Horrible customer service. Waited for 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. They were too busy answering the phone or doing other things. I ended up ordering what I wanted on Amazon from the store lobby and then left. I would think that with online competition so fierce this place would strive to retain local customers. Good luck staying in business. I will take my money elsewhere.

Had Firestone air bags installed on my F350 in Jan 2021. While driving with my window down today, I heard a rattle every time I hit a bump. Once home I crawled under my truck checking for something loose. Found the axle strap brackets had a half inch gap between axle and bracket. As the tech who did the install had paint marked the nuts and threads, and they were still aligned, it became obvious the tech had failed to tighten/torque the bracket nuts. He also had to have realized this when he did the paint marks! Seriously?!

Didnt have the ATV 5 gal gas jugs we were needing but had some nice tires & wheels

Had them install upper control arms, leveling kit, and alignment on my ‘08 Ram. The truck had a hard pull after the work was done, but figured I’d hit some trails and see if it would settle in. No luck. Called them a few days later and was told it would be two weeks before they could take a look at it. Finally got it in and the tech told me the tow was out and to rotate my brand new Toyos as they were wearing bad in the front. He said he corrected the tow and did what he could for the pull. Still has a pull, but what was most disturbing was they put 10 psi more air in the right side to help counter the pull. Hacks.

The team has been great! They tried to explain but I’m old and set in my ways. I wanted Bilstein Shocks for my truck and unfortunately they can’t get them. So Mike even offered that if I could score some Bilstein shocks they would be happy to install them. Sure enough Scored some Bilstein shocks, they changed the ticket and now scheduled for repair. So far service has been great. To be continued.

Great products at an ok price, but very little in stock. Its a hurry up and wait process. Ive been put on hold EVERY time I call. Not just for a moment, but for at least 10 minutes. Currently, they owe me a refund of $300. They didnt have the cash to do it and said they would call me as soon as they acquired it... Its been 4 days.If you get yours here, they have your car for an entire day to do a simple procedure.

Needed to pickup parts from a phone order to find that unfortunately only 1 of the 3 associates working there were wearing masks. If I had known they are anti mask I would not have spent my money with this business. As a consumer I want to shop where I feel safe to do so. They dont even follow their own mask policy they have taped on their door. This is unacceptable especially since AZ is worst in the nation right now with cases.

Joke...how this place stays open is beyond me. All I wanted was some visors you call and either they never answer or do and put you on hold for 15 minutes. Got them from Amazon for a dollar more. Should of listened to others that said not worth the headache

Absolute worst place I have ever shopped or had service with. I spent $1200 for fender flares and to have them installed. I also paid $550 to have them painted. They put me off for over two weeks and then when they finally installed them they were warped. They told me they would buy new ones, have them painted and installed. That was just a lie to get me to leave. Been three weeks of not returning my calls and now they say they won’t fix it and there is nothing they can do. Please go somewhere else. I will never shop here again.

Ordered new springs and shocks to level out my truck. After multiple calls to the shop in Albuquerque they finally checked on my order come to find out the order never went through... this all after I paid in full in the very beginning. When I asked why this was Handled this way they said “sometimes orders get messed up and the only way we would know is if we checked on it every single time”. My response, was I believe you should check every day since you took my money for the product and labor. I finally got A tracking number and wanted to schedule an install appointment. The response I got from the associate at that point was we don’t schedule installs until we have the product in hand to make sure it’s not damaged and it’s the correct part. Few days after the part arrived I scheduled the install brought my truck to for a parts dropped off my truck and an hour after I drop my truck off I get a phone call telling me that the coils are the wrong coils it’s for the gas not the diesel engine. I ended up having to order different coils to finally get it all together. Fast forward a few weeks I had to travel to Phoenix so I scheduled a tighten up appointment at the Glendale location. I made an appointment for 1 PM almost 3 hours later I call to check on my truck and they tell me it’s still on the rack. No apologies just that they’ll call me when it’s done they’re a little short.My advice is go give your business to someone else who actually knows what they’re doing and cares about their customers clearly 4 wheel parts false advertise in this area and have poor customer service employees who lack knowledge on all levels

I came into store on 12-21-20 planing on spending some serious cash. Left store spending no cash, because of the poor customer service. They seemed to be in a bad mood, lazy. Furthermore was in store for over 20 min, and no employees came and even tried to attempt to help me. Will not be spending my hard earned money here.

