Will Ortiz is the Manager here and he sure knows how to take care of his customers!!! This shop is the best in the NATION! I drove all the way from South Austin in an emergency and Will and his team took care of me in no time. Meanwhile another guy rolled in with his emergency tire causing sparks on the ground and Will and his team ran to his aid and helped him immediately. They guy was in a wheel chair and it was very hot, they even offered everyone waters. They called and gave texts on updates and give the best rates in town! They are hands down the best Discount Tire Nationwide! Take every single car you own here...no matter how far out you are. Make a day trip out of it. The service is TOP TIER AND SECOND TO NONE! Love these guys and I trust them with my life!

I was greater outside before I even had a chance to get inside, and was helped immediately. Their folks were actually jogging out to retrieve waiting vehicles in the parking lot. Even though they were packed, I got in and out in amazing time.

Another great experience just like all my visits have been in the past at the Georgetown location as well as any Discount Tire Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. I went with my granddaughter to have her 2010 Volkswagen Golf looked at for tire balancing that was causing considerable vibration. Marvin had us in and out in less than 45 minutes with a tire balance that helped considerably but still wasnt quite right. He mentioned bringing it back if we werent completely satisfied which we did.Bradin got us in quickly in spite of there being a considerable number of customers. Again the car was ready in under 45 minutes and Martha did an awesome job taking complete care of the issues. She showed me the 4 badly worn hub rings that needed to be replaced. That absolutely solved the issue and now Morgans baby runs as smooth as butter. The icing on the cake, they told me no charge because we had to bring it back. What an awesome experience with phenominal customer service. Thanks much to the team of professionals at our Georgetown Discount Tire, you folks ROCK!!!

Great service ! I called every tire shop from belton to Round Rock and discount had the best prices, Customer service and ordered the tires I wanted and had them there the same day. Johnny was exceptionally helpful, and even though they were booked on appointments my old tires were weather rotting and he told me to just come in when I can and he would get me taken care of ! They will stay there until everything is done .. hard workers and they did the job right ! I am a car person and check everything . They even shined the wheels up .glad I read other reviews and went to Discount tire!

Nice new store. Everybody is very nice and professional. Even though it stays pretty busy most of the time they are fairly efficient at moving customers in and out quickly. I had a tire replaced because it had a slow leak that nobody could fix for over a year. I wont buy tires at any other store. They always have the best price, service and stores wherever you go.UPDATE 8/30/21- Took my new Subaru here for a flat repair on a factory Yokohama tire under warranty. The associate informed me it wasnt covered because A. I didnt buy the tire from DT and B. the tire was damaged beyond repair. Wow! I didnt believe her on either statement but didnt argue the point so I left and went to my old Discount Tire store in Austin where they promptly repaired the flat for free without hesitation. I filed a complaint with the corporate office about the way the Georgetown associate treated me. The corporate office apologized promptly and promised I would be contacted by the local store manager as a follow up. Its been a month and Im still waiting to hear from someone. I doubt Ill ever go back to the Georgetown store although Ill continue to patronize other DT stores.

Ordered Tires online set an appointment to about a week out from my order to fit my schedule. Wife ended up picking up a nail somewhere on one of the old tires and I was still a week out from my appointment schedule called them up told the situation and they said no worries bring it in today and squeezed me in there already busy schedule which I was great ful for already. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and put in line to my surprise about 8-20minutes later they asked for my keys pulled my vehicle in right away and before I realized and could tell them I had left the wheel lock on the passenger side of the center console they already had all four wheels off. With that said I was there for maybe 30minutes tops with brand new tires (the ones I ordered online)mounted and balanced and HAND torqued back on the car. While the team outside pulled the car out and to the front another team member handed me my paperwork for the tires and informed me my car would be pulled up front for me. I walked outside met the other team member with my car and he gave me my key, told me where they left my wheel lock, and asked if I needed anything else to which I said no and he replied have a great day.Thats what I call good service prompt on arrival, fast on service, polite, friendly and overall professional with no damage to my wheels will definitely return in the future and highly recommend based off this experience.

Absolutely horrible service. Joshua did a horrible job taking my information apparently put somebody elses vehicle to my phone number. Texted me that it was all done when I called to verify it was done they verified it was finished. My wife shows up to pick up the vehicle they give her the wrong keys to the wrong car. Said that our vehicle wasnt done and 5 hours after they promised the vehicle to be done it still hasnt even pulled into the shop. I used to love discount tire service but it is absolutely got horrible.

I have been a customer ever since I saw the ad with the old lady throwing a tire through their window in the mid 1980’s. Today I came in (Monday before opening) for four new tires. Since I arrived early there was a crowd beginning the form. When it became time to open the manager came out with a list of cars in order of arrival... they had a person logging arrivals and that is the order in which they addressed customers. PERFECT! Otherwise, I was in and out in a little over an hour; much quicker than I expected on an early Monday.

