I ordered a hard-to-find microwave and called in to check the status of the order. Alyssa said that there were none available at first and then said she would call me back in a bit. She let me know that she was able to procure one and get it sent out according to the time frame that I was requesting after all! She pulled some strings and got it done for me!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Dont waste your money or time with this company. They dont appear to stock anything and are just a middle man. I have waited months for my range and range hood and still not arrived. Very rude on the phone and they go out of their way to be aggressive and rude. You are much better buying direct from manufactures or go somewhere else.

Was looking at so many appliance suppliers to find a microwave at a good price. this place had every microwave I was looking at and was easy to read info on each one. plus free shipping and taxes included in cost saved money over home depot, lowes, etc

IMHO this has to be the worst service I have ever received from an Appliance Company. My extended warranty company picked them to do our repairs and its been over 2 months and my stove still isnt fixed. They do not return my calls and they do not show up for appointments after I have waited for them for 4 hours? Not even a courtesy call. My advice is to stay away and choose another company if you can.

The worst Service - I have called for one of the properties I manage probably about 10 times and each time the girls who answer the phone always say they will call the owner ! This is the worst appliance place I have ever dealt with !