Service was good but I just think they tend to display Pro Comp and Smittybilt primarily. I was looking for a body mount tire carrier and out several that I have seen they only carried one and it was extremely expensive.

I had my 2010 Tacoma leveled with Bilstein shocks at another location. Stopped by here to check on another vehicle. I like these stores, helpful do good work and know their stuff. Well planned out store as well.

Pros - Car Alignment / Mount Balance is excellent. Ive had other lifted vehicles and had to deal with these issues.Cons - Prices are average above average. Things went well till the delays started. After the first one my truck needed to go to another vendor and reluctantly I paid the balance so they could release the vehicle and get other things completed while we waiting on wheels to come in. Once the balance was paid communication broke down, waiting 2 days after being told twice somebody would follow up with me within in the hour. I then called a third time only to find out my vehicle was done and delivered to another vendor that wasnt approved by me. Never a good sign when the company feels they can drive your truck around town without your permission. The difference between a great shop and average is how they deal with issues as they come up. A break down in communication and over promising and under delivering is what I received. I wont return as a customer however as you can see by the reviews as long as there are no issues you should get good quality work however most complaints are similar to mine...lack of communication and over promise, under deliver due primarily issues that arise.I wanted to update my recent negative review with this positive one. After having some issues with the wheels I purchased 4 Wheel Parts made exchanging them out extremely easy. I thought they might give me some trouble especially since they warned me about the brand and what could happen. I should have listened before. Either way they made the experience of returning used wheels super easy backing everything they sold and installed.

It required a strap for safe transport which I didnt have so he went to his vehicle and got one from his personal vehicle to secure the load. Simply, that is excellent customer service!!!

Very friendly staff here. Matt helped me get my order figured out and Tim helped me when I came back to pick it up. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable about the parts they are selling and trucks poeple are bringing in. The store was clean and organized and so were all the guys working.It was nice to be able to go to a 4 wheel parts shop and it being clean and organized.I would recommend going to 4 wheel parts. Some of the prices on the stuff in the store might seem pricey but they had the parts I needed at a good price.

Dont get me wrong, they do good work and deliver when promised. Some of the front desk workers can care less about the customer after a sale or when dropping a vehicle off for them to install parts or compete some services. I was dropping of my truck for a Grand worth of work and asked for a ride back to my house, which is only 5 miles away. They told me they were too busy to take people home and this was only 45 or so minutes after he told me that he will have to talk with his boss...I had to go back up and ask him about a ride again...in that 45 minutes, he talked on his phone, laughing with coworkers, talking a lot as there were no other customers in the shop....Im very disappointed with the front service people and their refusal to take people back to their house.

I ordered a part for my arb Awning online and it said it would be there the next day. I received my confirmation with no indication as to when It would actually be available. Having had a bad experience with a previous order and delayed shipping I decided to call to ask. The guy that answered the phone said it was impossible and that it was out of state and would require an additional charge for shipping. None of that disclosed, ever, during the ordering process. I shared with him that this is not the 1st time Ive had an issue with shipping. He said its not his fault he cant control the website. Ill never shop here again they are the worst and everybody says I should have listened. I hate to say it, but Amazon here I come.

They installed electric running boards. Did a fabulous job. Took about 2 hours longer but it came out great.

