I’ve been impressed up until my last service appt. I purchased the service package when I got the car which provided new brakes and oil changes etc. My brakes are so incredibly loud, you turn to look at the car when it stops. (My service manager agreed) At 65k miles, and under the warranty, I would have expected them to take care of me and replace. Instead, im told they are not low enough and will not replace. Nothing quite like having a BMW and having brakes that squeak at every stop. I regret buying that package and am disappointed they let me go unhappy.
New showroom is finally finished and looks great, lots of glass and light all day. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I drive here for all my service and sales despite the nearest BMW dealer is 5 minutes from my house. If you have or want a BMW in the MKE area, come here first, you wont be disappointed!

The last time we brought it in for the service they forgot to run it through the car wash, so we requested it this time and they said they would do it and when we pick up the car it definitely hadn’t been washed. It’s not a big deal if you can’t do it but don’t promise that you will if you won’t.
Very friendly and kind people. They listen to whatever financing/bank requests you have and try to give you the best deal.The customer lounge is super nice and we managed to keep ourselves entertained while waiting to close the deal.On request they also let us take out the car we wanted to test drive alone without a salesperson so we could freely drive around without any pressure.Overall 5 star experience and I would recommend this dealer to family and friends for a BMW

I really liked the service manager, who was very communicative, but they could not determine the cause of my fuel line problem, which was a linked house. They were however, happy to replace a fuel pump and give the car back to me with the same problem of hampered acceleration and ac to speed off 20 mph. Im sure that they are capable with other problems, but they did not help me.

Went in because my key fob didn’t work, they fixed and washed my car. Would have given 5 stars but I couldn’t get anyone to help me figure out how the windshield wipers lifted up. No one seemed to know how to do it. And no mechanic was available to help.

I had reached out to inquire about a stock vehicle online. I wrote it off as I found one at another dealer that was configured better for me. My salesperson, Jay, was very professional and continued to follow up. He put together an option to order exactly what I wanted at a lower price than the other dealers stock vehicle. Trade value was also a concern. BMW North offered a higher trade over the phone with a couple of pics. I was apprehensive that something wouldnt be honored after I made my 2 hour trek to the dealership. Instead, I was immediately put at ease by Jay and his sales manager. They honored everything discussed. The whole process was one of the easiest I have ever experienced and I buy a lot of vehicles. What was even more impressive is how nice, courteous and professional everyone conducts themselves while the construction noise and inconvenience is going on. My first BMW. Very impressed and looking forward to a long relationship.

I traveled over 4 hours to purchase a used Nissan Maxima from Alan and BMW of Milwaukee North. I was in a time crunch due to another possible deal that was in the works and it was Alans ability to put the deal together timely and professionally that swayed me to drive this far for a used car purchase. The price and trade-in value of my car were reasonable and I honestly feel like both parties won on this deal, which is unusual in my past experiences. The experience from the moment I arrived until I drove out the door was second to none. I was treated as if I was there to purchase a $100,000 BMW, even though I was buying a used Nissan. Alan has a gift to do what he does so well. Very personable and never pushy. He even went above and beyond to get me a large bow for Christmas morning in the garage. Even though I am over 4 hours away, I know that Alan will be the first call I make whenever I am in the market again. Thank you for everything!
Im traveling from miami and came here for a oil change at first everything was good, 2 h plus for the oil change then the advisor told me that the car wash was done in 20 min, when a recieve my car it was dirty and they told me one more time that they will wash it again and vaccum and give a complementary car wash, seriously poor service !

I had never visited this dealership before but they came highly recommended by a good friend who purchased a few cars from this place. My experience started out a bit rocky because the dealership is under construction and therefore a bit confusing because you are entering in the back. Once I was able to find an employee that wasn’t busy with a customer things went flawless. I had no intention of buying a car that day, especially from a dealership I had never been to before. However, everyone one was so attentive, knowledgeable, and transparent! I love the car and it’s important to me that I like and trust the people that sell it to me! It was a great experience overall. I have a beautiful car at a good price and all the people I interfaced with made the process enjoyable!!! Just as it should be but doesn’t often happen that way. Thank you!

