Hes an upstanding, straightforward and honest guy and Im writing this sincerely.Hes the only one who did not attempt to mislead us today and if you must go to this dealership then I would only deal with him.He felt open, honest, and maintained eye contact. He was knowledgeable about all the makes and models and it seemed very apparent he has our best interests in mind.He has a lot of leadership potential. I definitely see him as a manager one day or a respected professional in any field he moves on to.If I was in a corporate or managerial position I would be careful in making sure I retain Andrew in one form or another. Hes not your dime a dozen employee. Make sure you treat him right.

This Nissan location is by far the fastest in terms of vehicle services. I was attended by Genesis, even without an appointment she took care of me, made me feel appreciated and set everything up in a matter of minutes. Had the car back in 2 hours, even though it was a super busy day. Ive waited almost 3 hours for a simple oil change at the Downtown location.

We waited at the service counter for 15 minutes before either of the two clerks even greeted us. When one of them finally asked what we needed, we told her we were there to pick up a car that had been serviced the day before. She said she needed to finish checking in another customer’s vehicle and then she’d be right with us. Another 15 minutes went by and a new customer walked around the line and right up to the clerk we were waiting for and she began to answer his inquiries. Finally the other clerk finished with his customer and asked how he could help us. Again we explained that we were there to pick up a car that had been serviced the prior day. He told us we needed to go inside the adjacent building to pay the cashier and the car would be brought to us. There were clearly computer and credit card terminals right there at the service desk but it took half an hour before we were even told we needed to go somewhere else. Another ten minutes inside at the cashier’s desk. Then we sat for another 20 minutes in the waiting room. At that point, I stood up to ask the cashier about the delay. The cashier was gone and there was a sign saying the cashier’s desk was closed. Through the adjacent window I could see that our car was just outside, though no one had ever come to find us in the waiting area. We walked outside to the car to find that it was locked. So, back to the service desk we went and there were no clerks there either. We waited another 5 minutes until one returned. He finally went into the back office and emerged with our keys. In all, picking up our Rogue after its first 10K service took well over an hour. We love our car but your customer service was terrible.

Honestly I like this Nissan due to it being near by where I live. I also like the people who work there very respectful and understanding. I feel like they need to be energized and more friendly to customers. The after care of my car they wash it good but they need to vacuum the whole car and not be afraid to move car seats and stuff

Not a great experience. The service, brakes/ rotors on rear was $700, I had the front ones done, because Glendale Nissan forgot to, cost $450 at an independent shop. The ABS censor for the rear brakes, $145 part, I was charged $1000 to install. When there was an added charge on my bill, the cashier told me I had to pay it as I had signed off on the work. The saving grace for my experience was the service manager, Victor, who took the item off the bill and saved me $300. Would not recommend taking a vehicle to this dealership.

Not only did they take 2x as long as the anticipated my recall would take, but they gave me an inspection result they quoted at $1200. Naturally, I got a second and third opinion at different mechanics who both quoted less than HALF of what nissan wanted to charge meDISGUSTING!!I will NEVER give this place my business. It’s places like this that feed the stereotype that mechanics are gouging you for services that you don’t need for outrageous prices. Do NOT support this dealership if you like being charged FAIR prices.

Service person was correct & knew what to do & what to commit.Numerous telephone callers HAD NO CLUE . They repeatedly called stating wrong things, pushing wrong things, assumed wrong information!There was supposed to be some VIP lounge to meet some people with lease & some vague offers...there was NOTHING OF THE SORT. My Leaf is not ON LEASE, telling them this fact did not change their preposterous plans.

Well lets see, as far as a vehicle point inspection I dont really know what to say. I purchased a 2019 Pro 4x in April of 2021. And now we are in September and Ive personally put 3,700 miles on it. The truck came with just under 39,000. Issues so far, had to have a complete rear end rebuild and now about 3 weeks ago my motor blew up. So from April-Sept Ive barely drive my truck and its been nothing but a nightmare. Also dont pay the 400 dollars CPO fee thats a scam I learned from Nissan North America, its a scam.

I was afraid of a huge invoice and a lot of “needs” for the car, but very pleased when they called me sooner than expected and didn’t have to pay NOTHING over the inspection charge. Their service includes Uber to and from your place.

I was not happy when I initially went to the dealership because I felt very disappointed and mislead by advertising. The next day and each day following for about 3 days, I kept getting messages from different associates. But George made me an offer I couldnt refuse. Im still not happy with the monthly payment but they did honor their advertisement. We drove away with a 2018 Nissan Sentra with 25,000 miles.

