I went to this location couple hours before. I was not greeted and ask anything or not sure when was my turn. There were 7-8 people and associate looks like working but not sure for which customer. I returned back home wasting 40 minutes of my life watching the store walls.They needs customer service training
We have always had good luck with T-Mobile products and services. I highly recommend them for your cellular service.
If I can give them 0 stars I will. Everytime after I visited T-Mobile I am so mad. I dont know what keeps me as a customer. The new promotion plans are not just for new customers but if you ask them they will give you with $15 up
Absolutely the worse customer service ever! Employees are arrogant and self centered, they don’t care about customers. TMobile could train chimpanzees to do a better job than the knuckle dragging mouth breathers they have “working” at this location now.
I had a wonderful experience at the T-Mobile store in Glen Allen. The sales associate Trey was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to transfer my phone & number from Verizon to T-mobile. Im very thankful for all his help.
This 5 star rating is based on this locations customer service. The store mgr, Lauren, was the most helpful, non pushy, customer service orientated, problem solving person Ive ever dealt with from any cell phone provider. I went in with a goal of switching providers to be cost efficient. She was very honest upfront and stated there may be issues with the service in my area. She provided me the equipment to enhance the service. Went home, wasnt able to gain ANY service. Came back the next day and she was able to give me back my old phones, and helped me to the fullest to retrieve my old service. This lady, in my eyes, went above and beyond my expectations as a consumer. And when T-mobile covers more rural areas, I will bring them my business!
After reading other reviews I was a little worried about going into the store. But after going in and getting fantastic service from Alyssa. They were very polite, prompt, and helpful. I would assume that there are busy times of the day or year that might have caused some of the other reviewers issues but my visit was above perfect. They went above and beyond. Great Customer Service!
Better than I can do myself
I walked in at 7:40 to pay my phone bill, 2 tablet changes later I still havent payed my bill and it is 7:50 I was left at the counter as the associate walked to the back without explaining what was going on.. I just need to pay my bill you would think with no one else on the store, 4 computers 3 associates and 2+tablets I would be able to give them my money and leave. Instead I am standing here listening to the other sales associate on her personal call about what shes cooking and how many hours she has to work at T-Mobile. And boy how I just love to be demeaned and argued to about service that is so crappy. This store ALWAYS has an issue and ALWAYS has the most disrespectful staff towards customers, maybe thats a reflection of the staff turn over rate since there never is a familiar face around. At 8:05 I leave without paying my bill in store.
I went to get service for my Bring your own phone plan. The girl that set up my plan never told me that the service would not in the areas where I work at and live. I have called customer care and even spoke with the store manger to explain my situation its a scam no refund no store credit just a we cant help you. I would never recommend this service for anybody.
I bought the buy 1 get 1 free Galaxy S8 Note and, they told me I would get my $850 rebate in about 6 weeks. Well 7 weeks later they told me I would have to change my plan to a more expensive plan to get the rebate. I was lied to mislead and scammed by T-Mobile. I am pursuing legal actions. I bet if you check out all the people that gave them 5 star ratings they are probably employees or friends of people that work for T-Mobile. I will be hanging out at T-Mobiles talking to people before they go in to warn them about their scam.
Store manager breaks the rules of her own contracts, makes false promises that she does not intend to keep, and is essentially happy to scam her own customers from the day you walk into the store. Do yourself a favor and go to any other t mobile store for services. In reference to my issue where I was refused to utilize benefits that the contract promises, I went to another t mobile store that admitted I was being scammed by this store.
Came in the store to see if I could upgrade my phone and wasnt greeted by an employee whatsoever. I walked around aimlessly waiting for someone to help me but only one employee was helping a customer while the other employees played on their phones and completely ignored me. I finally walked out because I felt like a bother for just being there. I wont be recommended this location again. Very impersonal and horrible customer service.

I purchased an LG Stylo 4 last Friday. Chance wouldnt make eye contact, would not even respond to my questions and referred to my account as just a pre-paid. I let that slide because Bryan was helpful. Today, I found out that a stylus comes with the phone, this is news to me, as this phone did not have one. I called the store, spoke with Bryan who advised that because he didnt have any extra to sell or give me, he didnt have any options for me. Bryan also advised that I should call his manager on Friday. I asked him if I could return/exchange the phone for one with a stylus, he said I would have to pay the $50 restocking fee. T-mobile needs to train their employees in the fine art of customer service, even for the lowly pre-paid customers. This happened at your 9853 Brook Rd, Glen Allen, VA location.
I was being helped by Zakiya and she couldnt help me further and she got chance involved. Chance was kind of rude and disconnected like he didnt really want to help me I had to go to another clerk to get help with my final thing that I needed done. I was very upset with the service that Chance provided and just very upset about it!!!

Simply the most clueless wireless store ive ever visited. took me 3 hours to set up a simple $50/mo phone plan, and ive had to re-vist the store twice since as it still isnt set up correctly. T-moble - do us all a favor and close this branch.
