This was the easiest and most pleasant furniture shopping I’ve ever done. They were so nice and helpful, I got lost on the way and they took the time out to help me get there, very down to earth people. 100% would shop here again!!!
Seemed like a good place to get furniture from and the sales staff was friendly. Unfortunately that’s where the good experience ended. I was told the furniture would be delivered and placed where I wanted. Day came when the furniture was to be delivered and one guy showed up to deliver 2 couch sets (one supposed to go upstairs) my wife and I had to help him unload. The trash was left for us to deal with, there was damage to the bottom of two of the items and to top it off the ottoman wasn’t even delivered. After another month of waiting on the ottoman it finally comes in and now the store is unable to find a way to get it to me. On top of it all the lady on the phone is super rude and gets upset because I raise an issue. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t buy here ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else looking for quality items or good service.

BUYER BEWAREThe furniture is cheaply made, the staff including the owners are shady, It’s a shame they take your money and then make you jump through hoops to fix their broken furniture! They promised to fix it clearly while in a drunken state, then on Monday while sober called me a liar and has not made an effort to make it right! I purchased broken furniture that is just sitting empty and unable to use! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Loved this place at first but wouldn’t go back now! We gave them multiple days to have our couch ready for pickup. We drove 68 mi to pick it up just to bring it back and realize they FORGOT our chaise! We contacted them on Thursday about it and Tracy said they would deliver it for free Saturday. Cool. Except now its Saturday and she text us giving us the run around about not having a delivery driver and that the piece will fit in our car if we come get it. If it fits in a car why can’t Tracy or one of her employees bring it to us? Why is it the customers responsibility to drive another 68 miles to pick up a piece YALL FORGOT. This is how you lose business! Go elsewhere!
Very professional; helped my parents find the perfect mattress! They needed one so bad after 20 years, Tracy gave us a great deal and they love their new mattress- definitely going to be purchasing more furniture soon!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Brand new couches tore within the first few days of having couch. Contacted the owner. No solutions. We take very good care of our couches. We have a white rug in front of the couch without a single mark Or stain if that tells you anything. There is no way we did anything to cause a rip in the couch within those first few days.
Bought a couch on a Monday afternoon over the phone. Marilyn was extremely professional and helpful with all of our questions. Tracy the owner was extremely nice as well. They gave us an incredible deal on the couch we ordered and delivered it to us in downtown Austin on Thursday morning. Even during the COVID crisis their delivery was EXTREMELY fast. The process was fast and easy. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and I can’t recommend them enough!
ETA UPDATE 11/17/2020They over charged me for my product. Admitted to the financing company that they did but did not send over the document to process the refund. Here I am 4 months later having to deal with the credit company to get my money back.Ordered some furniture through Facebook. Started off ok. Was told that they would be at my house before 5 because they didnt want traffic. get a call at 7:45 a.m. that I didnt hear because I turn off my ringer so I can sleep. They were at my house before 8 a.m. with no confirmation about this at all. When I call back the owner Tracy double down on being rude, and that I should just be happy I have furniture people are dying. I was also given the wrong couch. Sending it all back dont do business with these people. Hopefully I dont have issues with my refund. now they only took back the couch and wouldnt take back the dining room table and chairs and have blocked my phone calls. Im contacting my lawyer regarding legal recourse. Hopefully they will update the amount that I owe them through the credit Service otherwise Ill be on the hook for a total amount of money when I dont even have all the furniture. Buyer beware.
This store has so many great offers! I bought a bed set for guest room here. I got sick of been looked for ideal bed set before visited here. Happy for finally found one good quality and reasonable price! Im thinking visit to buy our new sectional soon or later😊

Great place, alot of different selections,and super friendly staff my husband stop by here while at work. We just moved and was looking for a couch set. Thanks to Tracy Mcmurrey she made it happen right after I left the showroom and picked a set I liked. Even better she said she can deliver it next day in time for Mothers Day! My husband and I will be coming back again.

