Was out of town and cracked my screen. Took my phone here to be repaired! It was done very quickly and the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly! Prices are good! If you need a cracked screen fixed bring your phone here!

Went in to this store for the first time with our Pixel Smart phone showing a blank, dark screen suddenly and a very worried wife, since it is her phone. Left less than ten minutes later with a Pixel phone working perfectly and a wife pleased that her husband suggested going to i-Rite immediately. Lee, the owner, was there to calm us down, fix the Pixel by changing settings, and see us on our way, AND, at no charge. A possible ruined day saved by an honest, competent tech at a company that has integrity.

I’ve had an iPhone since the 3GS model and never dropped any, until I got my new 11pro. I shopped around for a new screen and I-Rite had the best price around . I’ve used them before so I know I can trust their service. I love the attention they take with my phone and the fact that they offer a warranty on their service speaks volumes! I had my Samsung Galaxy in Safe Mode, due to the low volume button being stuck. At first, I reached out to another store, where I was offered to pay ~$250 to replace several parts of the phone, Then, I tried my luck at i-Rite and the experience was above and beyond. Mr. CJ Lough was extremely helpful and was able to fix the phone without replacing any parts of the phone! Needless to say that I highly recommend the store and doing business with Mr. Lough to anyone.

Had my phone fixed under a hour! very professional!

We decided to go to iRite to get our sons iPad repaired which stopped charging. iRite said that the charging port need to be replaced and the repair was done in a week. After two weeks the iPad again stopped working, and when we went back to iRite to get it fixed since as per their website all repairs have a 90 day warranty, they said that chip on the mother board is defective and they will be charging another $100 to fix it. The guy I talked to was never convincing and hence I decided to go to their competitor to get it diagnosed. Not to be surprised, we were told that the charging port that iRite said has been replaced is actually defective and need to be changed. When we told iRite, first they said that they will replace it but when we went to the store, they again started saying that the charging port they replaced is fine and the problem is most probably with the chip on the mother board, and they will have to send it somewhere else to get repaired and will charge $100 for it.Unfortunately, I didnt pay attention to the fact that all the reviews on their website are for cracked screen which I guess they are good at replacing but anything beyond that is definitely out of their expertise. They just wasted our time and money. We would have appreciated if they had told us that this is not their area of expertise, then we would have gone to someone else and got it repaired. Very bad experience and unethical business practice.

I am very surprised to see high reviews for this place. We received a poor quality battery and were treated rudely by employees. My wife purchased a new battery for her iPhone. Within 4 months the battery had apparently gone bad and expanded. The phone will no longer hold a charge and the screen is bowing. When we went back to ask them to replace the battery or honor some type of warranty they told us there was nothing they could do. They insinuated it was my wife’s fault and there couldn’t be anything wrong with their battery. We did not drop the phone or mistreat it in any way. We showed them the phone there isn’t a scratch on it, it was in a case at all times. Maybe our battery was an isolated issue but all the more reason to take care of your customers who come to you for support. poor customer service from i-rite, $60 dollars for a new battery that lasts 4 months. I would recommend looking elsewhere for phone repairs

My son shattered his ipad screen and we called iRite to get a quote. We then went to the store and the quote at the store was the same as was on the phone and they fixed his ipad up perfectly and quickly! I would use iRite again without hesitation. The owner is very helpful and when we picked up the fixed ipad we then decided to add a protective screen to the ipad. The owner of iRite was willing to immediately put on the protective screen for us, no charge for installation. I was impressed and am very happy as a customer.

This place is really nice. The employee that helped me out was more then helpful. They fixed my iPhone 6 in about 30 minutes. I felt the pricing was a little high but after looking at other companies around the area it was reasonable. The screen is really high quality and the phone looks like new! Glad these guys exist so I dont have to go to the damn Apple Store.

As a guy thats constantly on his phone and working in construction, I tend to shatter a lot of screens on these newer phones. The company is ran by some pretty tech savvy smart guys with lots of heart and happy to help you. I brought my phone to the counter and they were happy to replace the screen. Took less than thirty minutes and they called me to come pick it up. Recommend them to every IPhone user I know.

