Marggie helped me troubleshoot my problem with my dryer, she had the $14 part to fix it in stock, and gave me some great advice for preventing the issue in the future. Dryer fired right up after installing the new part. Discount Appliance is a gem!

We had to purchase a new washer and couldnt have had a better experience! They have a good variety of quality appliances. I was treated horribly by Judy, she actually laughed at me and said that I couldnt afford to purchase a dryer from her. Apparently she was able to determine my financial situation based on the fact that I didnt want to purchase a fully loaded dryer, I guess they dont sell base models.

I called for a gas dryer ignitor this morning and spoke to Judy. She offered valuable insight into my no-heat problem. She politely suggested that the part I was searching for may NOT be the part I need based on her experience; but it still MAY be. She noted that she stocks all three of the suspect parts, that each was less than $20 and suggested that I test each part before replacing any. Her advice was that of an honest business representative and a person with a good heart. See you soon.

Awesome customer service and parts availability is outstanding

Chris was amazing and staff were amazing! We bought a dishwasher from them and he delivered it and when my husband went to install it we realized it was damaged (to bad to keep) - Chris did not know it because the box did not show damage! He immediately came back with Stu and examined the issue and took it back on late Friday with intention of finding us a new one asap. With the current pandemic finding the same machine was next to impossible but together we searched (took a week with no dishwasher!) and we found one at another dealer. He went to the other dealer, worked a deal with them and got it for us and brought it right over the next day!!! They did not up charge us at all even though the machine went for more at this dealer! Also just so you know the machine was selling (if they had any) for $90 more at Lowes and other top name places!! We will always go back to them for all of our future appliances!!

Keep in mind however; they only service what they sell! So be sure to buy from Discount Appliance World if you’d like your investments to last!

Great service. Pricey, but beats waiting.

This company has the BEST service man I have ever met. He can fix ANYTHING!!! However, the owner insists that they ONLY service what they sell. I have had them service many of my appliances that I purchased elsewhere over the last 20 years, but last week when I called for service on a dryer, the owner ARGUED with me that they only service what they sell. Furious, I hung up on her. If she insists on argueing and openly turning away potential customers, that is a mistake. A HUGE mistake.

THEY are an excellent place to call when you need dependable service when your large appliances seem to have died. They come right away if you really need it (i.e. refrigerator is dead, or washer is dead and you just started the weeks laundry) and will also tell you whether or not the machine can honestly be fixed. I thought my dryer was totally dead, but they just laughed, repaired a belt, and in ten minutes, it was working! the man was great, and told me it would last longer than the washing machine id bought recently.

They were very professional and had a great selection. They also deliver and haul away locally.
