Outstanding service and care from Emory and staff at the White Oak AT&T. There was no pressure selling tactics used. The associate listen to what I was looking for and let I the customer make the final decision. I do recommend this location, extremely efficient and professional. I had the most amazing experience at the white oak location. I came in to switch SIM cards on a new phone and Raven Davis was so helpful and kind. She helped me resolve the SIM card issue and answered all of my questions about the difference between the 12 pro and pro max. I was interested in apple watches and she informed me about a promotion that’s on going. She even went through the trouble of writing down all the details of our current phone plan and how we would be saving money with a different plan. Raven was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional and had a great energy that made my visit to the store excellent. I highly recommend and will be back if I have any more questions.

I was running late sunday they close at 7 I skated through the doors at 635! Store was packed. But everyone being helped efficiently. My rep was Acie. He was awesome. He got me what I wanted for the price out the door I wanted.. He totally rocked! He helped 3 people while my stuff processed but never made me feel forgotten.. Love this location and staff! They are amazing.

I tried to give this store in Garner NO STARS!! I only went into the store for a cell phone and had an unauthorized use of my debit card perform right in front of me! If I tell you I DO NOT want your cable service or internet then please tell me why would you force it on me anyway?!!! Beware of this ATT store in Garner, they seem nice but trust me ASK QUESTION ON EVERYTHING THAT THEY DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION AND ESPECIALLY YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD! Craig should be fired but all the Manager said was he would speak to him! Honestly after he used my debit card without my authorization for something I told him I DID NOT WANT ANYWAY! I should press charges against Craig for fraud and unauthorized use of my card! I will drive 200 miles to another store before I step foot in this one ever again! Craig acted as if he was paying for my phone as he tried to give me a gold phone when I asked for a black one. Never explained what he was doing but was full of mischievous tricks as he constantly tried to swindle me into purchasing things for my phone. I was so happy at first about getting a new phone but after this experience I was robbed of my happiness! And ATT will definitely get sued eventually by Spectrum once they find out ATT has representatives that tell customers that their bills are going to be $180 in order to get ATT services. How can Craig make that assumption without knowing what people bills are? Beware of the store In Garner and definitely stay away from CRAIG with his stealing self! Lastly, please tell me how I got a new iPhone but it didn’t have a guide on the inside to show me how to use my phone? Just disgusted all together

I was in the store for 3 hrs on Sunday . The rep was nice and was trying to resolve a problem. The crazy part ATA rep stop by my house with a great deal and its was bull. I was supposed to receive a box on Friday never show up then I call person back a few times and still repose then I receive a crazy bill for over $200 and the member told me that bull would be $105 a month . I was told when call complain about oh its one time fee $100 which was never told when sign up for special deal it was a lie and Hussle folks. I know work on commission but honest with customers then probably will not happen when you honest.

I purchased an iPhone. Had only Androids before. Sales person hands me the phone, tells me that my old phone will no longer text or call so I should go straight home to set up my new phone and walked away. I dont know how to use this thing. I went through the set up steps, my apps did not transfer, most of my texts didnt transfer (the messages from others transferred at a higher percentage but then it only shows their messages in the conversations). I cant get apps to download. So I am walking around with 2 phones. The new one to call and text and the old one for everything else. Can I return this? Or cancel my service and go some where else that provides customer service?Oh and he sold me chargers and cords that I didnt need, but he swore I did.

Came in to pay my bill using the kiosk inside the store. For some reason I was not able to do it but quickly one of the associates jumped in and help me. We had to do it manually but the process was quick and easy and I was in and out the store in no time. I received great service on this visit.

