Me and my mother went to add to two new lines to an existing account, and Naomi the sales woman was so bubbly and welcoming to us we knew we was in the right place. She did such an amazing job showing us the different phones and options we have with adding new lines. She was wonderful and very patient which was very helpful ! I would come back and only to this store thanks again !

Terrible customer service. Young girl was so rude I just ended up going to boost. Much more helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products selling. And I see about the comment on music. Inappropriate music and it’s so loud I had to ask the young girl repeatedly what she was saying.

Came to the Cricket wireless on 5th avenue to get my iPhone fixed. I got assisted by the lovely Naomi, she was very efficient in fixing my problem at a reasonable timing. Very much enjoyed my costumer service! Ask for Naomi!

Maria at the Garner store was really helpful. She was able to transfer all my husbands contacts and pictures from his old phone (which was glitching and really frustrating to use) to his new phone without a problem. She was friendly and I didnt spend any more time in the store than was absolutely necessary.

Naomi was the young woman who waited on us, helped up purchase a new phone, expleained what she was dong as she went along, asked if we had any questions, made us feel comfortable. We were treated with couretsy and respect. Very professional. As if we were the only customer there and we were not.

Terrible service at this store. Took almost an hour to even get to the counter to check out and the lady behind the counter tells me she didnt have the phone I was looking for. But she had asked which one I wanted long before I got to the front of line, so she made me wait an hour for nothing.

Cricket has some of the best deals around! Theyre now running off of the AT&T network, and its so fast!!This is my favorite store to go to. They take care of all my issues.

Very friendly staff. Very quick service. In and out of store with 2 new lines in less than 20 min.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Even had bags or cornhole for the kids to stay entertained while we talked to the staff. They had a variety of phones for us to look at also.The only downside I would say is the music is really loud. Its hard for me to hear sometimes with excess noise and it was very loud and distracting.

I bought a broadband modem from walmart through Cricket and it not longer has service at my house. After spending over an hour on the phone with someone overseas with no results, I was told that I would have to go to a store. I went to this store and the man that was working had very little knowledge, and was of no help. Even going to another store was of no help.My days with Cricket ended then and will not recommend anyone to use their service because of lack of technical support.

I had an issue with phone reps came into the store and was heleped by janet and gus they are amazing and got to the bottom of my problem quickly and were friendly while doing so I recomend if you have any problems with your phone speak with them great customer service

Customer service can be improved, if you dont like helping people you shouldnt be working there.

What ever you do Dont go here they ladies in this store will miss lead you, very rude and dont want to help you in any way but try and sell you something you cant use! Stay away!!! The 1 + 800 number for cricket 611# no help there either, no service for over 3 weeks now and called everyday a waste of my life, they will tell you the towers are out are another hundreds of assues this store in Garner needs a manger are just needs to close took my phone in and one of the girls didnt wont to get off her phone to help as will as the other one was on her phone told me my new phone my daughter got me for mothers day,said it was compatible with them sold me a new SIM card keep my other one from vrizson only wasnt compatible finding out after 3 weeks unbelievably cricket is a low payment but its not worth giving them your money for them to give you a 20$ credit after you paid 45. Service 11$ SIM card and calling everyday and customer service tells you to go to Wal-Mart and pay another SIM card and call them back knowing that they dont sell the right SIM card for Microsoft Windows phone SIM card lol Trust me dont go with this company the store in garner want help they will shout the door and your just left out in the cold!!!! Ruded ugly people in Garner and customer service on #611. BEWARE! Aug. 2016.

I went on a Sunday, it seemed like I was bothering the two girls there trying to get information on how to repair my phone. Then they just told me to call an 800 number for help and gave me a pamphlet. Sadly, they didnt have any pamphlets in English.