My mom bought a specific couch that was on display on the floor and they sent her a completely different couch and was very disrespectful in the process when they were questioned about the mistake that they made on purpose because they knew the manufacture no longer made that specific couch that she bought the day BEFORE. Felt very welcomed!!I was greeted immediately, which is a first for me dealing with small businesses. Mrs. Tracy was a bowl full of sugar. She was the sweetest, warm hearted person to encounter. She was very professional yet made me feel welcomed and at home. I was not hassled or being hovered over to make my purchase. She was very informative and reassuring. There was discrepancy in the price but she honored it with no hesitation. I was very pleased with my purchase and the service rendered. I had a chance to speak with Tonya who finished up my sale and transaction. I literally talked to Tonya for 40 minutes like we had known each other for forever. While talking to her, my kids enjoyed a snack given by Mrs. Tracy. My entire experience was pleasant and I will be returning for future purchases. Also, to put the icing on the cake she had my furniture delivered the same day!!!

Similar experiences as many on here. We spent $3500 on a sectional and table set. The table came damaged. Originally they wanted to offer a discount for us to keep the damaged table. Not once but 2x and each time we had to drive it from Austin back to the warehouse in Georgetown which is over 50 miles round trip from where we live. We finally got a table with no damages over 3 weeks after the initial purchase. We were told the furniture has a 2 year warranty and upon having an issue with our end recliner, not closing properly 8 months after purchase, we were told to drop it off and they would let the manufacturer deal with it. 2 days after dropping it off we received a call that it was ready for pickup. Due to weather we had to wait a few days to go get it. When my husband arrived it was all wrapped up which he left on until he got home because of the weather. When we went to try it out, the same issue was there. Opens fine but when you go to close it, it’s tough to close the leg part down. I sent a text to the owner and Tracy to ask if the chair was actually sent out for repair. The owner replied saying they had someone come and they did what they could. He said they had to pay out of pocket for the repair because whatever the issue was, it was not covered under warranty. I advised him he may want to get a refund because nothing was fixed. He stated they also tried it out and had no issues. Obviously the chairs not fixed and we did spend a lot of money there and our own time and gas driving back and forth several times for issue after issue. Now we will have to see if we can have someone from elsewhere come to fix the recliner. 1. Not sure how they knew it wasn’t covered under warranty if they didn’t even send it out the manufacturer. 2. They couldn’t even say what the problem was which leads me to believe nothing was done. 👎👎
My experience with Macs Furniture was nothing like some of these reviews. I had great customer service and delivery like they said. Tracy was very helpful in every way possible. If you want great care and a place were they treat you like you are human. Then I would shop here first you wont be disappointed.
At first I had a good experience but they sold me a couch that was rotted, the armrest shattered the fabric to the couch ripping in multiple parts . The owner was trying to blame me saying it was my fault..I asked them how we can resolve this and they were so negative about it, all they were telling me to was call a repair man or have it picked up. A good sales person would do anything to fix a issue ( I worked 12+ yrs retail) or find a way to help. The owner hung up on me because she didnt like I wasnt agreeing with her, very unprofessional! Update 11/30 : They did not try to help me all I got was you can call a repair man and pay out of pocket, if im paying $1800 for the couch, they should come fix .