Waited 10 mins to get some air, had to go inside to get someone to pay attention and then was told a 2.5 hour wait to get them to fix my flat for “free.” Remind me why I switched from my former tire shop? I thought it was for better concierge service!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in with a flat repair, was told a few hours. That was fine, they put my spare on and said they’d call when it was ready. Received no call, dropped by and they couldn’t find my tire. I was then told they had no time to switch the tires back. Called back the next day, was told It’d be maybe an hour wait. Not an acceptable bruise practice, I’ll never use them again.

Understaffed location. I started at the front of the line and finally left after 30-45 minutes because they hadn’t yet managed to even get to me. By the time I left, there were 8-10 people in line behind me, including several elderly people that were forced to wait outside in the heat. I was somewhat frustrated as I only needed the pressure on one tire checked. I’ve since given my girlfriend a tire gauge to keep in her car. 🤨

Incredible place Im sure to pick up your tire and rim part I did not have to wait only about 5 minutes and the gentleman helped me out with this part and . this is why I enjoy going to this place and I recommend it. 😱🤩😁👍

Ok first I like discount tire and have been customer for years and dealt with road hazard warranty on two occasions. This time I am not a happy camper. On Saturday yes a hot very busy day for tire issues I called and waited 10 mins wait to talk with someone was told your phone is breaking up there was immediate hang up. Then when I immediately called back I set on phone for 25 mins and then call was cut off not by me. Called right back and another 10 min wait. I understand busy but if they need someone to answer phones I am sure someone would be glad to do that .

Needed new tires, they fit the bill. I was lucky, I had a week to wait so I was able to make an appointment, and it was a wonderful idea...12:30 PM appointment, showed up at 12:15, the place and parking lot were packed, but I had four new tires and was out the door just after 1 PM. Great service!

No help for 22”x12” wheels. Don’t bother if you have custom wheels.

We have been going to Discount Tire for several years. They always have been friendly and easy to work with. We recently ordered tires online but they were backordered so Ranse was kind enough to substitute more expensive, but in-stock tires and installed them the next day!

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it fast and as always great customer service.

Alright guys! This place is where its at! I went to another tire place that screwed me around for 2 hrs. Close to closing time I call and talk to Brian, who also helped me find my way to the shop, and they had my tire! Amazing. I live an hour away. I got there 10 min to close and they hooked me up! Had great customer service. Very friendly! Couldnt argue with price either! After my hours of being mad and feeling worried i wouldnt make it home( I live an hour away) they put my worries to bed! Where to start. This is the hard part. I frequently go to the Georgetown location to get my tires repaired or replaced. On average, I’m there 4-6 times a month due to the nature of my work. I always receive the best service from everyone who helps me. But today I have to give the recognition to Sebastian again. He saved me today. I had a flat on the tool and I was stuck on the side of the road and my size tires aren’t an average size. Well, not only did he have one, he kept an eye out for the guy I sent with my tire since I had to wait with my truck. As soon as he saw him, he pulled the tire out of the truck and had it handled in an extremely time efficient manner. And today was the day I needed that the most. I owe you a huge THANK YOU!!!! Again. You saved me today and all jobs were completed since I was able to get this handled quickly. Professionalism, and courteous, and understanding of the situation go a long way. I highly recommend the Georgetown location even though they’re super busy.

Always go to Discount Tire for tires, and this location was awesome in getting me new tires and wheels after a Toyota dealership sold me a 2017 Tacoma with dangerously low treaded tires.

I waited for over an hour just to mount a tire. Also Definitely not a discount tire! One tire has $150 I would not call that a discount. Definitely would not recommend this business to do work on my car they take too long.

I would like to say thank you to the store manager for for making this experience of getting new tires a great one. The staff here are super friendly and very knowledgeable.I came in for a return tire for my wifes car. I bought in San Antonio that the spare tire didnt fit properly back in its place.The staff took care of this with no hesitation.Unfortunately my pilot needed 4 new tires. I was planning to get tires elsewhere for a good deal. Jake the person that assisted me beat that deal by $50 of the total. I would recommend this location to all me friends and family. Went in to get a nail hole repaired. Spoke with Tomas and he came.out to look at the tires.. I work construction so this is a normal occurrence to get a nail. Tomas took friendly and professional to a Chik FIL A level. Then I told them I had a 4pm appointment at Firestone for a balance and rotate. Tomas took care of that for me right there so I didnt have to attend 2 appointments. I was blown away by the level of service at the Georgetown branch. I will be coming back to buy all my tires there. If your like me you read good reviews and think eh they might be exaggerated but I assure you there will be no disappointment here. Happy tire hunting.

This was my first visit to the G-Town discount tires with a low air leak from one of the rear tire. Folks at discount tire were quick to check me in even though they were busy and patched the run flat tires which had screw in it. Best off all the service was completely free. The only negative was the guy who was pumping air as part of the standard inspection did not realize that tires are staggered on my BMW 5 and filled all tires with the same level of air when the front should be lower PSI than rear ones. I could feel the ride was different after the service and I corrected the air pressure back home to the recommended PSI. My next tire purchase would be through discount tires G-TOWN based off the experience today.

