I think i was to Mexican for the Geneva location, or look like i had the financial means to be there based off of my attire due to i needed a coffee maker in in constructing and went in with work clothing. Customer service was not very helpful, if i never go back to this location again i think it would be in my best interest based off of how i felt once i left that establishment

I honestly loved the selection, deals, but also the prices on some products were just unreal. Loved that the second I walked in there was a flyer with there current specials

Have not been in a bed bath and beyond in a while. Really surprised that they now have a whole big section for things that typically would be found at a pharmacy. I like looking at this store to see the unique items they have. All the sudden I turned an isle and I felt like I was in a pharmacy not bed bath and beyond anymore.

Its a pleasure to go into this Brick and Mortar store. Its got everything I need for bath, bedroom and my kitchen. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

This area is very busy. The store is set up like any other bed bath beyond. They have alot of merchandise which is good in normal times. During a pandemic, this makes it crowded and little space to avoid others. I tried the online ordering to curbside pickup and was disappointed with it. I bought acrylic cups and they did not check the condition that they were in. They stacked them, and the rubbing caused them to be severely scratched. They should have wrapped the cups. I was trying to avoid going into the store, which was why I used the order online to curbside pickup option. I ended up having to go into the very busy store to return the items. The workers were friendly and tried to keep all lines moving as fast as possible. However, it is not the workers fault that some customers come with a ton of coupons and try to break up purchases into multiple transactions, which slows down the line a ton.

These stores stay in business. Great coupons and great values. Decent service.

Great to have a store, stocked with products you can walk in and buy - instead of waiting for an online delivery. Regularly visit this location for pods of Verismo.

Last time I buy $120 sheets from these people. Lasted 6 months and of course I didnt keep the receipt.

Noticing a shift in quality in shower curtains. Bought a curtain ( I bought the same curtain from them 5 years ago) and the quality was less than par. Unfinished edges, tins of loose threads and uneven design. Disappointing

Bathroom is horrible but whatever never shopped there.

Employees at the store are very good at customer service and very pleasant people. The store is not as big as the Butterfield location, but still has a good variety of home goods available.

Horrible customer service, went in to buy some new bedding and there wasn’t an associate around. Went to the front desk and asked for help, the girl said she’d have someone meet me over there. Waited 10 minutes and nobody showed. When I was walking out there were 5 associates by the front end just chitchatting. Won’t go back to this location.

Service staff are very friendly and helpful. Extremely over priced.

I called and a REAL PERSON answered! And I got full service from the staff! They are not using COVID-19 as an excuse to do less!

My second shopping experience with Bed Bath & Beyond. How can I say this? Both times they made shopping easy, they handle everything even suply free wrapping paper. Will wrap for you for a small fee and deliver for free.So many beautiful things . EXCELLENT staff. Everyone so helpful GREAT experience.

Factory is clean and easy to navigate. Pillow selection is poor, but what little is available is reasonable quality. Customer service is great, provided you can find an associate to help you.

Anytime I walk into one of these stores I feel it’s the epitome of excess and unnecessary stuff. I only went bc I received a gift card. The employees are helpful and kind though so at least they’ve got that.

All the employees are knowledgeable about the products they carry and can direct you right to them. They look pretty busy but always make sure they can greet you and make sure you find what you are looking for even if they dont carry it. Would highly recommend for picking up things for an apartment or home!

Bed Bath and Beyond always has coupons and sales. They have things in the store that I never would have imagined existed! I love going there to get inspiration for my apartment and to buy all of the cool new gadgets. The employees are super helpful and know the store in and out.

Manager has clearly understaffed the store to a point that they lost my business today, it’s sad because usually everyone is pleasant but today an exasperated woman was clearly overwhelmed at my request for a scanner so I can register for my wedding registry. She called for help no one ever came.

People were pretty friendly store was pretty clean its just average high price stuff.

Customer service was good but the Geneva store no longer carries the Bunn coffee filters. Had to go to the, dare I say it, Wallyworld. 5 stars for BB&B for their customer service on this one.

Pretty typical store. Lots of items to shop for. Alot of those TV only type items can be found here. The check out lines tend to be an issue though. Usually 1 register working even when 6 customers are in line.

Karen was fantastic. She helped pick out an item on my list for the groomsmen. Very helpful with navigating the wedding registry.

Chairs, tables feel n look as cheap as the garbage sold in Walmart n Pier 1. I believe BBB used to sell decent stuff.

Always a wait in line. Returned items today were defective with receipt and only had 3 days. clerk was terse and felt it was a lot of trouble to have to look up Sku. She appeared angry about the whole process. I tried to explain she could just let management know there is s problem with product I have purchased many times over the years and she send “it’s not my fault”. Which is obvious it’s not of course not. There are much more polite ways to handle returns they happen. BBB online sales are soaring perhaps people more suited to dealing with public is warranted!? Will not return!

Pretty cramped shopping space due to a lot of in aisle displays. Hard to navigate the aisles with a shopping cart. Staff assistance has been hit or miss with me, but the last time I shopped here two staff members were particularly helpful with getting products ordered and delivered to my home.

Clean store, easy to find stuff. There was some error with a coupon from my phone and the cashier claimed that there was no bed bath and beyond app, and when i showed her she claimed it wasnt an official app. The app is published by bed bath and beyond corporate.

While this store always seems to have a lack of staff, the staff they do have are friendly and try valiantly to keep the store neat and organized. Good items are usually found at decent prices (and the coupons always help!).

They do not have the smaller (52x 70) tablecloths. 😟

Not that great, I think it was sold to Walmart, no one around to help you and no prices on anything, just like Walmart. How do you shop a store with no pricing. Ridiculous.