I had a excellent experience Tracy was wonderful very helpful with my purchase. I was literally in and out with my purchase in under 30 minutes. I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star! We ordered a Jax sectional the lady that sent the picture to me clearly sent a picture of a brown couch with white stitching when I called the store to tell them this wasn’t the couch we ordered I was told that sometimes pictures show up differently than what you may think! I’m sorry but a brown couch with white stitching and a brown couch with brown stitching is 2 different things! Then the man at the store tells me that I’m pretty much stuck with this sectional or I will have to pay a $400 restocking fee! Really I have to pay for a mistake and a lie that their company made!! I refuse to do it! I should have known better before we brought it! Then the man says well if it was me buying a couch I would have came to the store to look at it before purchasing it! Well I actually thought that the lady who was sending me pictures and everything was trustworthy! Guess not just another person trying to make a sale! I should have told my husband to send the couch back when the delivery driver said I DON’T SET THE COUCHES UP AND LEFT THE BOXES SITTING IN OUR LIVING ROOM!! All and all save your money and don’t order from this company because they are very sorry!!!
Very poor customer service i had text Tracy a employee the day before asking for a couch i wanted she said it was in stock and i told her i was going to pick it up the next day.......next day came paid for the couch right thier and then come to find out the color i wanted was not available and i would have to wait 2 days and would have to meet them half way to pick it up.....i drove 45min to this place for nothing waist of my time and money....
Positive reviews must be purchased to try to make this company look good because Macs furniture is not at all a good company. Low prices but I will gladly go elsewhere and pay more just to do business with someone who actually knows how to be a professional and how to properly run a business. Doesnt even deserve the one star in all honesty. Garbage.
The process was quick and easy to start. Poor communication. I was not advised the details on my lease agreement. The guy who delivered my furniture lost my receipt. Which is needed for the manufacture warranty. They have yet to correct the total price owed with Progressive. I was excited about this place at first. Sad to say I won’t be doing business with them again. They also did not deliver my ottoman they advertised with the sofa
Please do not waste your time with this company as they are unprofessional, unreliable and lack integrity. Granted, they do have nice things but more reputable companies have the same items for cheaper. This company also do not offer same as cash options.
Terrible terrible terrible business. If I could rate them a zero I would. Like a few other posts I was so excited when I first started this process and found a couch we loved. We signed up for the lease agreement with the lease agreement with the intentions to pay off using the money we sold our other couch for. Once we got the couch a few days went by and immediately noticed there were springs that were broken and needed to be fixed. My husband called multiple times and was assured that they were ordering a new one and would swap it out. After a month I called and the owner answered the phone. Immediately I was treated with absolute disrespect. I was simply calling to see when the new unit would be in to replace the broken delivered piece. She proceeded to tell me that she didnt have time to talk to me and was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back and was sent to voicemail. I then went up to the store and was told by the associate that the owner ( who I spoke with on the phone) was out of town and unavailable to help but that she would get me an answer the following week. Nothing happened. My husband then called and spoke with the owner and was told a tech would come out and would take a look at the couch but that he isnt replacing it because he would lose money. Two weeks later and nothing. My husband and I went up there today and was given the manufacturers number to call and basically said they were not going to do anything. Thank god we did not pay in full or we would be out of money $1500 for this broke couch. Instead we called the leasing company to resolve.I am a realtor and have multiple staging companies I referred to this company. Which has obviously been retracted. This is the worst customer service and business management I have ever seen. DO NOT buy from macs.
Would not recommend doing business with them. Very short and rude over the phone+ waited a ridiculous amount of time and still no furniture delivered. Tried to complain about an employees’ service and turns out he was the owners husband. Would rate 0 stars if i could.
Avoid at all costs. Best case scenario - you end up with overpriced junk, probably broken within a month. If you pay up front and try to cancel, they do everything but give you your money back. They deliver it and drop it in boxes - no set up whatsoever, just in case they fail to tell you. They will provide zero help with providing any manufacturer warranty info - in fact they give you an attitude for asking about why it’s taken 2 weeks for them to answer your initial question of “is there a warranty on the couch?”...
Furniture is cheap, I would not buy from here. I havent had my cat nappers for 2 months and it broke already. CATNAPPER ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY. I losed money because now I have to return them. DONT BUY FROM HERE!
The furniture is a cheap price which is good but the costumer service is not great. They bought my husband and I the wrong living room set. And then we had to keep calling them numerous times to see when it would be delivered not only that they are caring to the consideration of the customer. Not spending my money here again. Please believe me when I say FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!
We had a wonderful experience at this warehouse store. Granted it is not as big or showy as other stores. But Tunya was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy (which is one of my pet peeves about salesmen. She helped us find a comfortable mattress and it was even delivered same day. The day before I talked with Jeff and he answered several questions. Then he called me back later with more info. They have sofas, bedroom sets and other furniture as well. Recommend you check them out!
I ordered for the first time from macs furniture I got a bed set and a sectional, exactly like it was pictured. I went to my house on my lunch break hoping they would be there in enough time so I wasnt late for work. not only did they come out but they came EXACTLY when they said they would. He even gave me a little extra help which made me want to refer them even more. nothing better than a company that does what they say but even goes beyond what they have to offer. Very affordable and nice furniture!! highly recommend!!!
Okay so first if all Google....they are not located at the Church just keep on driving. But seriously once you get there and walk in there is a good selection of furniture and the prices are very reasonable. We selected a beautiful leather sofa and loveseat. The folks there are very frien6and a ple9to work with. Highly recommend!!

