should have taken ownership before getting them involved. Corporate put me on hold and contacted the store to speak with the store manager but he was too busy to get on the phone. The manager didn’t even offer to contact me (the customer) after the fact.Corporate told me that the new phones I just paid for will arrive at my home in a few days and I will need to send them back unopened.I’ve been with T-Mobile for 15 years and never been late on a single payment. I never thought about leaving them until this incident. Avoid this store at all cost, they will not value you as a customer.

Great deal for new phones and a family plan with three lines. Brandon helped us get everything set up and we got a really good deal. They were professional and make it so easy to get everything transferred . Great veteran discount too . I was also really impressed in what they gave us on trade in for our IPhone 6 & 7.
I dealt with Andrea at this location. Her customer service was excellent. T mobile is everything she told me it would be. I highly recommend this location and T Mobile.

Had a great experience at T-Mobile! Went in and asked about phones and my man Justin hooked me and my mom up. He knew his stuff and even came in on his day off to make sure we were satisfied. Amazing customer service. Man deserves a raise.
DO NOT go to this T-Moble store! Extremely bad customer service member Justin AND store manager Rob will make a loyalty sprint customer feel alienated! Straight GARBAGE!You ask questions and get a blaise responses. I did not get the quality service that EVERY sprint customer deserves!They both seem to frown on sprint customers from what I gathered.Theyre more worried about not getting fired, how they look on sercurity cameras, and harp on 6ft apart than anything else (more like like 1600 ft feet apart! I couldnt even see my info on the screen to check for any errors to my account!)If this is how T-mobile customer service is than im glad i got sprint as my carrier.Question, if your so worried about catching this pandemic then why are you touching people ID cards repeatedly, the front door open where outside air comes in constantly?Some corrections needs to be done!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. My wife went in to fry a new phone, they first made us wait outside for 20 minutes because they were at the 17 person capacity. We saw 6 people inside, an associate said there were employees in the back. Once we got in, it was another 25 minutes before we were helped. The employee(who we later learned was the manager, important later) then locked herself out of the vault. Cue another 10 minute wait. There were unnecessary upswell attempts during that time. Once we finally got to the checkout stage, Mark spent more time trying to sell me stuff than my wife. My wife had a digital Visa gift card, and he said they cannot manually enter the number. When we asked for the manager, the original employee La’Fonia came out and was INCREDIBLY rude to both of us. Never offered to help order it online, do a different payment way, and even told us to “go buy it somewhere else then”. For a company that allegedly prides itself on customer service... the service here was horrendous. If there’s 11 employees in the back, why weren’t they helping people? Never going to that store again
The guys at T Mobile were very helpful. Looked for the best deal for a new phone. Unfortunately they didnt have the one in stock. If it was not for a birthday present I would have ordered it. May be back to the Garner location if I cannot find one.

The store manager made the simple act of getting a sim card a miserable experience. Sales rep was very nice, and trying to help, but the manager seemed to think that he wasnt doing a good job (he was!) The manager was 0 help, and I had to go out to my car to call T-mobile customer service to resolve the issue- (which they did, and the sales rep in the store could have done) but the incompetent store manager had to get involved in something he had no business getting involved in. Poor manager at this location.
Came in on sunday 12/6/2020 my husband added me on his plan. He also upgraded his phone. Exactly one week later i am having issues with my phone. The whole puprpose of going to t mobile was to get a working phone. Called customer service to trouble shoot. They told me maybe i needed a new sim card. When to store and the lady told me sim card was good it was the phone that was faulty. They could not exchange due to the fact tge phone i purchased was not in stock.i asked if i could pay the difference for another phone. She told me i would have to pay $50 for restocking fee for a broken phone that they sold me as new.i explained to her i needed a phone because my son is in the hospital and the hospital has that contact number. She said sorry i can order you one. I dont have the time to wait for a phone to be shipped to me. I would have order online vs. Going into the store if i wanted it shipped. Worst experience.

Ben with T Mobile for 6 years now and was told i wasnt allowed in the store without a mask. the lady behind the counter said she would call the cops. I was there to spend money. No more T Mobile.
I went in to switch to T-Mobile, Dana was pleasant, very nice. I explained to her that I had a bad experience with another cell phone carrier. I live in a area where limited service is available. I asked several times would I have service at my home. I told her I was sick and my cell phone was my only means of communication outside my home. she informed me that if my phone didnt work, and since I dont have wifi she could get me a cell box, to get better service. Just call her back. . She sympathized with me and the last experience I had and assured me that wouldnt be the case with T-Mobile. I switched 3 phones, as soon as I got in my yard my service went out, went in my house still no service. I had to leave drive 5 miles to use the phone. When I called her back abt 4 hours from leaving store, she said that she was busy closing the store couldnt help me and needed to call T-Mobile 611. I did and the representative told me there was no tower and I couldnt use my phone at my home. The cell box wouldnt work. She imported my phone# back to my old carrier. Thanks to Destiny I didnt have to be without a phone. The treatment was the same at other carrier, nice until you call back.
For what I paid for 5 lines of service...this is the most hectic experience I have ever received from a carrier...I had to go to the store a total of 3 times due to phone set up issues and now a 4th time because a wrong address is on my payment details and where billing will go... not an address on my ID at all... not to mention the actual reception has not been great either...very frustrated consumer...ended up having to take the complete day from work to deal with something that should not taken long at all...took my whole day... someone else name in my iPhone set to my profile... another phone no service...now a different address on my actual contract...what gives?

The location of this T-Mobile store is perfect, and the service is brilliant. If you want to know whats the best plan for you, ask for Camilo he helped me with my family plan and now Im making a switch from Sprint to T-Mobile on a business plan for 26 lines. 100% SATISFIED WITH COSTUMER SERVICE.
Granted, the store was fairly empty when I went on a Thursday evening, but the customer service was outstanding. I had difficulties getting my SIM card into my phone and they took care of it in about 3 minutes. I had actually snapped some pins off the inside of my phone, but clearly it didnt stop them from setting me up.
Had an awesome time with Allan and Vahiv. They gave me the greatest deals on my new Apple Watch ! I went in to get a new charger for my son’s tablet and left with a new 4th gen watch for less than $40! They really hooked it up! Thanks guys !
I came in 7:18pm it is now 9:50pm and only 2 employees working. Still have not been helped, all I need is to change SIM cards. IT sent me to this closest location and IT person helping me called this store and they did not answer the store phone. The employees did not help multiple customers at the same time like other locations do.
Came here a couple weeks after the location first opened and havent been back since. I came in to get them to figure out why my phone kept freezing when I tried to send a text or delete texts. All they kept doing was insisting me to get a new even though my was fairly new and I didnt want a new but they kept pressing me to get a new one. Terrible customer service not every customer wants to upgrade their phone every time they come. Upgrading shouldnt be their only solution.

After getting hanged up twice by customer service, I went to the store thinking I could get better help with a issue I was having to enroll for service. I went in and a guy rep who speaks French helped me (did not get name) after 5 minutes I noticed the rep was basically clueless on what he was doing and I just walked out after I gave him an excuse that I was going to be late somewhere just to be polite. I will take my business elsewhere where I can actually get help when I need it!