I had a great overall experience in this location. I financed a used car, which looks brand new in and out. Never knew what I was missing, bmw is amazing and fun to drive. Jim was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was great to get a thorough, not rushed walk through the car features during the day of pick up. My next dealership experience, I would come more prepared to choose from the extra add on features such as gap insurance, certain car protection packages etc. This is an add on price which is discussed during the last step, the day of pick up. It is optional, but hard to turn down at the moment. Also, I would look for outside financing, instead of the easy way of agreeing to it at the dealership. Overall, very happy with the car and ease of purchase. Finance Manager and everyone else at the dealership were very courteous and professional.
This is the definition of the worst used car buying experience. If you would like to be harassed by email & by a phone call once or twice a day for 2 weeks straight this is the place for you. Even if you tell them no & to multiple people they keep calling. Don’t worry they will call you at all different times of the day & from a different number every time. I purchased my 2018 540ix here. I purchased my car from Tony J and he is one of my favorite people. Brad is the BMW Genius and he knows everything about these cars. Ahmad is the guy in charge and he made my deal happen and he has been amazing even after the purchase. In addition I had my car serviced at BMW North 3 separate times now and they are fast, efficient and professional. Today 1/28/19 Service Manager Jordan helped me because I had a flat. 1/16/19 Service Manager Adam helped me when i had the oil changed. Both are top notch professionals! Love this place. The Coffee is excellent too!

I cant thank the service team at BMW Milwaukee North enough. I got my X3 towed to their shop after a drivetrain malfunction and Lane was extremely helpful and communicative as they worked to diagnose the issue, provide me with a loaner car, sort out the warranty coverage, and subsequently fix the problem.They went above and beyond, test driving the vehicle and including a detailed inspection of the car before returning it to me, as well as giving it back freshly washed and vacuumed!

If you want peace of mind knowing your BMW is getting the best care possible, come to BMW of Milwaukee North. The entire experience getting my BMW serviced was a pleasant one. My service advisor, Rob, did an excellent job explaining what services my car required. When the mechanics performed the diagnostic/inspection on my vehicle, they found additional areas that needed attention. Rob was excellent at explaining what the additional services were, and what they would cost. I authorized for all of the recommendations the mechanics made to be performed on my vehicle and I’m very happy with how it all turned out. When it was time to pick my car up, I received a detailed report that outlined the diagnostic process, as well as every service that was performed along with clear explanation of what everything cost. It was very reasonable and the difference I feel when driving my car is well worth it.
Service has improved over the years and even more so with new ownership. We have two BMWs and are really happy with the communication and service we get. We only take our vehicles here now for all of our services.

I got my BMW X7 from BMW of Milwaukee North. I started my BMW search from this dealership and after going through multiple dealers for a month, I finalized the deal from them. I had a very good experience working with this dealership and especially Katie, one of their client advisors. She is not too pushy, understands customer’s need really well and recommends what suits that customer best in the budget range. They would be my preferred BMW dealer within Wisconsin and Illinois region.

The typical acid test is whether I’d recommend a company to a friend. That answer is a clear yes. The tougher question is, “Would you spend your own hard-earned cash with them again?”. I leased a new BMW 535i in 2016 from this dealer. They encouraged me to lease the car, as I would save substantial money due to my strong credit rating and the ability to purchase the car at the expected market price when the lease expired. With two months left on the lease, I contacted the sales manager regarding the price and process for purchasing the car. I was informed today that 18 months ago BMW North America told them that they would only allow such purchases at $5000 under the residual value, which, in the case of my car, would make the price of purchasing my car $7000 above the market price. While BMW has not violated their contract, they are committing a serious ethical violation in not honoring the original agreement (note: the sales manager confirmed to me that they were violating the agreement that the car could be purchased at the market price that was made when I originally leased the car, but BMW will do nothing to solve the ethical violation).
First dealership I ever went to that wouldnt take a down payment. Poor management. Put money down they counted it out and then gave it back. Theyre financing came back at 10% went to the bank and got 3% didnt even give a courtesy call to say hey we sold the car you dont need to go get financing anymore.
This dealership knows the value of a happy customer. From the service department to the sales team, they really know how to give the customer the best car ownership experience. I purchased a car from Len who greeted me with a hello. I explained that I needed a second car until my primary car was fixed. He provided me with several options and suggestions. He really know his cars and he was not that pushy salesmen from other dealers.I ended up financing the car and they were really up front with the financing terms. Even explaining some of the ins and outs of bank loans. Thank you BMW of Milwaukee North for providing me with the best car buying experience.

I had the car overheat downtown on the freeway, and I cant say enough good things about my experience on a bad day. The tow truck arrived 15 minutes early and the driver did a great job making sure I was okay and getting the car loaded on the flatbed. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Wendy, who did an amazing job getting me right to the people I needed to see. The service writer was prompt and let me know what to expect while Wendy was kind enough to drive me all the way back downtown. They say BMW is the ultimate driving machine, but its nice to know the people there provide the ultimate customer experience as well!
When using the chat feature to setup appts I was promised a call back from service on the availability of parts for my 135, call did not come so I checked back the next day with the same results, promised a call that never came. I was able to setup an appt for my 340. I mentioned this issue with a call back when I was there dropping off the 340 and received an apology but it seemed like he wasn’t informed of this commitment. When I got home after picking up the 340 I noticed it didn’t have its computer service message reset and today I discovered there was grease on the rear window. I was able to reset the computer message with some YouTube help and get the grease off with dish soap. The grease is concerning since that means someone set something with grease on it on my car! The 135 was in Monday at 4 and I picked it up Tuesday around 1230. I was promised an email with the paperwork that has not arrived. Looking back on this evolution I am less than impressed as I expect more from a BMW dealership.
Far superior service than international Milwaukee! I travel twice as far to go to North BMW Milwaukee but no comparison. International wouldn’t even cover a platinum plus item. Called North, no problem. Glad we bought our 430xi at North. We’re Former international customers.

