The rental process went smoothly and was as advertised. The management was very accommodating and adequately available.The space was clean and in a newish condition.This is a very good, new like and clean storage facility, and is properly managed and maintained. It should be very favorably considered by anyone looking for a storage solution, with pricing that is fair and reasonable.

I really loved the fact that i was able to completely rent the storage online. It was easy and the room was ready to go when i arrived that evening!

Found it on the internet. All they had left was a climate controlled unit way down at the end of a maze of hallways. Fortunately, they had flat carts for us to use. Unit had no light inside unlike all the others we passed. I thought the price was pretty steep, but when you need to unload a Uhaul trailer somewhere and are in an unfamiliar town, you’ll reluctantly pay it. Aside from that, the whole place was very clean, and the agent on duty was very friendly and helpful.

I have rented from many Storage facilities and this had to be the easiest experience by far. It was all on the mobile app late at night and no problems at all. Thanks for a user friendly experience!

I dont store anything here, but my friend does. His locker lock was cut and a bunch of items stolen. Just beware.

RODENTS!! After being there for about 4 months, I went to check on my stuff. Half of it was destroyed by rodents. Boxes chewed through, everything. I mentioned it to the guy on duty and he said Oh ya, theyre bad down there. Its not so bad over here. So they KNOW about the problem! I bet they dont tell you that when signing up. They offered to put me in another unit but didnt offer to help the move. Probably a money grab anyway. Speaking of money grab; dont let the price fool you. Theres fees on top and a few months down the road theyll raise your rates. You get your bill and oh btw, its now $15 higher now. Accept it or get out! This seems to be an ongoing scheme. Theres vents at the top of the unit for rats to roam freely from unit to unit. Its nothing that chicken wire cant fix, but you know thatll never happen. Rent from SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Rented a 10x15 last year when I moved from Dallas. I like this brand because they always seem clean and newer. Got in on a great rate that went up to market rate pretty quickly however I literally haven’t ever worried about my stuff. Easy in/out, nice people.

I was able to rent a 5x5 online and went to the site where renting was a very smooth process. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. I got an end unit in a climate controlled building which made unloading a breeze!

Helpful office staff. We had a lazy bay door that wouldnt stay up. One quick trip to the office and it was fixed. Of course the monthly rate that has changed 3X in less than 2 years should ensure that. We do feel that our stored treasures are safe there.

Excellent sign up/set up experience. I found the available space online and put in a reserve on it. Since it was the last one of that size available there was a message to get to the facility to claim it. I was getting ready to do that when Mr. Day called to tell me that there were three people interested so I should get there quickly. I did that and the sign up was expeditious and complete and easy. No long term contracts and very clean facility.Highly recommend it.

We transferred from public storage to extra space because of the prices and location and could not be happier with what we have. Max was professional and quick. Got an indoor space at a good price.

Rented a space for trailer, but it was partially occupied when I got there. I shoehorned it to park in the space that was available in my assigned spot. Got a urgent call from the office manager that I had to rush back to move it. Not my fault. Upgraded rental to an extra large outdoor space for trailer that I pull with a pickup. Got another call that I was violating some unwritten policy that it is against corporate rules to store the pickup that pulls the trailer and I needed to urgently remove the pickup, even though the space is more than adequate. Very irritated and disappointed in the arbitrary and capricious jerking around.

So this place is pretty outstanding. My family rents a unit from this facility because we needed more storage space. We previously had one through Public Storage and left because there was a rat and bug problem. Since day one we noticed the clean grounds and friendly customer service. We would definitely recommend.

Lockaway Storage was convenient, clean, organized and easy to use. I stored my 16 SCAMP trailer there for 1.5 years in an outdoor space. The proximity to the Georgetown Airport and downtown Georgetown made it a no brainer for me. The rates were great and didnt change the entire time I was with them. Customer service was prompt and personal, gaining access was always reliable and easy. Great proximity to camping and lakes in the area as well. I had my account on an auto payment feature which was also very convenient. They are tech savvy with email and would send me statements and when I had to move out it was done with a simple phone call. I will definitely be back when the season changes again.

This is a top notch storage facility. I needed it to store records for my business. The units are very clean and stay dry even during heavy rains. This gave me the confidence that I could safely store my business records with no concern about damage or destruction. Kelsey, the property manager, was always polite, friendly and helpful.

Ive reached a new level of adulting and had to rent out a storage unit. I wasnt sure what to expect going into the experience, but its been smooth sailing since Day 1! Max is super friendly and made the process seamless. You cant beat the crazy promotions they have going on, and whats even better is that there are no hidden fees! The other location off of 35 is a lot closer to my house, but driving the extra few miles to the Dawn Dr. location is totally worth it!

We have had a unit in this facility for several years. Since the ownership and management has changed, this location has been kept so clean and the people are so nice and helpful. The security seems much better as well. This has been a good place to store our items safely.

I was glad to see one of their employees cleaning out a storage which gave me some assurance that the units were well kept in clean condition. I have rented storage space from Lockaway Storage for over a year, and have been very pleased with the quality of security, cleanliness and professionalism. Their rates are competitive, giving more value for the cost. I would highly recommend them for storage needs.

The place is clean and well kept, But watch out for the undisclosed prices. They give you a free month but then charge you administration fees of 24.00 insurance on your misc items of 11.00 that probably wont pay much if you really suffer a loss . Then you are offered a lower story unit only to raise the price by another 10.00 so what I went in thinking was going to cost 33.00 monthly turned out to be 42.65 for the first free month,and subsequently 53.00 monthly afterwards. Im already looking to just stay only the first free month, Just watch out for the undisclosed costs. Thats not how to earn a good review.
