I made the trip to Spencers tonight with my crazy 5-year-old accompanying me. My washing machine just went out. Brent Grimes gave us such great service. He was extremely knowledgeable and he was patient with my daughter running around the store. In the middle of our transaction, I got a little choked up about a tough life situation Im going through. He stopped the transaction when he saw my tears and really took time to listen to me. It meant a lot. He was still able to process the transaction quickly as he saw my daughter becoming unhinged. He really took care of us today and his above and beyond customer service deserves to be recognized. Go and see him. Hell take of you and all of your appliance needs.

I have been a customer for many many years. I have never once been steered wrong. Their customer care is above and beyond any box store. From the sales person on the floor to the delivery people, second to none. One of the top reasons I keep going back is because their sales people are professionals who pride themselves in their knowledge and will be honest to a fault. You may walk in thinking you know what you want and thinking you did your homework, but you would be selling yourself short if you didn’t take the time to tap in to the expertise these career long employees are all but too happy to share. Quality all the way around!

Great experience, sales guy was awesome to work with. Got the best deal in town, we bought all new kitchen appliances in 2019. We love our appliances, but unfortunately when something breaks, their warranty services take a really long time to fix. Weve been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks now and no one answers the phone when I call the store.

So nice to do business with a local family business and employee-owned. I felt no pressure, looked around at the appliances I was interested in and when I narrowed it down to 2 I found a salesperson to answer my questions. Made my purchase that day and items delivered 5 days later. Delivery guys were great! On time, swift and no damage to anything in the house or the new washer and dryer. The installers for my new fridge were amazing. Set up was quick. They gave a very helpful quick low down of the features of my fridge. They were professional and kind. Very pleased with the service and excellent fridge.

We bought a kitchen package. While it took 5 weeks to complete the delivery we are happy with the final product. The delivery guys were great. Efficient, friendly and fast. Slight error on the micro install but they made no excuses and fixed immediately. Very professional.

The only thing better than the pricing and the great service at the store…was the installation team! They were fast, thoughtful, mindful of every detail, and even helped solve a water problem caused by a former RO system that was no longer around!They had the knowledge and the professionalism that anyone would admire in employees. The fact that they are client-facing staff representing the company in the field…it is refreshing and greatly appreciated! 5 stars for the company and 6 stars to the installation team!

I got a good price but had to pay for delivery. In others stores as Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowes and Conns have free delivery. Spencers charges a fee by delivery.

Steven was great! He just installed my microwave oven. Hes knowledgeable and very kind. My mom is going to have a new microwave installed in a week after a kitchen remodel. I hope he is the one that installs it. 😀

Alan was great and helped me narrow down my fridge selection based on my requirements. My selection was in-stock and they were able to help me coordinate sending my old fridge to my sons house (for additional fee, which was just fine and so convenient). Delivery was on-time and so far, the new fridge is working great. Great overall experience!

I visited the store over the weekend. I was treated with courtesy and quickly. The product selection was great and I ended buying a new washer. They delivered the item within 2 days and the service was great.

Great service. Came on date promised. They called around 10am with my 2hr delivery window. Driver came exactly when stated. I did get a text 15mins before they arrived. They disconnected and removed all old appliance and installed the 4 new ones. I had 2 wonderful delivery and installation guys. No complaints at all. Well done Spencer appliances!I ordered 4 new kitchen appliances (counter depth refrigerator, range, microwave & dishwasher.) I choose all Frigidaire Gallery Series appliances. They are beautiful and I’m very happy with them. Spencer appliances gave me a very good package deal. The prices were much less then Home Depot or Lowe’s. I considered ordering through Costco but after reading online delivery and installation reviews I decided agains it. Costco contracts out different deliver & installers and you never know who your going to get. With Spencer’s, it’s all they do and they have teams they’ve worked with for years.

I called over a weekend for help with an appliance package. I was told Im with a customer and I will call you back today or Sunday. Well no call and called on Monday and rep was off Monday and Tuesday. I waited for a call on Wednesday and NOTHING. I went to another store and got everything I needed including the kitchen package, a beverage cooler and a washer and dryer. Spent almost 10k. I would not recommend Spencers under any circumstances. If they cant call you back what will happen with any issues on the order or issues on delivery or warranty. Spencers Im done!

We had our appliances from Spencer’s delivered about a month ago. Since our remodeling effort ain’t done yet they put the appliances safely in our garage. Yesterday they came a few minutes earlier than estimated and had everything unpacked and installed in less than 1.5 hours. The automated delivery notification system is excellent…. Keeping us informed at every point.We are extremely pleased with the sales to delivery to install service we got from Spencer’s and the appliance prices could not be beat!!!

The team arrived right on time just to drop off the new appliances. The guys were friendly and efficient and were here and gone with no time wasted. Vance answered a couple of questions and made sure we were knowledgable about the all the new appliances..

