I normally dont leave reviews like this. However, I think this situation merits sharing! I wish I could say that my issue stems from being held without a time frame for around 7 hours today. My frustration is that I spent over $1,000.00 for professional services, but left with a screaming car that all watched as I drove away! The sound is like metal scrubing against each other like a train on tracks! Around 45 days ago I had slight shaking in my wheel when braking. I went to the Firestone located on Luke Airforce Base to see what was going. They told me my rotors needed to be rotated. I asked if my breaks were ok and they confirmed that they were. Being that I hate wasting time on delaying the inevitable, I said I would like to have the rotors and brakes replaced instead of rotating them. The service member told me that the rotors would be fine after rotating them and the brakes are good but would recommend I change them when I need to change my rotors. I asked him if this would cause any issues with the car or my familys safety. He confirmed no, we would be ok with a rotation. If I remember correctly they told me they would not be able to do a replacement that day and I would have to reschedule anyway because of staffing issues. I told him that I am fine with getting them done if needed but would take his professional advice! So they rotated the rotors. That cost me around $400.00. As my family and I drove back home (hour away), I noticed the shaking again as I braked. Once I got home I contacted the service member to update them on the issue. They said it should subside and if it doesnt to come back. It subsided in another day...slightly. Between then and now, we lost our mother and had to settle family issues which took precidence at that time. We were also trusting the work we paid for. So the SUV was left in the garage. Once we got our footing back a few weeks later, we started driving the car again. Again there was shacking so we scheduled an appointment.Patrick is the service guy we delt with this time. We dropped the keys off with them and was greeted by one of the nicest guys ever... Carrol their front desk associate. As we sat there, we watched for hours as other servicemen came up to go over their work with the customers of whom cars they serviced and to check them out. Which of course is customary at ALL auto shops! So naturally we expected to get the same treatment once it was our turn. WE WERE WRONG! The first and last time we spoke to an actual serviceman was when we spoke to Patrick as he stated we needed to replace our rotors. Now why did they not do this when I SUGGESTED it only 45 days ago? Well, I am going to assume it was so they could hustle me out of the original $400.00 dollars! So now I am being charged around $500.00 for the rotor replacement that should have been done the first time! As I explained this to Patrick (who could probably care less), he explains that the original work was based on a percentage that was left on the rotor. So I guess I drove off that percentage in 45 days! Well I told him that I didnt mind addressing this 45 days ago and that this seems odd to me that their CHOSEN fix only lasted 45 days! They literally OVERLY assured me the rotation would be the better direction! Now 45 days later I am paying to replace them. So you add it up!!! They now have $400 for the rotation 45 days ago and $500 for the replacement today (and a battery which was $300). After spending basically $1200.00 in 45 days I have no answers nor recommendations! We spoke to no serviceman like the other customers. After we got the car they closed at 7pm. We drove off just to sound like a train. Had to lap the corner to catch Carrol. He listened and called the manager. The manager said there was nothing they could do! To go to a closer Firestone in the morning to fix the issue! Not only did we not get helped, they took our money twice over, lost our expensive factory tire key and didnt even do the work we paid for! We will be sending a letter to Luke and Management about this lack of professionalism!
Joe and Lance are the best! Always bring my families cars here for routine maintenance and had a few repairs done as well. The only time Ill go anywhere else is for services that are not offered here.
A little expensive but he did a good job and he did it pretty fast. I had both of my rear tires replace on my Honda Odyssey and they were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule.

Joe Hill at the Firestone shop on Luke AFB is absolutely the guy any organization would want representing them. From day 1 he has been 100% customer service oriented to me and for me with my vehicle. In a few short months of arriving in AZ I’ve been comfortable enough with this station to repair brakes, purchase new tires and oil change and most recently an Out of State Full Vehicle Inspection.I always leave knowing I got quality care

I have been coming to this Firestone since it was opened on the base years ago. The Personnel here Ive always served me Faithfully. Im always treated with utmost respect by all of the technicians and the Personnel working the desk. My vehicle is always prepared to specifications and whenever something goes wrong they are always ready to help prepare what wasnt remedied the first time.This store has always provided the utmost and highest service standards that we expect from Firestone and for our military personnel they are serving. I recommend them to everyone I work with and it is always a convenience to drop off my car and walk to work.
The technicians here are super nice, knowledgeable, and always helpful. They are never pushy or try to get you to buy things you dont need. Im always able to schedule an appointment within a week of when I want one and am always out of there in under an hour.

I like to do most of my own work with my cars, but any time an issue has come up with something I cant do or dont want to deal with I go to Firestone. These guys are awesome! Theyve always taken good care of me and any of my friends that have used them. Special kudos to Anthony, I seem to get lucky with him all the time. He always has a quick solution for me or an honest recommendation.

The firestone at the Air force base was great. Easy to deal with and very nice guys there as well. They ordered tires and installed them in a timely manner.
Way over charged for an oil change. I have been going to the dealership Larry H Miller dodge and was looking for a cheaper alternative. Well Firestone was charging $99.81 per oil change and the dealership charges $50.I also have a broken T-connector for my coolant line. They told me the couldnt find a leak. However it was literally right on top of the motor completely visible.They were not willing to even look further into after I said I was going to pass on the oil change, and sent me away.

Cannot give this place enough stars! Lance Roberts took care of me when I came in this morning with a cranky Xterra that would not stay running. He had them do a diagnostic and let me know what was going on the whole time. And he gave me an honest estimate on how much it would cost to fix the cranky Xterra. Four and a half hours later and I was back on the road.Thank you, Lance!
Very friendly customer service, There are occasions where some jobs are not fully completed so lets say panels not fully installed seats not fully engaged, nothing major. After I brought the issues to there attention, it was a quick and easy fix.
I havent personally used this place yet but Ive had many friends that have and have been told they are wonderful to work with.