Horrible customer service. Not only that but their couches are made with cheap materials. The owner is very rude. Also save your money cause their couches are not event worth a penny. You’ll thank me for this. After owning a sectional for 2 month it already came apart.
Their customer service was great all the way up until the purchase. We bought a queen size bed frame and was told it will be delivered the next day. Next day came and I received a call to inform me that they got the wrong size but assured me the right one will be on their next shipment the next day. Finally got the bed frame and headboard but somehow it was missing the slats. I called right away when we found out but got the impression they didnt believe me. Tracy assured me she will put them in her truck and drop them off to me the next day (Sunday) Guess what?? No slats the next day. My husband called and was told someone will drop them off Tues since Monday was Labor Day. Tuesday came and no slats. I called and was told again someone will drop them off. Long and behold her husband finally showed up (in a frumpy mood) asked if I needed the other parts to anchor them down. I told him no and that we were only missing the slats. He abruptly handed them to me and just left. No apologies or sorry for the trouble...no thank you for your business...no have a nice evening...NOTHING! But the problem doesnt end there. While putting them on the bed frame we realized theres two missing!! It was like pulling teeth to get those slats in the first place so we rather just deal with sinking corners than contact them again! Will definitely not buy from them again!!
Great place to purchase furniture! I have always recieved great customer service when talking to Tracy or any one else who works here. Do not let the reviews fool you, this small company is a hidden gem when looking for furniture in central texas.
The owners were fair in pricings and were prompt on their delivery I got it the day after I ordered it! Fun personalities to talk to on the phone they made the experience enjoyable even though I was stressing out. The family business happily surprised me.

I wish I had a way of selecting zero star. Worst experience ever. I wish I would have taken into consideration the reviews below. I did not follow my gut. Tracy is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Shes RUDE. Im wondering what her level of education is. OMG, Ive never dealt with someone like that. Not only they did not deliver the living room the day they were supposed to but I got hung up on when I started questioning about the service. Then, they delivered the wrong furniture, I had to call and send pics to show her proof. Then the following day, they delivered the right furniture but with stains on it that they tried to cover up. I noticed a few damages as well. When I called her, she did not even apologize, she asked me to send the pics and told me what product I can use to remove the stains and how the damage can be fixed by me, then she hung up saying she was busy doing something. I am through with them. The 2 people who shared good reviews are propably related to her, I can guarantee that all other reviews are true. BE AWARE!!! I would NEVER and EVER do business with them again. Im about to report them to BBB.
I called and spoke to Tracy on a Wednesday and she helped me pick a couch from their online website that would accommodate my size family comfortably. She let me know the soonest delivery available was for that Saturday around noon. I set that up and when i called on Saturday to make sure everything was still a go she let me know her husband would be delivering it around noon still. Noon came and he showed up :) I was very worried that i wouldnt get it on-time for Thanksgiving but just like she said it was there when she said. Her husband was very nice and he helped my husband carry it upstairs. There are a lot of negative reviews on here and i felt i needed to post mine for that simple fact. We will be ordering from them again in the near future.

Great pricing for furniture, but horrible customer service, we bought sofa and a love seat and asked for a small discount, in the invoice we got free shipping. They called to coordinate the drop off and I told them when Ill be home, the day of the delivery the driver called me an hour earlier and told me he is at my home. Asked him to come at the hour we scheduled. He left it at the front door. We had a broken back for the love seat, they asked us to drive to the warehouse for replacement. When I got there they had the wrong part. They told me they will get the part in few days and deliver it. It was not delivered when I called they said because I got free shipping I have to come to pick it up myself. Driving from Austin to Georgetown every time is not a good customer service.
Nice furniture, nice warehouse and pleasant experience with Tracy. Put a deposit but opted out of the financing. I sent a text message to inquire on a possible refund, but never got a reply. Pretty disappointed they decided to keep my money. I like to believe that people are good and honest, most especially small and locally owned businesses, and even after reading bad reviews, we gave it a chance. Well, guess this is a lesson learned and i’ll be ok. Thanks for opportunity though.
I found this company from a facebook marketplace ad. I messaged for more info amd received fast responses. I was given there website and address. They let me know that they have more stock onsite so my family and I visited today. Had THE BEST shopping experience. Was welcomed when we started looking . No pressure from a sales person and ALOT more stock for exactly the prices they advertise! LOW prices for quality furniture! FAST next day delivery. Will defintely shop here again!
If you want cut rate cheap furnature at a cost, from sketchy people then look no further! Macs furnature has it all. Tried to get as much money as they could from us. Never going near it again.

