I bought a brow dryer from them and when I asked them if it was the original, they lied to me and said yes. When I brought it home and compare it with my old dryer it was totally different and didn’t have instant Cold Shot Button which was impossible for that strong dryer. Shame on them for making money in that way 👎👎👎👎

There were unsatisfied customers talking to the manager about an issue but the manager was yelling at them instead if resolving the issue. I think the way he acted was very rude and unprofessional and I wouldnt like that to happen to me!

Rude service, products are much more expensive here than they actually are. They sold us used extensions and we brought it to their attention and they literally told us to leave and not come back! Well you just lost 20 regular customers since I told everyone I know who goes there about this. Have a nice day :)

Terrible customer service, they do not back their own products they sell. I f you wanna be treated like garbage this is the place to go.

They do not Honor their policy and basically called me a liar....I waited for the manager to review the tape and I received no apologies just a sudden change in policy as of two minutes before we no longer give refunds.... Get out of town wish I new to that before spending 150$ ...
