Bill is amazing! Yall the man recently had BRAIN SURGERY and is just an incredible human. SO helpful, courteous and a joy to be around. The facility is good as well. NOTE there is no circular way out of the facility so if you are towing, be advised! No indication of mold, temp was nice and cool and low humidity.

I acquired my storage space online, but when I showed up to the location the attendant was super friendly & helpful. She showed me where my unit was & answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. The location is great too.

First class operation. I met with the facility manager Bill who patiently explained the rental policy and procedure. He walked me through the facility and gave a tour of the unit that was available. The paperwork was a breeze. I highly recommend this location and company.

This is a first rate facility. We stored our household goods here while our new home was being completed. The unit was clean, water tight and rodent free! The Staff was very accommodating and friendly. By the time we moved our stuff out I was on a first name basis with Bill who oversees the place. He never failed to check with us every time we stopped in to make sure everything was okay with our unit. I would definitely recommend this site for your storage needs.

Loved my experience here! Established my unit online which was super easy and user friendly. Got there my move in date and everything was ready for me. The staffer, Bill, came out to introduce himself and provided guidance to find carts to help with the move and was just a super friendly guy. I rented my unit on line, but was courteously greeted by Bill who walked me though the whole process flawlessly! The unit is easy to get to and was much larger and nicer than I had expected. Bill does not skip a beat ! He was patient with me as I can be very scattered and anxiety ridden during the moving process. Everything fit perfectly into the unit as planned and went very smoothly with the 2 dollies and the elevator. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. You will not be disappointed in the least!

We have had a unit here for the past couple months and overall the place is clean and people are nice. Parking can be pretty tight at times but we go later on in the day and its usually fine, no big deal. My big complaint and only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because when we went today to load our stuff my husband killed about 5-6 ROACHES! Obviously one of the units near by ours brought them in but now all our clothes and stuff have to get sprayed/washed and all that so we dont get them at our new place. Id definitely put everything possible in plastic tubs with lids so it doesnt happen to you.

I am a United States Marine Veteran that has had a storage unit here for two years. On my Marine Corps HONOR, nothing in this review is dishonest. At the time that the storage unit was rented, there was absolutely NO NOTICE, especially clear notice, that the business CAN RAISE THE RATE WHENEVER THEY WANT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! So BEWARE! My unit has went from $90 per month to $140 per month. That is absurd and the whole entire business practice is unacceptable. Small hikes are maybe okay, but this practice is taking full advantage of customers who are kind enough to use a businesses service long term.In ADDITION, my family while I was gone, called endlessly to the location and to the corporate offices to try to find out why the rent hikes were so much and how to lock in a rate. Even offering to pay a year in advance. The responses were obsolete. They would all take messages and never return calls. They also refused to talk with my family members that were in control of a full power-of-attorney. They were extremely rude and did nothing to retain business because they do not care about the customer. If you are renting a storage unit for more than a couple of months you better rent somewhere else. In general, THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE YOU!

Public Storage is the best. My wife and I moved from Washington state and were offered the largest unit they had for a fraction of the price other storage companies offered. We were treated while making our reservation over the phone by Robin very friendly and professional. Text information about the number of the unit its location on site and the code for the gate was very timely before we were scheduled to arrive. When we arrived Bill, another exceptional employee, showed us the unit and offered the keys and the lock for their very secure locking system. The facility was easy to manuver the largest truck that penske truck rents. As grulling as a cross country move is, Public Storage was a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend Public Storage to anyone I know who would have need of storage. Mr.& Mrs. McCullers

I really had a great experience with Robyn. She first called me to verify I was renting and when I arrived she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She first showed me the storage and also showed me every way to come in but also showed me how to get to my storage with a straight shot instead of having to take different doors. She was very pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person. The storage room was very clean and before she left she came out to see if I needed anything and if I had enough room in my storage. Bill from Georgetown did an outstanding job explaining the benefits with joining Public Storage.

This site is very clean and the people there, Cody and Robin, are very friendly and helpful. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the design of the site. There is no place to loop around. You have to pull in, back up and then return the way you came in. This is not easy with a large trailer and impossible for an 18 wheeler. It only has one main lane between the two storage buildings and when there are more than two groups there, it gets crowded and difficult to maneuver in. The storage units themselves are great! Creating a loop around would elevate this to a 5 star site.

Tarie was excellent! She definitely provided 5 star service, and then some! She greeted us with a friendly welcome. She thoroughly explained the process, she showed us the size unit we were interested in, and she took the time to get to know what we wanted to store so we were looking at the correct size. She addressed all aspects of renting a unit. She even had both of us unlock and lock the storage unit so we would know what to do. We checked out our code to make sure it worked.The next day I had question. I called and left my question on voicemail. Robin returned my call within an hour. She is taking that extra step to help me with my question.I dont think you will be disappointed with this location. An excellent team!

When we needed a storage unit in Georgetown, we found Elisha at Public Storage South. It’s a good location, well maintained, and Elisha showed us several units. She explained how the locks worked on the units and told us about the extensive security on the property. She offered to sell us boxes and let us know about the “Damp Check” to place in our unit to protect our things. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!

Bill at the Georgetown PS was amazingly helpful to us when we moved in. We were exhausted from a cross country trip with two very full uhauls and our scheduled movers didn’t show up on time as scheduled. Bill kept checking on us as we unloaded the trucks to make sure we were okay. He was so kind!!!! He explained the whole process well, walked us through everything to include the unique key. So glad we chose this place.

Very nice customer service from Robin.I didnt end up renting a storage unit from here but I appreciated the politeness and ease of reservations.I reserved a storage unit online to get the $1 month deal for the first month. It was easy, no money/card needed at that time. The following day, Robin from the facility attempted to reach me and left a polite vm about my reservation. However, I decided not to follow through with the rental and returned her call to tell them. She was professional, polite and just mentioned to keep them in mind. No pressure to rent from them or even a question as to why I chose not to rent.

This is definitely a 5 star place. Moving is not a fun experience, however, Robin and Ruby in the office were great. Always cheerful, informative, and all accommodating . We will us Public Storage again for sure!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything.Customer service there is awful.I heard this place was good and reliable but it isn’t. If I could give zero stars I defiantly would.Just now called and spoke to “Val” absolutely rude!I just needed to get prices because I am moving soon I explained what things I had and instead of wanting to help she just kept cutting me off. Don’t waste your money. If it starts like that for just phone calls imagine how every month would be.

Purchased a box. Opens at 930am. Staff (2)was not in front office. Doors were locked. 10 min later they opened up. They were doing a walk thru. They should have started earlier to open on time.