I was in need of a new sofa They had several nice couches at a fairly decent price ($800-1,200 range) but the couch I liked was on sale. She was a little weird, like rambled on never letting you get a word in, but she was nice, so I figured just a personality flaw. She told us theyd arrive the next day between 11:00-4:00. That was fine. She told us the $89.00 delivery fee would just be added to our contract. I put deposit and my banking info when I signed online, and agreed to auto pay through a third party company called Progressive. She called me on Sunday around 10:45 to tell us that their delivery truck had been wrecked the night before and they couldnt bring it. red flags went up, but Id already signed the contract. I told her that my daughter has a broken arm and Tuesday was the one day we wouldnt be home as she had a doctors appointment to get the pins removed and cast off. Of course, she says thats the only day they could bring it. I told her that it would have to be either Mon. or any day during the week, just NOT Tuesday. She said she was going to see what she could do. This shouldnt have been that hard to understand. She said shed call me back in just a few minutes to see if she could squeeze it in on Monday. Although she seemed sketchy, she was still fairly pleasant. That didn’t last after she got our money, sadly.She never called me back. By this time, my husband and I began to worry that wed been scammed. After about 5 hours, my husband called her to see if she had figured out if they could come. This is when she became absolutely IRATE, agitated, mean, ugly, nasty rude. She SCREAMED so loud. She screamed that Your wife is a liar, I told her we were coming Tuesday, do you two not communicate with each other? Tuesday. The only day we stated 20 times that we wouldnt be home. At this point this was getting SO weird. She starting screaming what a bad day she was having to which my husband tried to interject that he was sorry about her day, but we were paying customers, and hed appreciate it if shed stop screaming and let us talk. She kept calling me a liar TO my husband who was in the room during my previous call to her asking if they could come any day but Tuesday and was told Id get a call back. Basically I feel she was on the defense because she knew shed never returned my call, and wanted to convince my husband Id lied to him. Who does this?So, she stated her only day was Tuesday and asked what time wed be leaving to head to the doctor. We live 90 miles from the doctor, so we told her not a minute after 8. She stated shed be there at 8:00 and hung up. We told her via text that we didnt want to waste her time, or ours in case she was late. No reply. Shed made it sound on the phone, since the driver wrecked our truck like they have actual delivery drivers, and that she wouldnt be there during the delivery. I was relieved because by this point I was so appalled I didnt even want to see her. Low and behold, they did arrive on time the next morning (just a couple minutes from the time we had to leave, talk about nerve wracking since their business is far from ya). The drivers are apparently her and her husband. So who knows about this wrecked truck story, but whatever, the nightmare was almost over. Or so I thought.They had the sofa in two packages, on their sides fully wrapped, and didnt put them together, but again, at this point we just wanted them gone so forget it.Tracy told us in text, fb messenger, and on the phone that delivery fee of $89.00 would be billed. When we looked closer at the hand written receipt when they left, the receipt was for $129.00 and said delivery and set up. Ummm what set up? Shady. When they left, I sent Tracy a text asking why we were charged a higher fee than we were told via iMessage. Text again a few days later read but not replied., 6 days after receiving the couch. We get the papers in the mail from Progressive. The amount is about $35 more bi-weekly, so an extra $70.00 more than what we signed for!