Its a shame, they were great when first opened. Not sure if its just new people working there but terrible now. Last visit, 2 weeks JK in shop, failed to identify and fix rear end issue even after telling them what was wrong. (Rear end grenaded 2 weeks later). Failed to get JK parts that went faulty that were originally purchased and installed by them. Missing fuse cover lid when returned to me. Failed to get parts for other vehicle that I ordered at same visit. Actually rockstar wheel cap bolts that backed out, also originally purchased from them and installed by them. These should have been on there dime but I was ready to pay. Failed to return emails when trying to discuss these problems. Pretty much as bad as it could get and I have spent lots of $$ at this shop before this all happened. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!!

Went here for my front inner shaft seals on my JK it was scheduled for a Saturday but didnt get done, no one called to let me know it hadnt been done. I was told that if I didnt receive a phone call that day to just show up around closing time which was 2:45pm. When I showed up to pick up my Jeep thats when I found out it didnt been done because there gear guy called in sick that day....although I was very disappointed that the work hadnt been done I guess you cant help it if your mechanic calls off work that day. (he was the gear guy they said). They did apologize and told me it would be done Monday first thing. Well it did get done as promised and I am satisfied with the work. I would recommend them, they have a polite and friendly staff of guys I like the place.

Disappointing visit. Id set up for an auxiliary fuel tank installation but when I arrived I was told they would not install any accessories unless they were new. Id arranged for installation of my used but in good condition fuel cell but apparently their listening skills arent so good.A waste of my time for the trip to and from their shop and my house.

After I lifted my truck these guys aligned it and did a great job! This after 2 other places failed to get the job done. Tim at the front desk was both helpful and knowledgeable.

My front shock strut blew up on a long road trip. Called the 888 number and the parts were delivered locally where I could get the work done the next day. Great service.

Got a great price on some tires at the off-road show. Brought the buggy in and they were done exactly when they said they would be. No issues.

Little disappointed in the service, they emailed me lots of discounts in the end none of which applied????? Cant help but wonder if staff works on commission because they constantly steered me to more expensive items. Of instance received $200 discount on Mickey Thomson tires, they couldnt even tell where that would apply, if they dont know how am I you g to use it. I found several wheel rims from $40 to $300 but only rims over $130 applied to me. In the past I got really good deals there now Im forced to go somewhere else with a savings of almost $1,000 on just tires and rims. Something doesnt seem quite right. In the past I went to the location on South 7 st. This time I went to the west Bell road location 62 ave or so. Not sure if its worth going back down town since I found a great deal close to home on 15th ave and northern. Went toAZ.car and Truck customization at 8901 north Black canyon freeway. Seem honest, very helpful and willing to work with me within my budget. I bought 35 x12.50x 18 tires and 18 rims for $1,400.00 tax, mounting, balancing including moving my valve stems to new rims so my low tire pressure indicator in my truck would still work. This includes new valve stems I. Old rims and tires so I can sell them. The tires are an off brand that they say works very well and I can buy two sets for the price of one at 4 wheel parts.Just telling it like it is thats the facts and nothing but the facts. Im very disappointed as I previously was very happy with 4 wheel parts, but not any more.Peace out.EZzzzzzz

Very disappointed at the shop. I got a lift on my 2018 Dodge ram 2500 with a different shop, That shop didnt do a good job so I brought it to them to see if they could fix. When I talk to the guy he told me yes we can install your zone lift. Then he told me to set up a appointment for next week Friday and he charged me a diagnostic for $114. Friday came and I dropped the truck off, A few hours later I was in the area stopped by to see what was going on. The guy told me theres nothing they can do because they dont carry zone lifts and they can determine but issue but they were more than happy to take my money super disappointing. Dont waste your money with these people there scam artist.

Builds very UNSAFE vehicles. Loose suspension parts and tried to reuse u-bolts!!! Anyone in the automotive world knows you dont reuse u-bolts and now steering stabilizer shock is blown out!!! All in less than 30k miles on a brand new truck!! And its a pavement queen too!!!