I recently had experiences Id like to share about the AT&T store located at the White Oak shopping complex in Garner, NC, ably managed by Elona.A couple months ago my phone, a one and a half year old Samsung S10, began continually dropping phone calls no matter my location. Customer service recommended I go to the store and theyd install a new SIM card. The service at the time was nothing short of astounding: Justin, one of the reps was extremely professional, took extra time and found a number of discounts never before applied to my account. Justin did a extremely good job and I was extremely happy when I left and for the next week or so the phone seemed as if the new card had solved the problem; not!Once again, the recommendation was to go to the store. This time I was told either the company would send me a new phone and I could have it activated a the story or they would replace my phone at the store. Because of the ridiculous $1 a month payment plan forced on me when I originally purchased the phone, the implication was the phone would be a free trade-in. PSHAW!I was agitated with AT&T to say the least. Nevertheless, the next hours eventually were to be precisely what AT&T customer service ought to be: I was cheerfully greeted by Ileana H and after briefly explaining my story asked to sit while Ileana explained my options, which unfortunately were zero beyond purchasing a new phone. Everything implied on the telephone call was nonsense as because the warranty had lapsed and I had no coverage from AT&T there was little she could do. I was extremely agitated and while I repeatedly told Ileana I wasnt angry at her, my anger only gained momentum until I raised my voice. It was at this point Ileana simply looked me in the eye, held out and lowered both hands, while calmly saying, Mr. Smith, Youve got to Stop! That was it, no lecture, no stern warning, no angry retorts, nothing of the sort to further agitate. Looking back, Im ashamed of how angry Id gotten and am pleased Ileana was there to act in a de-escalating manner.Then we got down to business and while I was still annoyed that Id need to purchase yet another expensive piece of equipment, Ileana performed, what seems to me in retrospect, magic and Im now in possession of a new phone and the necessary warranties so that my experience of the past 2 months will not repeat itself. Im certain Ileana would say she was only doing her job; I say, bravo for handling a customer with the professionalism and care AT&T should provide on a consistent basis.One last word, Im a believer that organizations are invariably reflections of leadership and while I am extremely unhappy with my AT&T --- Ive been a customer for years and a stock owner since it was Southern Bell --- I am thoroughly impressed with the AT&T store at White Oak. This is a direct reflection on Elona and her leadership. Along with Justin and Ileana, Elona deserves the highest praise; thank you one and all.Lee Smith

My fiancé and I was serviced by Brian and he was very attentive and superb in fixing our situation. I was frustrated that a order for new service was not completed by phone, but after 3 hours and some patience, he made everything seamless! Every phone, every extra device and even fixed up my daughter’s account. Now we are relieved! Will definitely work with him again.

Very poor customer service. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max dude scan the box and handed it to me said have a good day if you have issues call AT&T. I saw other customer service people helping others get stuff setup. I will never go back to this store do to be treated bad. If a customer is going to upgrade their phone and drop money on a new phone you do not need to treat them like you don’t care and blow them off when asking questions.

I went in to get two cases and to have screen protectors put on the two phones. After twenty minutes of waiting I approached what I thought was one of the greeters and was told that despite the fact I had been waiting for more than twenty minutes at this point that I would have to wait until the person I approached was done with a customer. This customer came in well after me but was seen to immediately. When the sales person finally came to me she was not very apologetic about my wait nor the fact that I had told her that I had time constraints because I had to get my kids from school. Imagine my surprise when I looked at her name tag and saw that she was a manager at this store. Not only did I not get the screen protectors put on but I ended up getting the wrong case for one of the phones because I couldnt wait another twenty minutes for someone to help me. I am a new customer to AT&T, I am beginning to regret leaving Verizon due to this experience.

Been with at&t for the past 6 years and within the last year I have been certainly thinking about leaving. Apparently for the past year I have been over charged by at&t for two lines when I only had one and nobody ever noticed it even though I had visited this store more than 3 times in the last year. Then as a way to save money I present the idea to get my girlfriend on the same line as me. We go to the store and it was suggested we purchase a phone online to save more money through a promotion that was going on. We did and requested an in store pick up. It was suppose to be ready in 2 hours and I waited 3 days just to be told they dont know what is going on and I should cancel my order and order again...... I did. Same thing happened. Finally I go to the store and just buy a phone from there, didnt save as much money but I needed a phone so I did the promotion where I bring my old phone back within 30 days to turn in once all the stuff changes over and I get a 700 dollar off deal. I go to turn my phone in and no Apparently now I do not qualify and I have to pay full price for the phone even though all the paperwork is done and I was told I was good. I feel played by at&t once again and what was suppose to be money saving move because i have a kid on the way is now costing me more. So thanks AT&T for being a copy that likes to screw your customers.

Again had to visit the AT&T store (the White Oak Garner one is my go-to). I was trying to hold out a few more months but it was time to consider an upgrade. Stephan (spelling?) was simply fabulous. His customer service was superior, he was patient with my questions and my initial indecisiveness with accessories. He found a phone and a price point with which I was happy and told me exactly what to do when the item arrives. Obviously, I also appreciate the deal that AT&T is offering right now for new and existing customers. Been with AT&T for a very long time so I appreciate them looking out for both new and “old” customers. Keep up the stellar customer service. You guys are doing a great job!

Left the store thinking I received great service but once I got home and had the paperwork sent to my email, I noticed the sales associate added AT&T Next Up onto my bill without ever asking. Now, after more than one hour in the store, I’m stuck waiting for help with AT&T phone representatives. Be careful of sales associates at this place adding features onto your account for commission.