Soooo, I do not understand why this Company has been given 2.5 Stars. I will be moving for my 2nd time & furniture shopping has been a nightmare. Conns Furniture is just too business like for me and their prices are ridiculous, I have also went to arrons, big lots, and a couple of other furniture places and I just did not like the Price, Quality or Style. So I just started googling and ran across this place. Finding this furniture place has given me a peace of mind. I love the prices, I love the Quality, And the different styles. Couches you see at conns for almost $1400 you will see here for about $600. Its almost unbelievable. Now I have placed my order and asked Tracy if she could deliver to me by the 15th and she said yes so I will come back to review after everything is said and done. I am really happy I found this place I really am. I am still lost on why they do not have good reviews. Also, Tracy texted me these other 2 websites that they can get furniture ordered from which is awesome there variety for furniture is pretty large. Thank you Tracy and your husband for listening to me and answering every time I called asking about measurements. They have been a lot of help and even though I called like crazy with different questions they never showed they were annoyed lol. great customer service great people. I love that I finally went to the actual pace my friend was upset she said she wished she would have known . she went to conns and spent a lot of money for something she does not even really like.Okay so i received my couch it took some time because i waited last minute. Out of honesty. Tracy and her husband are great but her assistant is not so much. I reported that i lived on 3rd floor and gave my new address but the assistant gave the wrong ticket to the truck guy and he was by himself and he went to the wrong apt. So i had to wait another day. Tracy fixed everything. My couch looks great! Only thing is the legs all have chips in them i will post pics. I also dont think the legs are on correctly either. There all different ways.

Kinda confused. Dont have the furniture you have to wait for it to come in. Not very practical if you want it now.
I will NOT be doing business with this company and I will NOT recommend them to anyone either. After being threatened with a lawsuit if I post a bad or dishonest review about them, by both the owner and his wife, here it goes.The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. I purchased a mattress from them and saw a nice couch set we liked. Did the application and was told we would get the delivery on Monday and could pick up Tuesday. Monday night we were told our order did not make it, but to right a wrong, they will go out of their way to pick the couches up on Thursday. I thought, Great, they are doing good and maybe the bad reviews are just a few bad seeds well that might be the case, but not in ours. We called this morning and the owner said yea, we arent going up there today and after being very rude and getting EXTREMELY defensive when internet reviews were brought up, the owner even used words such as I will go after you his wife was no better, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I get it things happen, but do not make promises you can not keep. I was told, well, you didnt even put down a deposit, so it was basically like a handshake that you will get your furniture on that day (I dont know about you, but where I come from your word is your bond) I WAS NEVER TOLD TOO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN, IT WAS NEVER EVEN MENTIONED TO ME, OR I WOULD HAVE, but if not without a contract on their end for the remaining balance which they dont handle, so how can they make a binding contract for exchange of goods if they do not do the loan contracts, how can they expect payment in the form of a deposit that legally has to go to the balance of the loan if they are not affiliated with the bank in that way???. The only reason I was financing was to build credit, I am glad now I did not pay for it in full. The warehouse was dirty and disorganized, the lady had no clue what she had in stock and kept talking about dead birds that were behind one of the beds. My review is summarized to My opinion and My point of view and well within MY rights of freedom of speech and are in regards to the actions that took place in my situation. I ask if you have read this through to this point you check more reviews, look at what the better business bureau has in regards to them as well as come to your own conclusion. There is more than one location so please look around. I was able to prevent my family from being taken advantage of and only walked away with a headache and a sour taste in my mouth.
Its a shame to have to give even ONE star, but its the only way to complete a review. The furniture is well priced, albeit very cheap construction for the cheaper priced sets. Thats to be expected. Our sales associate, Tunya, was AWESOME. So helpful and sweet. Then along comes Tracey (assuming the owners wife?) What a nut this lady is. She cant keep days of the week straight. She pretends to be helpful, then throws inaccurate pieces of garbled conversation into the mix and screws up everything. Blatant lies about delivery became comical. At some point the owner I assume (Jeff?) I dont know got on the phone and said were just going to cancel the transaction this just isnt going to work out. -- This was AFTER offering to deliver our couch TWICE to Killeen and failing to do so.Seriously, spend your money ANYWHERE else but here. The menial savings arent worth it in the long run.**Take a look at the owners blatant lie in the silly response below. Dont offer a deposit then pretend its a problem. Dont offer to deliver without the balance paid in full! That wasnt a problem UNTIL Tracey couldnt seem to keep delivery data and promises straight. Lies upon lies. No idea how youre still in business.

Purchased sectional from these guys in April... decent price. Spoke to them today over the phone... horrible customer service experience. I will look for another dealer for Furniture of America around me next time.

