Purchased a dinning table and 6 (high top) chairs for over $2500.00. in Oct. of 2020. Was told it would arrive by Christmas. Guess what? It did not ! Did not get here until late Feb. The delivery was subed out to guys in a hurry to drop and run for next delivery. Found one chair that was defective. Was NOT found at story before loading. Finally yesterday (April 7) got answer that replacement will be July or Aug. Are you kidding me !!!! Asked for a refund for one chair,, answer was no.... need to wait.This Sucks !
Ordered a dining set beginning of April was told it would take 6-8weeks. Went in after 6 weeks to see if they had a delivery date and was told by some female that how could I possibly expect it to be ready. The other woman took over and said that they did not know yet. It was 3 months after I ordered the set that I called the store and they still did not have my furniture. Also stopped in to check a few more times. Finally contacted my credit card company and told them that I am about to make payment number4 and I still do not have my furniture. They started an investigation on it. Finally now we are in July, they called and said it was on the water. Then I had to stop the investigation before they could accept the furniture at their warehouse. Finally on July 11 I got my dining table. Will never buy from them again.
We ordered a table. The lady we ordered it was really nice and helpful. We were suppose to get the table in beginning of December but a chance to get before thanksgiving. We didnt get before Thanksgiving, they called us in begining of Dec to let use know it was in and schedule a delivery on Friday. We got a call Thursday and was advised they had to order another table it didnt meet quality standards. We did appriciate at that. They advised would call us with a new dleivery time whent hey reodered. They mentioned it would be in before Xmas. We got called just before xmas and was advised that shipping was delayed and wouldnt make it. After Xmas they advised the table was then damaged during delivery to their office and had to re-order it again. We didnt hear from them for weeks to give us an ETA. Now finally they advised they have and could delivery it. We now finally have it. It a nice item but the service isnt what I considered ideal. You would think they would at least waived the delivery fee. We did a partial payment when we originally order and was given the option to pay on delivery. When they called us about the delays and delivery they wanted us to pay the remaining balance. I wasnt expecting much some acknowledgement of the issue occurring. Needless to say my husband and I will not purchase through them again. It was a comparable prices for item but the service just made the decision for us in the future.
I bought an entertainment center at the Oak Store, but, because I couldnt afford to buy it all at once, I started with just the base. I then went in and bought the towers. Finally, I bought the shelf and light bridge. Each time Ive dealt with the people at the Oak Store they have been patient, showed me what I asked for and then asked if Id like to see some other options, never pressuring me to buy and always courteous.