I sure wish I could give this dealership some positive feedback but unfortunately they continue to irritate and underwhelm me. I had taken my car in at least 3 times and while the work (service work) appears to be done as expected, each time came with weird discussions about what they were going to do and that they would have to check to see if they could perform the required scheduled maintenance..As frustrating as that can be all on its own, I could not get call backs on numerous calls I made to them each time to verify that they could do the work and to verify it was included as part of my service warranty. The first time I had asked to talk to a manager when I arrived for my appointment and he did come and talked to me and blames the lost emails and voicemails on a system upgrade they were currently going through. Well I gave him a little reprieve from extremely poor customer service and lo and behold, I got the same explanation on my most recent appointment - which was several months after the first one. Excuses excuses excuses.The most recent appointment was also explained that they couldn’t give a copy of the work performed because they to check with someone first. Strange but not a show stopper I left. The lady advisor said they would send me a copy later. Well it’s been a over 2 months and at least 2 emails and 2 voicemails and still no copy.These are just maintenance visits and I get this type of service from a BMW, I say that again, from a BMW dealership, just blows me away and has heavily discouraged me from being a repeat customer of the dealership and more importantly, from being a repeat BMW customer.I would recommend others to find another dealership as their dealership of choice.
Had a great experience with Andrew and Jim helping me to understand the excellent condition of a used 650i prior to flying out and checking it over in person. Brad was also great in walking through all the technology in the car. Was a really low-stress experience and they were all really professional in their attitudes and approach. My experience here (BMW of Milw. North) was so exceptional and professional. Erick made this experience so easy. He was very informative and patient with me. But most of all, he worked out an amazing sale for me despite all of the questions I had. He has a kind and friendly demeanor. The paper work process took minutes, something I never encountered in any other dealership. They say first impressions are everything and the first impression I received walking in was so positive and welcoming. This is my first BMW purchase and will not be my last! Very responsive when I pulled in with a tire needing repair, actually it needed to be replaced had a screw in it. Took me to a service agent right away who kept me informed and showed me the waiting area and such.Very one was very professional and courteous.Replaced the tire washed the car and I was on my way home, a happy camper.

I brought my car in for repair for tires and brakes and complained about a loud noise when driving. They assured me they couldn’t locate the noise themselves and that it may have been resolved when repairing brakes. The noise continued. So I mentioned it when bringing it in for other service. This time they checked it out and attempted to charge me. So apparently they didn’t check it before and the noise was caused by a broken transfer case. I’m just grateful that this didn’t turn out to be fatal. As I drove around with this issue for about a month or so since I reported the noise. I’m glad that I no longer have my BMW because I lost faith in their service after this.

Went there to see a car that was advertised for sale. Got there and was told that the car was sold. But the car was still there. I just wanted to see if I would actually fit in it. I was ignored. Did they have any example of a 2 series there?? No!! So I checked out what they did have there. I was ignored by everyone. I guess someone else will get my business!!
While traveling from Texas, we experienced a seat belt tension warning. BMW of Milwaukee came to the rescue with flying colors. They additionally fixed another issue we had while traveling away from home. Also because our BMW is a plug-in Hybrid, they charged it overnight. That’s service beyond expectations. I was in the market for a very specific car and so my search had to be national. The team of sales and finance at BMW of Milwaukee North were able to navigate through a very complicated out-of-state lease process. They successfully figured out how to collect taxes up front as well as roll some into the lease per my state regulations and thennavigate the registration process for my state. on top of all this they made the entire sales process and negotiation very pleasant. I couldnt be more happy with my new car.
The Good: I recently bought a car from this dealership. I was treated well throughout the process, and the salesman was not too pushy. That was very much appreciated. They sent a lovely little tin of cookies a few days laterNeeds Improvement: The bathrooms were dirty and were not as friendly when my husband took the car back to have a few dents removed. The dent removal was part of the contract, but they were not able to do it the day we purchased the car. Both car geniuses we worked with were very smelly. The cookies were old and crumbled. It was a very nice gesture though.