Horrible service. I paid over a thousand dollars for a sectional from them and the day of delivery the mover dropped the biggest piece and broke it. No problem. Things happen. When i called to report it and have them replace it the woman, tracy, didnt put the order in until the following monday then today when the replacment was suppoused to get here i get a call saying my order wasnt put in at all and i will recieve it next week. Avoid at all costs. Terrible company and terrible employees.
Stay away. Do not give these people your money. I paid cash for a couch last Friday that was supposed to come Monday. Then get a call saying they forgot to ask what side we want the chase on. I said right. They said we only have left side. And that they will order it. We waited Tuesday and Wednesday without a phone call. Called today. Thursday. To get an ETA so my wofe could be home. She picks the kids up from school. They tell me yes it came in yesterday and will be delivered today when my drivers come in at 11. Well didnt hear nothing back for an ETA. Called again. This time they say it didnt come its on back order. Needless to say i filed a dispute to get my money back because now when i call they semd me to voice mail. BTW they do not have a business phone. Only cell phones. Its a husband wife operation and tjey have no clue what they are doing.
I almost, ALMOST, bought furniture from here. It didnt have super great ratings, but I decided to read through these reviews, and the owners response to them was enough to turn me off forever. I have never in my LIFE seen the owner of a store respond to complaints in this manner and I hope the child replying to these people and their business gets shut down. Not a single response was apologetic or caring. You cant get loyal customer with a we would never do that, youre obviously crazy attitude. Someone below me was given a picture of the product, was given a totally different product, and your response is we have a big show room. And??? That doesnt mean your employees can send people the wrong pictures on a whim if they dont come into the store. Another person said there were broken springs, yall gave TERRIBLE customer service to them, and then told them you doubt the springs were broken. Who cares what you doubt?? Sometimes things come broken, you own up to it. Nobody cares what you doubt. Someone else said something came with stains on it and your answer is we dont send things with stains on it. Well obviously you freakin did because a customer told you that you did!! Learn how to run a business and how to talk to customers. I havent even bought anything from yall and Im pissed. I have tons of friends and family in georgetown and Ill let them all know to never give you another look.
Worst Company to ever deal with. I should have done my research first on these reviews but everyone that has posted negative comments are all true. Everything was going good up until paperwork got submitted and the leasing company they deal with sent me information about our account. After getting a message for an early delivery Is when everything went bad. The information submitted was all incorrect and of course it was always someone elses fault. Then to be told today after letting them know we are not doing business after all Tracy says its obvious we could not afford it was ridiculous. Apparently people looking for furniture cant afford it which makes no sense but that shows the education level they obtain. Not one apology but it was our fault so of course why would you. So before you get into a nightmare Id reconsider.

Worse place to get your furniture from!! Stay far away from this place!! Omg I cant express enough how bad of a nightmare it has been for me and my husband with this company!! I ordered a long size bedroom set from them and took over 2 months to receive it. Then to only find out that my dresser was completely damaged!! Then I called them and was told they were going to do a claim on it and they would keep me informed. Well a month passed by and I hadnt heard anything from Greg. I called the store and talked to Greg and reminded him about my dresser only to find out that he thought I had already received my dresser since I hadnt called him for a while!! Soo now 4months later Im still waiting on my dresser that Im still paying for I might add and I havent received a phone call from Greg or his wife after Ive left many voicemails. This experience has really drained me emotionally due to the fact that I still have my clothes folded in box just because Im waiting for my dresser!! Worse place ever!! Oh and one last thing, the wood f****** sucks!!!
It’s not worth it, avoid if you value your money. Promised they would repair the product and never followed through. I called them over 20 times just for them to tell me to fix it myself.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Doesnt even deserve one star. I was told to my face that my couches would be delievered if not Monday, Tuesday FOR SURE. Its now Tuesday and I called to see what time they would ve delievering and not only was I told all deliveries were done for the day, I also got hung up on when I had asked why was I told Tuesday. I was being completely polite. Why would you tell someone Tuesday forsure and not follow through then act impatient like Im taking up your time for stuff we paid for what sense does that make?

We bought our leather sectional sofa from them and within 1 month the vinyl was peeling away. A year later, we have hardly any left. The warehouse doesnt have all furniture on hand. Will not purchase anything from them again.