Bought 2 new shocks for a jeep TJ. One shock didn’t have hardware. Go back to get it and they gave me the wrong hardware 3 trips later and 80 miles on the car I still don’t have the correct parts. I called them back and was put on hold. For being so called jeep experts they are horrible. So something that should have taken only an hour is now running 4 hrs. Avoid at all cost not worth the drive or the gas money. Probably could have had it accomplished by amazon.

The boys sold me and installed a Smittybilt M1 front bumper.I was a little leary of them because I dont hand my truck off to anyone I dont know but I gave it a shot.To say the least I was very happy with the results. Very professional install and super clean with the electrical work.I will go back for more items but I dont like their hours of 9am-6pm. I dont know of any shop that doesnt open until 9am. Its not very convenient to their customers.So I gave them a 4 rating.

Probably wont be back well have to go back they forgot to put my nuts and bolts well I left over from Hardware they removed from Jeep real clown show they installed a bikini top on my Jeep went down the road about a mile top started to fly off originally went in to have a lift kit put in my YJ after spending 1600 on the lift had to spend another 800 for a new drive shaft because they neglected to tell you this may be a part that you would have to put in afterwards so install lift kit and then hey guess what you need a new drive shaft how convenient going to go pick up my nuts and bolts from Hardware kit and guaranteed never going to go back recommend everybody check find out what they may and may not have to put on after you buy a lift kit I will give them this they have a nice showroom with a lot of empty boxes

I walked into the store around 10:15 and was in the store approx 20 minutes I walked around and look at the merch on the walls and shelves so as I got to the counter I stood there and up to the point of me leaving NO one of the employees greeted me or even went out of their way to say someone would be with me .I promise you that I will never darken your door step my money spend just as well somewhere else.

Bit pricey but everything there is name brand good quality stuff.

Check the online pricing and print it out before you go. Also this place automatically charged you for their extreme warranty with out even telling or asking you. Sad when they charge you to back up their work.

Called to make a. Apointement to mount and balance and align my truck I drop the truck off they tell me they don’t know when it will be done or how long it will take. So I get a Uber home after 45 mins they call me saying they can’t align my truck the gear box is blown up and some other stuff so i get another Uber back pick up my truck paid 170$ for mount and balance 4 tires seemed a lil high I get down the street realized they kept my wheel caps so had to go back. Came to Jacks wheel alignment near 43rd and camelback he aligned it just fine and at a fair price. Truck drives great now. I do not recommend 4 wheel parts at all if it’s not a bolt on part they have no clue it seems like.

Very disappointed in service ordering parts from this location. First made my order with Tim, nice guy owns a CJ6, understands what its like owning a CJ. Was supposed to get a call from Tim or someone when parts arrived at Glendale location. Crickets....I call a week later and spoke with Matt, who said yes they are here, but let me check, then put me on hold for 25 minuets...I listened to the same damn recording about how my time is important at least 20 times. When he comes on he needs my name and phone number AGAIN. Nothing like being forgotten about. So the next day I go in to pick up parts, Guess what???!!! They are not all in!!! So Tim says he will send out the next day. Today one week later still no parts I call Tim and he says he will call UPS and call me back. Two hours later I call Tim, well they havent responded to my email, I will call them. he calls back and he says. Well UPS said they dont even have a tracking number. Tim said he re-ordered from California and it should be coming. I paid for these parts beginning two weeks ago and in full last week. I really wanted to support what I thought was a local shop. They didnt have basic CJ bushings in stock and obviously dont care about the customer. I will not shop in this location again. Matt was rude on the phone and Tim made promises that were obviously not true. This store gets NO STARS FROM ME.

I always go here for my 4X4 parts. The guys here know their stuff and always help to make sure I have the right parts for my truck as well as answer questions that might have.

Four-wheel drive parts have everything that you need, and if they dont they will get it for you. I had something done to my vehicle at another shop. That they had messed up on installation. Four-wheel drive parts fixed in for almost nothing. By doing that theyve got me for life as a customer.