I activated an account 2 weeks ago and none of the promotions where on my bill.This brings me to today. I drove 40 mins away from my home to try and have this resolved. Given the state of the country, face masks have become a standard. There was a sign stating that face masks are required. Most businesses have these posted but not fully enforcing the rule. I entered the store and was met by a female employee who told me that I needed a face mask to be in the store. I say ok and explain that I need some assistance with my bill b/c I was overcharged and told to come back to their store from the customer service rep. The female told me that they could not help me with anything billing in their store and I to call another number to be helped. I said I would go outside the store and call the number. I explain that if I couldnt get a resolution then I would want an employee to come outside to refund my money and deactivate my account. The female told me, once again, that I needed a face mask and also needed one outside. I quickly let her know that one isnt required outside and went out the store to make my call.outside, I speak with two different reps four about 45 mins. Not once did I step back inside. While speaking to the rep I tell him that I would like to make a complaint on how the female employee handled my issue. I opened the store door and stayed outside while holding the door to get an employees attention. The store manager, Sincere, assisted two customers at the front while a kept quiet. Only raising my hand to get his attention each time he looked my way. Finally, as he was finished with the second customer I called for his attention. Sincere walked toward me, staying about 10 ft away in the store. I asked him what the female employees name was, which I found out later is Eliana, and I pointed to her.While all this is happening I am still on the phone with the customer service rep who is listening. Sincere tells me that I needed to wear a mask and shut the front door. I explained that I was not in his store and I only wanted the female employees name for the service rep to continue my complaint. I tell Sincere that that he could come outside to speak with me since I cant be in the store. Sincere tells me that he cannot b/c Im not wearing a mask and he doesnt want to be near me. I explain that he can stand away from me, like he was doing at that moment, and speak with me. Sincere asks me to just close the door 2-3 more times before walking away from me and having the Eliana go to the back of the store. I must note that there is a clear sign on the front door saying that if a customer does not have a mask the store offers curbside assistance.This went on for about 15 more mins with me on the phone with the service rep. The rep himself could not believe the way Sincere was acting toward me given that I explained why I wanted Elianas name.Toward the end Sincere said he was going to call the police if I did not close the store door. I asked if he would rather call the police than give the name of the employee I wanted to complain on. The name tag of each employee is there for us to know their names so why he couldnt tell me is beyond comprehension.Sincere did call the police and when they arrived I explained what was going one. The officer went inside and spoke with Sincere and came out with Elianas name.The ridiculousness of them calling the cops versus giving the name of an employee who wears a name tag is beyond me. I am DISGUSTED at the way this situation was handled and will never set foot in that store again. It seems that the most important time for their concern is when they want you to create an account. Once that is done the service goes completely down the toilet. I cannot speak for the other employees at the store, but Sincere and Eliana have put a bad stain on the company in my eyes. I will be following up with other admin about this. I do not recommend those two deal with any other customers until some real evaluation of their customer service techniques are examined.

All I can say is WOW!!! We just moved to Raleigh and needed WiFi ASAP. We both work from home because of COVID and not having WiFi could have definitely jeopardized our jobs. I was there on Super Bowl Sunday and the service was outstanding! Harley was training Brian, she explained everything she was doing to him to make sure he got the training he needed to be outstanding. When I left the store I couldn’t find my phone so I immediately called the store where Harley ran the cameras back and assured me that I didn’t leave it behind. I would definitely go back to that store!

We went here twice to try and upgrade my phone, but it was unable to be done. The customer service agents (we were spoke with Brian and Craig) did not give us the correct information and ran us in circles thinking we were going to get a phone. We were told we would get a trade-in deal only to find out we werent eligible later. We were told it would be delivered and it wasnt. In fact, due to Brians error, they will be unable to upgrade my phone for another 30 days.I still dont have a working phone. We have been hung up on by customer service agents.I do not recommend this store. I do not recommend AT&T.

My husband and I opened a business account in this store last year. Today I walked in to cancel it,because of the government and COVID19. They will NOT cancel my business account. They gave me a 1800 number I said I opened up the business account here!!! Now been on the phone over 13 minutes and had the wrong area!!! Now redoing the whole phone call. I opened my account a month or so ago. I was told my monthly payment would only be $70. My bill now says that my payment each month will be $118. THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. I spoke to customer service and they basically said that I just have to pay the price even though that is not what i was quoted. Once my contract is up i will not be working with at&t going forward. I was lied to only so that they can get a sale.