Our salesman, Alan Zamora, was great . He was very knowledgeable. I had cancelled my order from Home Depot because they kept delaying my delivery date. Told Alan my story . He set the delivery date and they were true to there word. He father son set up crew were great as well. Spencer’s gave me a better price n the washed and dryer, hauling away old unit. Saved me $600. Unlike home depot and Lowe’s, I was greeted right away, I didn’t have to search out someone . Spencer’s acted like they wanted my business. Definitely will shop there first!

From what I can tell, Spencer’s sales and service are two different companies. While the sales experience was good, their service company is a different story. We purchased a refrigerator and had one problem after another with the freezer. It iced up badly. Reminded me of a 1960s freezer that you had to manually thaw with a hair dryer…which is literally what I had to do in between service visits! I had to spend too much time on the phone, call after call to make little ground with getting service to come out to repair…as it continued to be a lemon product.

Great experience with purchasing. Took under 30 min to purchase a replacement dishwasher. The delivery was the problem.Jenny, the bot, said delivery time was estimated from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Just after 4 I called the store because the text to the bot and a call to that number yielded nothing. The delivery driver calls me and says he will be there in 30 min. 2 hours later, he calls back and says 30 min. Then he says he can deliver at 7:30 am the next morning instead. He doesnt show up until 8:40. Serious estimate problems. All in all, I waited over 8 hours for the driver to show. I think the instl fee of $99 should be reimbursed at a minimum. This is my 6th appliance purchase from Spencers.

From the moment we entered, the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. We had our hearts set on a Speed Queen set, but we ended up also purchasing a mattress and a water filtration system as well. There were a couple of inventory hiccups (in 2021 it would be more surprising if there *WERENT* any hiccups) but everything was communicated clearly in a timely manner. The delivery personnel were very nice as well. All in all weve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company!

Prices here are competitive, customer service is great, and they actually hold inventory in a local warehouse, ready for pick-up or shipment. It’s been years now that Spencer’s is my go to place for appliances. When I moved here I bought my appliances in 2012 and now I have Spencers even closer in Santan.My daughter had to replace a refrigerator, and then moved into a new house and needed another refrigerator and a new washer and dryer! Of course that was my housewarming gift to them and my Discover card took a hit for a while 😂But I have found going to Lowe’s and Home Depot and all of those places didn’t offer the service and the prices were lower at spencers for the same products. So Alas my old Garage refrigerator we call the party fridge died this month. And it’s funny I saw the same refrigerator I saw in spencers at Best Buy LABOR DAY SALE and it was cheaper in spencers NOT On SALE.Spencer’s delivery It’s timed to the minute so you know where the truck is and when it’s arriving at your door. You’ve been texted the night before that it’s coming you’re texted in the morning that it’s on its way. I just love dealing with them.

I have worked with Joe Z. at the Ahwatukee location for years now. I dont even go in to the store. I call him and he gives me the price and specs over the phone, sets up delivery, and I receive my products within days. I have always gotten better pricing from them than Costco. I have purchased countless washer/dryers, TVs, refrigerators, and freezers for my home and businesses. Their delivery guys are amazing. They were careful and made sure not to ruin my newly painted walls today (so Thank you Tarek!). I am always so impressed with the entire team. They text you and let you know when to expect the delivery and they were there within the time specified. Will definitely be using them for years to come.

Buyer beware, once they have your money they are no help. I am having issues with my refrigerator since purchase and they could care less. Their response is take it up with LG ! We have been working with LG, including the repair company Spencer’s uses. After 5 attempts and 3 months, the ice maker is still not working(waiting more parts). After spending $7,000 on appliances you would think they would at least act like they care. Everyone is so rude!

2 days before delivery of my refrigerator to new home and I get a phone call stating my refrigerator was damaged and is gone. Can not be replaced. Purchased a floor model. Their response, “would you like to cancel your order”?

After sharing my experience with a friend they told me Spencer’s is the “Used Car Salesmen” of appliance stores. That is the short version of my experience with them. Buyer beware.My wife and I purchased a GE washer, dryer and pedestals from Spencer’s in early July after confirming they would have everything in stock when we moved into our home in early August. We chose them over Costco because Costco was out of pedestals. What a mistake.On our delivery day they showed up with a washer and no dryer and no pedestals. They told us by late August they would have the rest of our order delivered. Late August came and WE called them since no one contacted us and now the order is pushed back to early October. By mid October we haven’t heard anything but I had 2 acquaintances of mine that got the same dryer at Home Depot within 2 weeks. Spencer’s was using Covid as their excuse for the inventory issues but somehow Home Depot had no issues. Finally Spencer’s assured me by late November that they would have the order in, so I gave them a chance. Mid November came and when I called Spencer’s they still had nothing for us. We brought up the person we knew getting a dryer at Home Depot and my wife was rudely told to get our money back and go to Home Depot. So, I went to Home Depot and ordered the dryer and pedestals and in 3 weeks we had a dryer and pedestals delivered! We waited 5 months with Spencer’s and got nothing but broken promises. As a final blow I realized that the delivery guys for Spencer’s had taken the bolts for the washing machine that you need to stabilize the washing machine drum if you move. I drove to the store and talked with them about my bolts and they told me to go buy new ones. Horrible customer service. Why should i? I had perfectly good ones that your driver took. I will never buy anything from Spencer’s again and I would encourage anyone I know to never do business with them.

