This is the best storage facility I have ever used. I got a large unit for my business to store goods and I have deliveries and pick ups from here with ease. It is clean and well-run. The managers here are nothing short of AMAZING, especially Diana and Katrina who goes out of her way to help me with whatever I need, truly a godsend. Im grateful I found them as its been perfect for my needs. Even the DM went out of his way to help iron out details for a smooth transition when I moved into an office/warehouse space unit.

I just moved to the Georgetown area from California and needed a small storage unit for a couple of months. I googled storage units and this one popped up. It showed there was a 5x5 available so I chose it because it looked clean and is close to my apartment.As soon as I walk in I notice the manager Katrina give me and my friend a dirty look and did not even greet us. I asked if there was a 5x5 available cause thats what it showed online and she said she didnt know but would look. after looking for 5 mons she informed me rudely that the only thing available was climate controlled as if I still wouldnt book it. I said I would take it, she asked if I want to do the 1 free month of 35% off monthly. I said the free month since I only needed it for two months.She proceeds to tell me its $54.00, I pay and then ask her what that takes me to. She said only June, I ask her I thought I got a free month and she rudely again says I havent paid anything. I asker her what the $54.00 was that I just paid then and she says it was for the admin, lock and insurance fee...Not once did she go over pricing with me or tell me what I was paying for, all she said was to swipe my cards. So then I tell her ok well then I want to pay for the month, she charges me an additional $53.00 for the month.I managed a storage facility for 3 years and know this is not how you run one. Super rude management who doesnt go over pricing or any hidden fees, I shouldnt have to pay for insurance or at least inform me that I have to pay for it. She also did not tell me how to use the gate code or how to get in or where my unit was located, I had to figure everything out on my own. The whole time we were there I felt like we were inconveniencing her.The two stars is for the gated property and how clean the inside of the unit was but I would not recommend renting here. I wish I would of taken my things else where but after just driving 1,500 miles I was all ready exhausted.

I have always had great experiences at Cube Smart. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Melba was no different. She was all those things, plus we had great conversation while I she was getting my account set up, plus some great laughs! Managers like Melba are why I keep returning to Cube Smart for my storage needs.

Best Storage Facility in Georgetown! My family has used this storage for at least 10 years. Actually, we have three storage units, I must be a storage hoarder. I love the Managers at this place (Katrina Muniz and Diana). Every time I am there (which is quite often), she is out and about making sure the buildings are in top quality. She always ask if I need help, which is so refreshing coming from her generation. If I owned my own business, I would hire her in a quick minute. Great service, great people an a awesome manager. She cares about each of us who rent space there. It is not about collecting money but it is about how we are doing etc. I wish Cubesmart would consider having their rental prices more affordable for your customers because it needs to match the personal care your manager gives to all your customers.

I book my rental unit over the phone 1 day before I arrived and needed to unload my rental truck. The staff was even willing to meet me after hours if I arrived after closing. The units are nice and room and the staff is outstanding.

Every part of my experience at CubeSmart in Georgetown was superior. The staff person was knowledgeable and helpful, and the facility is clean and well maintained. They also sold the lock I needed for a reasonable price, which was a time saver. Its well worth the drive to the north side of town.

From the time we reserved the unit we were always treated with respect. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the units and the customer service was tops.We needed to move to a different unit since we downsized. The staff was very helpful and helped us find the best solution that ended up saving us time and money.

Visited this location to rent 2 units. Diana was awesome! She was very helpful and made it easy to secure the units. We look forward to working with her for a long time.

Reserving our storage space was quick and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Within just a few minutes, I received a call from the local manager to see if I had any further questions. When we arrived to claim and pay for our unit, staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating! Couldnt be more pleased!

This storage facility is horrid. Go anywhere else. When I needed to open a unit, they were forty minutes late. Hey do not cover their claimed office hours. When I wanted to move out, I called in advance to let them know. I was told I didn’t need to, but I wanted to be helpful. When I went to get my items, the general manager was rude, unfriendly and nasty. Some people seemed to have good experiences. I guess it’s gone downhill under the new management. Go anywhere else.

I feel this is a very safe facility, which is very important if you dont want your things to go missing. The staff is amazing; very polite and courteous. Im very satisfied.

I reserved a storage unit online. It was listed as inside, bottom floor, downstairs. When I arrived, I found that most of the storage units were outside, unless climate controlled. They are all the same level, there is no upstairs or downstairs. Mine was listed inside because when you walk up on it, the door is covered by a hallway that is still open to the weather.There are small holes on the walls of the storage units so if it were to rain, you can bet your stuff will be getting wet. I instantly felt remorse over this unit.When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said be back at 4:30. It was after 5. I had to call the 800 number listed on the building. They had to call the workers there and have them come to the door. When the manager did open the door, I could instantly smell beer on her and she looked like she had been sleeping. The general manager came out later and her eyes were bloodshot and she was slurring her speech. Im sure both of them were under the influence of something. I went back the next day and cancelled my unit. I didnt care about losing my payment. I just did not feel comfortable with my stuff there.If you are looking for a storage unit, I seriously suggest you do your homework before committing to one of these.

My experience with Cubesmart was excellent. The employees were very nice, very helpful and the facility was kept cool and clean! I would highly recommend it.

Walked in and there was no friendly welcome. They werent patient and when I went to make a password I said all ones they rudely said no. When I picked another they said no before I even said one number.. We asked where the cube was she just pointed around corner.. had to ask to see cube. Then when leaving my husband said, Thanks have a good one they never said one word back... You need to find new ppl CubeSmart. We rented with max Hudson great guy I know him by name

You are not allowed to access your unit between 9pm and 6am. You can pay a $35 fee and they will grant you a special code to let into your own stuff. Although management is on site, good luck with getting her to answer the phone.

Extremely well kept facility with acceptable rates. Very professional manager on site who will work to insure that you have the storage space you need and a great experience in a field that is not necessarily known for its service.

Moving from CA really can give a person the willies and I was sure that I had a reservation but it could not be found when we arrived. However, Krista made certain that I received the rate quoted when I furnished my copy and she did everything she could to make certain that I got the right size of space and that everything worked out.THANK YOU KRISTA!!! The new manager Jared, came to the door to meet and shakey hand (impressive by itself ). In the last couple of weeks Jared has gone out of his way several times to take care of our needs. He is awesome !

No security at the site. Construction happening inside fence so gate is left open. No cameras on site. Multiple stored rvs were broken into when gate was left open for two weeks.