Some of the sale rep. are nice, but not all. I do not recommend to take your car from this Nissan dealer. I just did once, and I am so regret of my decision.The Nissan always has a malfunction on its cars, Always. (I just got a new Rouge from this Glendale Nissan, and and its screen totally does not work, also messed up with my phone road map as well) then this store can not offer you any rental car in the same day if you need to fix your car, even though if its in your contract since they only have 8 cars available for all the customers. Then you have to wait even up to a week.

Brought my Nissan here when the trunk wouldn’t open and Oscar helped me out right away. Great service and he keeps you updated all day. Ask for him!

6 hours to help a friend get a car that was prenegoitiated. Still had to correct the finance guy. Car was supposedly washed twice and still extremely dirty. When mentioning it, it would take yet another 45 minutes to wash it. Friend got it home and had some surprising trash in the tire well. Check your purchase closely in all nooks and crannies as this find could have resulted in home being in a lot of trouble. Probably because he bought a used car. This would not have happened when I sold cars.

Dropped my truck off here for a recall and some other service. Service manager never called me to tell me what the problems were and ask if I wanted to fix them. Called twice at end of day, finally get through right before close. They have to order parts, quote me a price. Leave truck for two more days, don’t get a call. Finally get through again after being on hold for 20 minutes. Told it’ll be another day. Go to pick it up next day, get charged near double what was told over the phone. Overall this is probably one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with.

Went on a Saturday with my fiance to buy a car, been searching all day at different car dealerships. Ended at Glendale Nissan, to look for a Nissan Rouge, which we did purchase, 2020 Nissan Rouge in black.Instantly, my thought process was, I am serious about buying a car, so if I dont get the service or the dealership does not meet my expecations, I AM OUTDANNY greeted us instantly, & met that criteria. Called the dealer ship to inquire about a vehicle I was looking to purchase, they did not have it in stock so I was looking elsewhere, later on that night I recieved a call from employee Viken, who told me he had found the vehicle I was looking for and could have it there within the hour. I ended up getting an oil change and filter change along with a tire rotation and a break fluid flush for $330. That seems a bit expensive for me but it is a dealership. What creep me out was that the dealership called my sister-in-law to remind me that I had an appointment. I never gave them my sister-in-law‘s number. I found that completely strange. I made the appointment online so when my sister-in-law got a phone call I thought I had been hacked. I told the people at the dealership when I got there but they didn’t give me a reasonable explanation as to why this happened.

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday with Joel and Mickey. I am looking for a new car and need to find a low to mid priced SUV that comfortably fits someone who is taller- and wider- than average. I kind of expected to be disappointed but they have a car that I really love- the Rogue. The salesman- a very impressive young man named Joel- was unflappable. I tried to ask him a question about the car he could not answer- but that was impossible. Not only did he have all my answers he also went on to detail the safety features on the car- something I had failed to mention but that are VERY important. I went in and went over the finances with Mickey and although I didnt buy a car from them yet Nissan went from not even a contender to the Top of my list. And if I do end up getting a Nissan it will surely be from Joel and Mickey.

Moe and Ray are the most professional and courteous salesmen that I have ever encountered. The quick overhaul saved me so much money; for an already unbelievable deal I got on the vehicle. I felt guilty asking for the warranty which was included. I have never been so happy buying a car. I had purchased several vehicles in the past, but Glendale Nissan so far has been the best experience I came across when buying a new car. Ignacio Estrada was my salesman, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle that I purchased. I wasn’t sure exactly the color I wanted, I told Ignacio that I always buy gray cars, so he picked out a gray 2021 Rogue for me, which made my choosing a vehicle that much easier. I didn’t feel rushed by Ignacio, he was extremely patient with me, and he told me that I can call him any time if I have any questions/concerns. The financial department was also really good with not having me wait a long time to get the paperwork squared away. I can’t believe how smoothly it went for me, and I saw other customers purchasing cars at Glendale Nissan. After I rang the bell other people rang the bell and I can see how happy everyone was by the service that was provided by the staff at Glendale Nissan!!!

