It seemed to be a busy Tuesday for this location the afternoon I walked in. I sat at the front of the store to wait my turn and within 60 seconds Adam came to greet me and let me know someone would be with me within the next few minutes. I was partnered up with Nicole and she was amazing! She helped to walk me through the process, answered any and all questions I had and let me know what was available to me as far as promotions and upgrades went! Adam was still close by helping along the way and it felt really reassuring that neither of these employees pushed me into the latest and greatest phone or service just to get sales. They listened to me and pointed me in the right direction of what kind of phone would be best for me without breaking the bank. I followed up with Andrew once my phone came in and he was wonderful at transferring everything and setting my phone up as far as apps, screen protectors and phone cases went! These 3 definitely calmed all anxieties that I had about getting a new phone and Im so thankful for their help! The best trio I couldve asked for!

I just moved to the area and have visited this location on three separate occasions, and every time has been pleasant. Tonight Omar was with other customers but still made it a point to greet me. He answered all my questions and also suggested a few other products that I didn’t intend on purchasing. However, he described how useful they were with confidence and spoke of his experience with them which is why I bought them. This is coming from someone who is tech illiterate and I am happy I bought them. Great service!!!

Omar was the most patient sales representative ever, it took 3 or more hours to discover that the phone was defective after being transferred to 3 other text representatives, so I had to order another phone but all is good now thanks to Omar.

Went above and beyond to help me get a new phone and straighten out my account. Andrew and other staff worked very hard for me today. My screen was shattered and I couldn’t pull much information off it and didn’t remember all my passwords, but they all brainstormed to make it happen. I was really touched by the level of customer service Rick & his Verizon team provided for me. Rick really took great care of me & I felt like even though they were a little busy, he took his time & he was very patient & got me everything I needed.

Terrible service! The Sales Associate treated my 82 y/o mother horribly.My mother was told Maybe you should not have a phone. Then he tried to sell her a $800+ phone.The same store told me I needed a new phone because they could not replace the battery in my phone. He said When the battery dies, a new phone is needed.I visited a phone repair store and they replaced the battery for $35-$40.I would not recommend anybody to this store.
Only here to pay a bill and had to wait 13 mins to swipe a card and get a receipt. I know the employees dont have control over the traffic that goes in and out. But, the company knows the busiest times for this location. They need to allow more hours for this location and put an associate in each station to eliminate the long wait time. Only 2 people for this increasingly over populated area is not enough.**Good job associates for trying to respectfully please everyone**

District Manager John Williams is unprofessional and has an out of control temper. Otherwise the sales consultants are wonderful and honest people. But the store manager can’t help but ask the age of any young girl in the store, rather strange.

This review is not just for this store, but any store that is not a Corporate Verizon. Lets see, where to begin. They dont honor prices listed on the Verizon website. Second, lets say you buy a phone directly from the manufacturer or a different retail store. This non Corporate Verizon will charge you $20 to activate it. These things wouldnt happen at a Corporate Verizon store. This is just some retail phone store that somehow gets to use the Verizon name. The associate I complained to had a detailed explanation of how theyre funded and why they cant charge the same prices as corporate Verizon stores. But what it boils down to is inconsistent service and pricing for Verizon customers. Literally, I saved hundreds of dollars by taking my business to a different/corporate Verizon store. Do yourself a favor, NEVER go to this awful store or another like it. ALWAYS ask if they are a corporate store and if they say no, STAY AWAY!!!!
Not a bad store, theyll service your phone and help you. Most of the people there are nice, however DO NOT take their recommendations on phones. Know what phone you want before you go to the store. Both my mothers and my phone that we took the stores recommendation on are cheap pieces. From a misunderstanding, I thought I was told had 30 days to return and when I went back to return the phone to upgrade to something else was informed that I was past the 14 days return window. So, nice people, but they do not know their phones. Know what you want or go to a different store.