I walked into a Gilbert location on Saturday afternoon to kill time and ended up with a new Samsung washer & dryer. Rob was an awesome salesman, the prices were great, and the delivery/setup was super inexpensive and on time. I had a very good experience with Spencers and will be a repeat customer.

We purchased a front loading washer and dryer from Spencers TV & Appliance, and paid to have them delivered and set up in our new home. We are now getting ready to move, and found out the drum in our washer needs to be bolted down with special bolts that originally come with the washer. No one from Spencers ever explained the importance of these bolts, or the importance of securing the drum if the washer was moved. Luckily, we are are using a moving company, and thats how we found out about the bolts. These bolts are not universal, and will not work on just any front load washer. If we were to do the move ourselves, the drum would have fallen out for sure causing major damage from not being secured. So, instead of leaving these bolts for the homeowner, Spencers says they just throw these bolts out even tho they admit getting many calls from customers over the years asking for these bolts.So, how does Spencers handle this issue with customers who call in? They direct customers to contact an Appliance Parts Store to buy these bolts that can run $35-$100 depending on make and model. When asked why their set up crew do not leave the bolts with the homeowner, or explain they will need these special bolts for future moves to prevent damage, they rudely say they dont work in that department, and there is nothing they can do for you. Im sure if the sales people/owner shared these concern to to the right department, Spencers wouldnt be getting calls from customers asking for these special bolts that should stay with the washer. Ill take it one step farther, If Spencers cared for their customers, they would direct/train their employees to leave these bolts and explain their importance if the washer was to be moved.Make sure to ask for the bolts to stay with you if Spencers does your setup. These bolts are important when moving so the drum does not fall out of your front load washer, and it will save you money on having to buy them from a Parts Store.After years buying from Spencers...Im done buying from them. Im also leaving negative feedback for future buyers on how rude, and lack of concern they have to their customers by making them pay out of pocket for parts that should stay with the homeowner.

Wish I got a call from the virtual person instead of an email since Im not on my computer all the time. The installers did call me to let me know when they would be here, were professional & knew what they were doing. I know how busy they are with so many deliveries, but I just wish that the company would give them more time so they could explain in more detail how things work. Having 4 new appliances is a little overwhelming. They did answer the few questions that I really needed to know though.

Our fridge started going out and my husband and I needed another one in a hurry. These guys were just so awesome and (after a little teasing) Gary was even able to get my fridge on the delivery truck for the very next day despite us walking into the store well after 7 pm. I got a super deal on a gorgeous fridge and it fits perfectly. This place is awesome and Gary was a good sport and and really took care of us.

I bought an entire appliance package that included Sub Zero, Wolf, Cove, Scott and Electrolux.... Seems like that should qualify for receiving basic customer service. Their staff is rude and literally made me feel like they were doing me a favor to address some install and service related issues.

Ordered a new kitchen refrigerator, and a freezer for the garage. Miguel was phenomenal. I showed them where everything was and they took care of everything with no issues. Remove the old freezer, and the old refrigerator. Courteous, prompt and efficient.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a few things that we were looking for in a washer dryer set and Rob helped us navigate it with ease. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He found us a set that was well priced and checked all of our boxes from a reputable manufacturer that was also in stock. With COVID there is limited inventory nationwide so the in stock piece of the puzzle was key. The set was delivered within 36 hours of ordering it. My Husband and I went to the Gilbert location on to look at but not yet purchase a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Brian Dies was the salesperson who showed us around the showroom and helped us pick out our appliances. I had a post it note with all of the dimensions of the appliances we needed and Brian told me he did NOT need these measurements because all of the appliances were standard and would fit (this is key and important later in my story). We picked our appliances and told Brian we would be back towards the end of December to make our purchase because it would suit us better then. He told us that he could not guarantee the appliances would be in stock then, but that they had them all now and if we put down at least $100 he could guarantee they would have them. My husband and I decided to just go ahead and purchase all of the appliances with cash to guarantee we would get what we wanted. Fast forward 1 week to the night before the delivery we get a call from Brian informing us that our refrigerator and dishwasher were now out of stock and would not be coming with the delivery. He was unable to tell us when they would be in, but assured us we would get a phone call. At this point Im furious because the ONLY reason we paid cash for all of the appliances on the 15th was because we were guaranteed they were in stock and would be delivered the following week. The day of the install of the range and microwave November 23rd 2020 went smoothly. The two gentlemen who installed our microwave and range were very polite, knowledgeable and quick and clean with their job. They apologized for the inconvenience of not having the entire order (Brian never did) as they could see my husband and I were very upset. Not only did they make up for Brans rudeness and incompetence, they had changed our mood towards Spencers.