Would give the store negative stars if I could. Wait times are absolutely incredibly long. Staff not trained on promotions or procedures which resulted in over 2 hours of waiting around. The representative was very nice and was able to assist me immediately. All the employees at the store were great. I went in to open an account with 6 lines for my business. I was able to pick out the numbers and then while activating them something happen and they had to use 6 different SIM cards now.. so After that I had no choice about The numbers. I left and everything has been ok. Until I was able to make an account online and look through all the things in my account. I was literally lied to straight to my face about the plan details and pricing. No question. Not to mention that on my account was 6 active lines... and then 6 reserved lines with the numbers I originally picked. Now I get a letter in the mail telling me How I owe over $600 for the reserved lines... WOWwwwe.. I called the att customer service and they had no idea how this happened. Took over 2 hours on the phone to figure it out. Just be careful going to this place. Watch out for yourself.

They were very helpful! Helped me get new phone and some lines added to my account and everything transferred over from T-mobile. Vita went above and beyond to make sure I could port over my old numbers and took as much time as was needed to make it happen. I would highly recommend anyone to this store. Theyre entire team is very helpful and I will for sure be returning for any and all needs in the future!

We came to exchange 3 IPHONES and the sales person had to push insurance many times even though she was told no. We also have only 4 lines and yet this sales person tried to sell us a five line plan. It took over 3 hours and it now costs me nearly 100 dollars more a month. I also work in health care, but since I am not a first responder. then no discount. It was horrible because some staff are just after a commission and no service. She also sold my sister-in-law the wrong phone case. This should have a great experience. The manager was very nice, but this sales person was awful. I wish I could drop AT&T, but all cell phone companies are bad at customer service.Part 2 - One week later I have received two flimsy mailers to return my 2 IPHONES and I will need to pay extra to protect these phones, so I may get my credits. I do not understand what the point of going to this store was? Oh wait a minute, it was to was 3 hours of my familys time with high pressure sales tactics and no discounts for being loyal customers. I simply do not understand the need for our local store. You also may have noticed that the management has not replied to my unfavorable review. This means that my negative experience was deserved and it is what you can expect from our Garner AT&T store. I am very displeased with the whole experience.Part 3 - I went by the post office today and dropped my IPHONES in the mail to eventually get my credit. This was the end of some extremely poor service from this store. There has been no follow up on these negative posts. I will continue to leave these because it will let other potential customers to another store or another carrier.Part 4 - I have now seen my bill go from the promised $282 to over $300 month on this new unlimited plan. I do not understand why my plan had to be so radically changed. This because the store is overly focused on selling and not on servicing the customer. You can easily see this because these is no reply to my very long and unflattering review.

I had tried to upgrade my phone online during this outbreak, and according to the online process I had to drive to Cary to pick my phone up. I live 15 minutes from the Garner Nc store, so I called them up and told them what was going on and they allowed me to do curbside there at the store. It was simple and quick.

After being a Sprint customer anything is better than them....but it is close. Sign up was great working with (Ariella?) but there were promises not kept. $100 off activation fee being one. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!

Visited 8/7/2019 as walk-in. Greeted by Illeana. She and the wonderful manager took on a problem that I had and saved me a bundle of money bye signing me on to AT&T Prepay. I am so thankful for them. I brought them a problem and all I saw from the moment I came it was total focus on getting my service up and running. Very professional. Absolutely outstanding customer service. None better anywhere. Thank you!

My husband needed a new iPhone. We went to this Att store and a sales name Vita tried to help us. We just need one a new cellphone but they’re didn’t gave us good choices ... so no options for us except to take a deal with new two iPhone that the deal more “cheaper” than if we take only one iPhone for my husband.So we made a transaction with the deal that our new iPhone will using our old numbers & our new numbers will on our old iPhone.Vita keep trying to offering a bunch of another items like iPhone cases, cable charger, screen protectors, Att Tv etc to keep us busy. We’re being nice to her and after a little over two hours, my husband got his new iPhone working with his old numbers. I got distracted with her offer about the items she trying to sell to us. Until I realized when I got home, she didn’t switch my old number to my new iPhone! We called her to let her know. But she was so easily says that we have to come back to the store the next day only for switch the cards on my iPhone.She makes us really disappointed... she was to busy to offering stuff to us than do her job to make good service.She knows that she supposed to switch mine too but she way too busy to offering stuff to make us distracted!! She even didn’t try to call us to remind us!! And so easy to ask us to come back the next day or another day!!So folks, don’t easy to get distracted by them when they aggressively offering something & make sure they do their job to make you guys satisfied as customers!!!
