Tires didnt get air. Coolant wasnt topped off. Place just opened and staff was yelling out at customers that its going to take two hours.. its been poor service for last two visits. Some staff not all look unhappy. Never called when oil change was done. Last time taking it there.. oh yeah Im not going to talk about filter change.. yeah Im done..

I had got tires from Walmart a couple months ago and recently got a nail and was told by manager that goes by ozzy that the tire was not repairable but he did an amazing job and took care of me, I’m so glad I had the warranty! Such an easy and fast experience. Great service! Will definitely come back!👍🏻👍🏻

Brought my Honda in earlier last week, and was out in less than half an hour! The service manager Oswaldo greeted me and made sure I received the best oil for my car. The technician with the curly hair and nail polish helped me out a lot, letting me know everything my car needed outside their services. I really do appreciate their work and how fast they did it! Thank you!!!

Windshield was not washed, car was not vaccumed, I was not called when it was done, an hours after it was done I finally asked, got up on the freeway and had to pull off because they didnt close the hood on my car. Super dangerous.

Took my SRT in for an oil change but was hesitant with the prior reviews but all I have to say is that this Walmart has great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians! Also way cheaper then dealerships, I was out within 30 minutes! Will be back soon!

If you have a sports car, I wouldnt recommend this place. Once they are done servicing your car, they feel theyve earned the right to play in it while pulling it out of the bay. I caught technician revving my engine excessively high 4 times. When speaking to the manager he didnt seem to care.

Always forget to reset my engine oil, even when ask them to please reset it. This time I Waited in line for almost 10m until someone came up to me. Not that they were busy, you know the kind of people who are killing time only. Their physical bodies are there but you can see they hate their job and their spirits are long gone. I witnessed one of their employee struggled to unhook the hood and almost broke it by forcefully pulling it out. 9-6

Made appt. for car service 24hrs ahead of time, arrived for appt. 20 min. early. 1 car in one bay, 3 bays empty with service techs wandering around like zombies. 45 minutes after my scheduled appt., all bays empty & service techs still wandering around with blank stares on their faces. My time is as important as Walmarts....cancelled service appt. - thanks for nothing.

I had such a good experience at this Walmart. I came to them early in the morning needing a new battery. They only have one brand but their service was amazing. The workers were very friendly and helpful as well as courteous. When you purchase a battery they put it on for free and I also noticed they aired up my tires as well. Very happy with their service and price.

I wish I could give you all a zero!!!Your customer service is awful!!! I called in to ask about some missing emblems for my Nissan Titan and all I got was that you all didnt care. You all had other customers and that I as a customer was not important. No worries, all I was asking to check was not going to make a big thing about it..till I was treated the way you all treated me. But no worries Ill make sure that I dont ever shop at Walmart again and Ill make sure everyone that I know not to shop with Walmart. Thanks for losing my emblems and thanks for the classy customer service. All I wanted for you to listen and learn.

Everyone should do themselves a huge favor and mark your tires before you have anyone rotate them. I did, and for good reason. It didn’t get done. They remedied the issue, but I won’t go here for anything anymore.

Stopped by for an oil change and to get some grocery shopping done on Saturday at 6pm. Employee asked me to come back on Sunday because the two cars ahead of us, of the three car ports, were going to take more than an hour, he asked us to come back on Sunday. I thought Walmart wanted my business, maybe their employees do not. I Will not being coming back for an oil change on a Sunday when the wait will be much longer. I chose to go to Midas instead. They were happy to take my money in exchange for excellent customer service.

Bought new set of tires. Did not have what I wanted. They ordered from their warehouse, 24 hours later they came in, got installed and I was on the road again. Great price and exactly what I wanted.

I dropped by right after work at about 6:15 pm. They had a few vehicles there, looked like they werent quite busy, but werent idle either. I went in and git the synthetic package. I was in and out before I even realized I was there. I was hesitant because of all the complaints about it being long and really they must have had a bad day. Ill go back again.

We bought a 3 way light bulb, but it was not working, so my wife and I went back to the store to exchange it but they refused it because we had exhausted our 3 return/exchanges. We literally just bought it the other day and is it or fault that the bulb wasnt working? How simple is it just exchange the non-working bulb. It came in a 2 pack, one worked & the other one didnt. So I asked to speak with a manager. I got Ashton and he said he couldnt do it. So I asked for his manager, and got Emilio. Emilio said he couldnt do it. So I asked for his manager and he said they were in a meeting. I said, All this for $3 and some change! Really? Wheres the customer service? And their goal to satisfy customers is obviously false. One star... if I could Id give them 0. They were telling me to come back to talk to the General manager. Finally I got Joseph the assistant manager and he said, Is it just an exchange? I said, yes. He said, yeah, Ill override that. We can do that for exchanges. It took about 30 minutes to resolve this. Thanks Joseph. Note to upper management, you need more Josephs working here. And I recommend all your management team read, Customer Mania by Ken Blanchard. I wouldve have a 1 star but Joseph came and saved this review. If I could give two reviews, Id give 5 stars to Joseph and 1 star for my experience.

First thing, its Walmart. You should already know how Walmart is. Went to go get new tires and surprisingly, everyone at the shop was friendly. The service was also faster than I expected. I will definitely consider going back to them if I need more tires.

Auto center Phone Number listed here is worthless. I call it, it rings for 5 min . Rude lady answers I tell her I am calling automotive . She rudely replies you have called a number that can not transfer your call from. Call this number and I will transfer your call. I will buy my 4 Tires at Big O Tires . Poor service and poor attitudes = me skiping wallmart from now till ?

Insane waiting time being in line just to drop my car !Horrible actitud from employees starting with the service manager on duty.Due to wrong use of my car remote start alarm my truck was locked.And not body was responsible for it.Very bad experience. Not worth it it all. Never come back !!!

I was there about 5:30 becouse my tire was ripe but the manager Thomas told me you have to go another Walmart, becouse we have a lot work and I told him I can go with my tire like that, and he said any way you have to wait for 2 hours, after me 3 pleaple coming and they go before me, I was the last one. Why?? Maybe