Went in with multiple nails and screws in my tires from jobsites I take my work truck too. Told them I dont have alot of money at the moment what have you got that would work for my work truck. Not only did Slade recommend a cheap tire that has been amazing so far he also told me about their card they have so I didnt have to pay out of pocket right then and there. Fantastic! While the employees clearly had more work than one store could handle, every employee I saw seemed to be working as efficiently as possible. They even took the time to pass out chilled bottles of water to customers waiting on this warm day. Every contact I had with employees was very professional and friendly. I visited Georgetown’s Discount Tires needing some tires for my Ford F-350 Super Duty. I didn’t even go inside, employee Ranse was already outside asking me my needs. He took down some tire info and in minutes we were inside the store looking up some tire sizes and best fits for my truck. He gave me a deal that I feel was satisfying. I left the truck and returned the next day to see some cool new tires. 6 new tires to be exact. I haven’t been to discount tires in years, but this store was exceptional and Ranse comprehended my needs and he is very knowledgeable about his tires and services.Thanks.

Great experience at this location. I brought my vehicle in for a slow leak involving one of my tires. They found that it wasnt the tire, but rather a cracked wheel. I had roadside assistance come pick up the car and there was no charger for DT to check the issue out. Great Service.

I made an appointment to have my tire looked at after the dealership informed me that the leak in my tire was due to a nail on the wall of the tire and are unable to repair it. The service member at Discount Tire showed me where the nail was stuck (in the middle) and assured me it could be patched and did do free of charge.They saved me $195 the dealership was trying to get from me for a repairable tire. I appreciate the excellent service I always receive at this location.

Brian was very professional, answered all my questions, and recommended a specific tire in my price range. These guys are amazing! Got there around 445p to see about fixing a leak in my rear tire. Kcyrston immediately found the nail in my tire when he walked out to take a look. They were able to patch it up (they were CRAZYYYYY busy) and I was out of there by 545p. These guys work hard and you can tell they care about their customers.

Ill spare you the long story of what they may or may have not done wrong first before my miss fortune, as all that matters is my issue was resolved with care and concern to my overall happiness.As a Tech who works in the industry, I normally could get the work done at my own shop Im employed at by non other than myself, but being as they are 300 feet from my front door they can be quite convenient. I can truly say that Tomas is a worth while Manager, who earned this mans continued business.Id dock a point for the lack of Knowledge on a un-named assistant manager for verbage mistakes and possible lack of knowledge or care on another particular employee, luckily Tomas more than made up for this.Cheers

On A-day where nothing worked out I was abandoned with a flat tire in urgent need to pick someone up from their job and only had one help to get My tire replaced everybody was closing and these guys stayed open a little longer to take care of my desperate need. They treated me like a lady. They were tender in spite of my slight overwhelmed emotional state I could barely keep the tears back and they politely and calmly took care of me as if I was their mom or wife.... deeply touched. I brought cupcakes and cookies the next day in my gratitude but that wasnt nearly enough for their hard work and being the heroes I truly needed! Thank you! Forever loyal to discount tires now. I will make appointments and plan ahead from now on.. thank you all for your hot hard work!!

Took several phone calls to iron out the details, but in the end we accomplished the following:-Warranty credit on a very nice set of Michelins that missed their mileage quota-Special order, top tier Bridgestones to replace them-Bridgestone $75 rebate just past the cutoff (thank you!)-solid workmanship on the mount and balance for my car (harder to find than you’d think in the auto industry)Tomas and Kyrstin were excellent to work with, and always delivered on their promises.Solid performance overall. 👍

Around 1:00pm they had a line out the door and seemed to be understaffed but Tomas was still courteous and calm. Great service regardless the wait.

UPDATE:The store manager, Will Ortiz, is fantastic. He leads his employees by example by standing outside taking names and hustling. He made it his mission to make it right after he made a clerical error (not a big deal). It’s rare for businesses to take personal responsibility and usually differ to policy. I appreciated his efforts and continue to make this SPECIFIC location the only Tire Shop for my family and my personal recommendation to anyone who asks.Fantastic service. The work done is trustworthy, the technicians are skilled and knowledgeable, the sales team is top-notch.

I came in 15 minutes before closing on a Wednesday with a screw in my tire. (I work nights & this was my first day off to have the tire mended. I did not share this info.) The gentleman that I spoke with was genuine in his immediate response to help me despite the time. I have never been disappointed with the service from Discount Tire in Georgetown, TX. If your looking for courtesy, professionalism and quality youve found the right place! I was on my way out of town for a 3 hour road trip and and a mechanic at a gas station said I should have one of my tires looked at and sent me to Discount Tires. I called DT and the guy said theyd wait for me despite being closed they got me in. I got lost not being from GT but they spent the time to send me safely. Its that kind of service and mentality that holds a society together when everything seems to be falling apart. DT is my go-to place from now on. Thank you to everyone at DT Georgetown!
