I had the best appliance repair experience! I was having major issues with my washing machine and it turned out my husband could not fix it. Like all things it is a roll of the dice as to finding a good repair person without having a friend recommend them. I checked reviews on many appliance repair places and Code Red Appliance Service had very good reviews. They did not disappoint. They were very prompt, affordable, knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I will totally call them again if I ever need an appliance fixed.

My only issue is I cant give another 5 stars!Let me tell you a story of a sick built in $10,000 fridge that could not be fixed by 3 other service companies in 10, yes 10 service trips.I called Code Red in desperation, they came out and were extremely professional and courteous and solved my issue quickly.Had it not been for Kyle and the Code Red team. I would have spent 10k on a new fridge.I cannot thank them enough.

We bought a new oven and the door glass got broke. We had another company come out and they were totally unprofessional asking for money for their service on a warranty item. Our contractor ended up calling Whirlpool to complain about this company. Then we had Code Red come out. William the service person came on time, there was no charge. He was very professional and had knowledge about his job. His service was an example of the quality people Code Red employees. Thank you for the good experience.

Do not give these people your money! They do not deserve your business. The woman, Kristi, that answers the phone is rude. I have been waiting 6 months for a replacement part that was never placed, then ordered incorrectly, and then never reordered. Unfortunately, I was waiting weeks thinking it was all being taken care of. They are very unorganized and the service is horrible. I would rate 0 stars is that was an option. By the way, they are NOT part of the BBB.

I have to agree with others, both their technicians and customer service are terrible. Misdiagnosed my appliance, no change in its performance, but charged us anyway. Said they didnt design the machine. Said that although the products I use the in the machine were top rated, they were really no good. The fact that the problem happened suddenly didnt seam to make a difference. Ultimately I bought in another repair service and it was fixed in one session.

The girl over the phone was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I asked her 1 question and she jumped down my throat like I had just attacked her! I asked her why she was so upset with me and she got defensive. I then ask her for a supervisor to speak to regarding her attitude towards me and she said that she would have someone call me. Yeah right. Wow, I am on the phone with Wirlpool right now to see if I can get another company to fix my dryer. This company does not deserve our warranty money!

This company was sent out by Whirlpool warranty to fix my cooktop. After Miss misdiagnosing the problem and spending 3 months of replacing random parts to no avail because the technician didnt know what was wrong. Whirlpool finally sent out a competent company that was able to get my cooktop fixed. Unfortunately, spent 3 months with a brand new broken cooktop. Now I have a problem with my oven, whirlpool assigns them to come out again. This time I couldnt even get past their poor customer service for them to come out and look at it, Ive already contacted whirlpool told them to find me another repair company. Ive had two experiences with Code Red, one with poor quality of their technicians, the other with severely poor customer service in the office. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Rocky the technician did a great job in fixing my refrigerator.
