I bought a 2013 truck from Glendale Auto Source 3 months ago and about 2 months after the purchase i had some issues with the motor,it was a as is no warranty purchase but I talked to Jay and Mark and they took care of it. I can tell you that it was a couple thousand out of there pocket. They told me that that they want to treat customers where they are satisfied. They could have told me sorry but you bought it as is and send me on my way. They had me leave the truck and in little over a week the repairs were completed. I think these guys are a stand up company. If and when I decide to trade up it will be with these guys at Glendale Auto Source, thanks a bunch gentlemen.

Just about to purchase a 1989 firebird formula 350. Mark is my salesman and he is great and on point. Since i live in florida and there in Arizona i sent a independent company to inspect the car. Being it is a 30 year old car i felt it was necessary for this. However Mark was nice enough to send me videos of the car and also of the underneath of the car. My company went out today to inspect the car. They told me Mark and the others were extremely helpful with whatever they needed. The company took over 40 pics of the car and drove it also. Now of course the car being 30 years old and the price i was paying i did not expect the car to be perfect. Im a realists if i was paying 30 grand then i would. But upon further review the company that inspected the car that im definitely buying the car turned out to be everything that Mark had said it was. The company actually rated the car a 4 out of a possible 5 rating. They even told me for a 30 year old car that has never been restored its about the cleanest hes has seen. He didnfind some minor mechanical issues that you might expect from a 30 year old car like needing a tune up and other minor things like that, and to me that is something a salesman really cant tell you. Mind you now the company took 2 hours to inspect so you cant expect your salesman to know things like that. Especially if your purchasing a 30 year old car. But i will tell you this everything else about what Mark told me about the car was dead on as far as the condition of the car inside and out. Thats very rare that a salesman tells you the truth about a used car especially when your not there to actually see and touch the car, and for that i want to thank Mark for his time and honesty its good to see there are good people in this world that dont try to take advantage of people in certain situations.THANKS MARK!!!!!!!!

Worked with Herb and Jay on a sweet Mercedes and they made me very happy with the deal and also told me to bring the car back so they could fix a problem with the parking lights. Recommend them highly.Took my 2003 S430 Mercedes back to fix the parking lights, a door locking mechanism, cell phone setup, outside temperature gauge repaired. Jay, one of the owner’s threw out the loan I had accepted with WestLake Credit Union and Jay offered me an in office loan contract that cut my payments down from 17 months down to 15 months. And WestLake Credit Union had offered me a loan package at 15.5% interest rate. Jay gave me the new loan and he’s charging me ZERO percent. I can’t get better than that. Jay texted me right away re:parts they ordered will be in in a few days. They touched on all my issues and concerns with the car after I drove it home. Watch out for this dealership. I bought a vehicle about a year ago, They are great at hiding things. My truck leaks oil, has bad shocks, injectors are bad, had to replace both brake calipers. First time getting tags for the vehicle and turns out my truck doesnt have a catalytic covered (has been removed) so now i am stuck with a 600 dollar bill to reinstall one. Stay Away.

I have 13+ years experience in Auto sales and mechanics and personally owned many types of vehicles from Honda Civics, Chevy classics, to F550s some of best service I have had in a long time..I called on at least 15 other trucks before I found the one sitting on the lot of Glendale Auto Source, I looked at private party and dealer trucks. They had by far, the cleanest Low mile Ram 3500 DRW 6 speed Mega Cab I could find in the South West. It was priced very well and knowing the market on these trucks myself I decided I needed to look at it.I called on a Sunday evening while in Illinois/Iowa with my family. Jay got back with me propmtly the next day and was able to get me all the details I wanted over the Phone.Landed and test drove the truck, they let me hold the truck for a few days before I could get back to finish the deal. Most lots wont do that, thankful to say the least for the customer service provided by Jay and his auto associates .Granted, I did need to put calipers on the truck and delete the EGR and DPF and CAT But hey emmisions suck anyways and who needs breaks . Anyway, I would recommend them.Thanks for the truck

Good place to buy a car

I bought a Ford f250 with $5000 down a couple of months ago and of course the truck is now in the shop with a $3000 bill to fix what they didnt! I contacted them to see if there was any way they could help me and of course I got the same run around like the other 1 star review.... stay away from this place.

This dealership misrepresents itself on the web. Do not even waste your time checking it out. The salesmen are extremely rude and the business is actually run from inside a house on a dirt lot. The house is filthy with cock roaches running around all over. I asked to go to the restroom and was shown to the owners personal restroom. His dirty clothes were all over the floor and toiletries by the sink. They even had the audacity to try to sell us a car that another person was inside trying to purchase; and at the same time refused to let us see the car we were interested in. This place is CRIMINAL! You would have better service trying to buy a car at a chop shop.

Not only did they get me into the vehicle I wanted, they also helped me set up payments that was in my price range and worked around my credit.