These guys are amazing. I was about to leave on a week trip when I broke my phone. I only had a few minutes to spare before departing and these guys understood and helped me out. They said it usually takes an hour to fix my phone, but there got it done in less than 15 minutes! I would definitely return to them if I ever needed any other phone repairs and recommend them to everyone.

In lieu of driving over my I-PHONE and destroying it, I took it to I-rite after being referred by a friend. I checked prices around town, I-rite by far had the best prices(lowest!!). I was in and out in about an hour and my phone looked BRAND NEW!!!I would recommend this place over any other in the Richmond, Short pump, Midlothian area. These guys are nice, polite, professional, and know their stuff.

90 day warranty is garbage. Terrible customer service. Ive been a loyal customer for years. Recommend this place to everyone. Be aware. Should a problem arise with the repair, they will not stand behind the warranty. My screen turned purple with 13 days of the repair. I was told you must have dropped it. The phone had a new screen protector and case from the previous repair. I did not drop the phone! Ive spent almost 1000$ with these people over the years. Zero customer appreciation. I was told to read the fine print in the warranty. I asked to speak with the manager. He offered to discount the repair 20%. The manager called the owner, explained the situation. The owner chose to do nothing. The attitude diplsyed by the staff was arrogant. No intrest in doing the right thing. This was one of the new stores to offer repairs. Now, there are plenty others to chose from. I am no longer a loyal customer and highly recommend the store directly across the street. Extremely professional. Better prices.. BEWARE. These people do not stand behind the repair.

A chair fell on my phone and I was devastated. Its just old enough that its out of warranty but not quite old enough to merit a whole new phone. To get the screen replaced by Apple was like $250, and here I got it for $100. I literally went during lunch and it took under 20 minutes to get a new screen. TBD on whether the quality holds (I legit went an hour ago), but right now everything works and I didnt lose anything from my phone. Ill update if my review changes in the future!

A few months ago, I dropped my I-Phone 5 and broke it. Not having insurance, I had few options but to find someone who could fix it. After searching around and pricing out several different repair companies, I-Rite was recommended to me by a friend. They made the process simple and stress free. I dropped my phone off, walked over to TGI-Fridays for some lunch, and by the time I was done, my phone was ready and as good as new. They also have a good selection of cases and accessories, so I was able to find a case so it wouldnt happen again. I hope I never break my screen and have to get it fixed again, but if I do Ill be going back to I-Rite.

I cant say enough amazing things about this place. I called around to 3 places and got the same story about the same price; to fix the broken screen on my iPad Air 2 it was going to cost $225 to $250 bucks and with the repair I would lose the ability to use Touch ID.I called Cameron here and not only was it fixed in 2 hours, it cost 50 bucks less AND my Touch ID still works.In my opinion, if you go anywhere else you will get overcharged and lied to about services.THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Took a work phone to get repaired here and they were really pleasant and quick with fixing the shattered screen. It cost somewhere around $70 but if you have a new phone and nothing else is wrong with it its worth that than buying a new phone.

Super fast repair on my iPhone 6, only 30 minutes! Way better than the Apple store that took a week to schedule an appointment only for them to tell me they wouldnt touch it because of a dented corner, but these guys pulled the dent out no problem.

These guys are great! I cracked the screen and tried to fix it myself and broke more stuff. The had to order the parts but in 3 days they had me up and running with a fix for the stuff that was permanently broken. I will hopefully never need them again but it good to know they are there.

Edit to original review.I received contact from the owner of I-Rite, Lee Whritenour. The message was sincere and looking to right the error of his employees. He processed a complete refund of my purchase and assured me he would talk with his employees and how they resolve customer concerns. I would no longer count them out as a possible vendor to repair your electronics. Check them out and evaluate them the way you would any other vendor.I had 2 iPhone 7+ screens installed. They were supposed to be OEM screens. That means Original Equipment Manufacturer. One screen had issues. Brought it in and they claim they replaced it. Issues continued. Brought it in again and was told the same. Took the phot to Apple. They knew it was not an OEM screen as soon as they looked at it. Paid Apple to install a new screen and it works like a charm. I thought I was saving money going here. Screen actually cost a little less at Apple.