We were greeted right away when arriving and asked what we were looking for. They were curious and immediately accommodated our needs. The test drive was fast and easy and the numbers were fast and easy as well! But in the end right when we got the keys and got in the car, we noticed it wasnt the car we test drove. We test drove the 2021 Nissan kicks SV, and they gave us the 2021 Nissan Kicks, they dont look different form the outside but the interior is and we were disappointed because it wasnt what we had agreed on or wanted. Long story short, Nissan decided to honor our contract with the 2021 Nissan Kicks SV and in the end we got the car we wanted. I appreciate the head manager for taking responsibility for his employees and for fixing the problem in a smooth timely manner. That incident was the only reason Im giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Yelp seems to have more realistic reviews. There are SO many places in this area to buy a car. The options are literally endless!! And that goes for all around LA - all you have to do is turn your head! Do not EVER come here and reward an establishment like this with your hard-earned money. I bought a car at Glendale Nissan about two weeks ago and it was hands-down one of the worst experiences of my entire life. The staff here showed their appreciation by, in my opinion, taking FULL advantage of a young, single woman buying a car. Floor Manager Rene called me sweetheart. Finance Manager Frank highlighted and told me to sign everywhere. I was kept in the dark, deceived, and lied to. Should’ve left when Rene with the tacky gold jewelry said he would take off $500 and I caught him only removing $400 and playing dumb. Well, they ended up ADDING $990 to the base price of the car, I would realize later, a far cry from the sticker price advertised outside. I will never come here again and unless we can make things right, I will not keep quiet about my unfortunate experience doing business with this place. Enter at your own risk.Update: First phone call, Maricela the Loyalty Owner said she empathized with my story, she said she knew they were wrong and wanted to make it right and remove the payment packing (that they did without even giving me what I need FOR the add ons!). Spoke to Vince, Sales Manager, who relished my frustration and laughed in my face, after she completely went back on everything she said and claimed they couldnt help me because it wouldnt be fair to the other customers - what a complete joke.

Great service my dad bought a car hear about 5 months back and had a great experience so I decided to choose Glendale Nissan for my first car purchase. Brandon and Renee were very patient and helpful in reaching a deal that worked for me. I would recommend Glendale nissan for anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

They are incredible and delivered such performance that just made my bad experience into a great one. I left feeling lied to, belittled, and embarrassed. I went in because I thought I had found a great deal online. Which was never mentioned until I had to mention it. I gentleman raised his voice drawing attention to us as we left in the lobby, and other employees gave cold stares as we left the dealership. I immediately came home to look at numbers and they did not match all around. Spoke with my sisters husband with friends in the business and he too said we were conned. Went in expecting more.

The deal ship lists inaccurate prices online to get you in the door. Vehicle was posted for $13500 but wanted $21000 when I showed up. They have $5000 dollars in dealership fees on used vehicles even changing extra for things that are options installed on the car like GPS tracking. Wanted $1200 for some kind of clear coat treatment they couldn’t explain to me. Tried to sell me a plug in hybrid without the cable. Ended up stealing it from a random other car... guessing that’s where the original one went. Didn’t disclose there was only one key and no floor mats until after a sale. My fault for not asking. Only key ended up being child locked requiring a dealership to unlock it at my cost. Overall pushy dealership blaming customer for not having “wiggle room” in my price even though they weren’t offering prices as listed. Highly do not recommend even if it’s listed as a good deal because that’s not what they will have it for.

Like many of the other reviewers on here, I came in to look at a vehicle because of the advertised price. After a test drive, I was satisfied and ready to buy the vehicle.When the sales rep and I sat down to confirm the final details, I noticed that they had added $3,480 in “Aftermarket” fees, which of course weren’t advertised. The fees covered a few vague add ons which the sales rep didn’t have a clear explanation for. These hidden fees, plus taxes and licensing amounted to a total of over $7,000 above the advertised price.I came in excited and ready to buy a new truck, but unfortunately I was turned away because the dealership was unwilling to sell me the vehicle at the advertised price.

Went here after having a horrible experience at Universal city Nissan. Saw the vehicle I wanted and got to hashing out a price. Online price was $26K, but our sales person refused to show on the receipt that we were purchasing for that amount, instead putting $27K with a $1000 rebate. Eventually convinced them to drop that to $26K. Then, they insisted that the supposed “pre installed features” such as GPS, additional paint protection, & anti theft tires cost an additional $3,000. They claimed that these were already installed and couldn’t be removed from the truck and therefore couldn’t be discounted from the sale. After an hour of going back and forth, they begrudgingly removed the GPS from the sale, giving us a decent discount. I understand that a living is to be made, but I shouldn’t have to pay for features that I don’t want. A deal was struck and we were able to purchase the truck. Shoutout to Logan & Renee for helping us every step of the way & accommodating our needs.
