Do not go here. I’ve been collecting Funko Pops for a while and have pretty good idea of the value of most pops. I spent some time browsing around this store and asked the price of about 10 pops all of which were priced at at least triple what their value is. For example they were selling a pop that I had just purchased the day before at a different pop shop for $30, they were selling it for $100. Some of the prices were so extreme that I had to refrain from laughing. Pops that are worth $25 were priced at $75. Pops that are worth $100 were priced at $300. As if this wasn’t enough, the store associates literally tried to tell me how good of a deal and how rare the pops were that I was asking about. If this store stays in business I’ll be shocked.

Terrible store, they price products around 3 times higher than anyone. This place needs to be shut down. The staff is very rude. They need to be cussed out for how they treat people.

Im not one to go out of my way to review businesses, but this place is so awful that I dont feel bad in saying they need to get shut down.⪧ Almost everything is WAY overpriced, with some items doubled or tripled over their market prices.The figurine I got strong-armed into buying was originally $77 and regularly resells around $90; they had it priced at $150.⪧ The staff is so relentless in hounding you to buy from them that its impossible to even just window shop. Theyre obviously not into what theyre selling, and its so awkward watching them try to hype up merchandise they arent familiar with (imagine asking about a Star Wars figurine and they say something like Dang, is this the one with the lightsaber?). They also try to get over-familiar (complimenting you and offering fake discounts like youre special) so you feel bad about arguing with them.Shoutout to the one who started to to haggle me, talked over me as I kept trying to excuse myself, waited by the exit and stopped me when I tried to sneak out using a blind spot in the store, then asked why I didnt want to buy from the store anymore before starting to haggle me again until I caved.⪧ They dont accept returns. Condolences to those who got ripped off.I almost gave two stars because the store at least looks competent from a safe distance, and their collection is admittedly impressive.But none of that matters because you cant even show so much as a passing interest in something without the staff passive-aggressively pressuring you to buy something.Just horrible. If anyone reads the negative reviews and consciously decides to shop there, just know Im disappointed in you by association.

Would give them a no star review if I could. They are super pushy and expect everyone who comes in to be stupid and have no knowledge about items and pricing. They are selling things for like 4times the original pricing. The item they tried to sell me was a set of 3 and they only had 2, yet he still offered me them for $64.99 each when retail price is 12.99 each. I looked on mercari and I could get all 3 for less the 1 of them. I turned around and told him I just got here and wanted to look around, grabbed my sister and brother and had to sneak out of the store for them to stop harassing me and my siblings.

The employees and customer service are unethical; unfortunately its not about the customer experience but more about stalking and hounding the customer to get a sale. Pricing is not competitive and over market value on many items so do your research first IF you venture into this store. Staff has no problem with taking advantage of customers who may be new to collectable figurines.

Plenty of nerdy merchandise. A ton of pop figures. The place looked fun to go inside.My boyfriend, his younger brother, and I came over to get some sleeves simple as is but this retail guy we had was being very pushy with wanting us to purchase cards even though my boyfriend declined several times so much that we eventually got annoyed and decided to purchase cards from another card shop.

I have purchase a Funko pop on their online store, 1 day after I purchased the pop they said “sorry someone has already bought the funky pop you ordered” I just stood there in disappointment and anger. Why would they sell the Funko pop I ordered to someone in store a day later. I got it first!!??? They said sorry and offered another one for 15 DOLLERS MORE! The pop I ordered was an exclusive. They then offered me a target exclusive for more money. If you go online and price check it, both exclusives are the same value. They just tried to get more money off of me. I tried contacting them for a refund but didn’t get back to me a full day later. BAD SERVICE!!!!! This place is just a SCAM and CASHGRAB. DO NOT COME HERE OR SHOP HERE!!!!

This place was absolutely horrible. I wanted three pops and found out at the register they were way over retail price. I declined and the guy said its my fault for not checking the prices. Not to mention the fact that hes rude and toxic to the other employees. He literally was so mean to another employee right in front of me. Really shady place, I dont recommend it at all.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I drove an hour for him to tell me the price of the funko pop I wanted because he couldn’t discuss the price on the phone. In the store he told me it was $64 and when I was paying he charged me $71 before tax. I googled the product and it’s only $30 online. I am utter disbelief and shock. Please don’t shop here.

Ive been searching for pops in different stores, and I finally found this place and has just about everything. Ive walked in and walked out with something in my hand. The customer service is great, Elias helped me out today and had knowledge about the products and what I was looking for. There is something new everyday so its worth the trip

Came here as a first time to check out some funko pops, found 2 pops that I was interested in finding out they were way over market pricing. He pushed the more expensive one also. After looking up the PPG pricing was offered 5$ off still about 70$ over market price. I declined kindly and as I was leaving he said goodluck finding one at this price and that they are super rare shortly after got the same pop at another store down the street for $20. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! WAY OVERPRICED ITEMS

I placed an order on 5/29/21 and it is now 6/18/21 and I still have not gotten a shipping confirmation or my item purchased.I am VERY UPSET. I have called them twice, was given a phone number to call by them saying it was their fulfillment department, yet it was a vape lounge when I called the number!I’ve emailed them several times, no response.I’ve even messaged them on Instagram FIVE TIMES.No response. No answer to where my order is.MY ORDER THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!!This is seriously ridiculous. I only bought my funko pop from this website because it was a few bucks cheaper than Amazon.I should’ve stuck with buying it on Amazon and paying more knowing I would’ve gotten my order already no problem!Super scam land is what this store should be called.They have ZERO customer service skills and no easy access to customer service.I will never ever ever ever order online from this scam website again.Who knows if I’ll ever get my item I already paid for and ordered. ⚠️ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME⚠️This is honestly the worst store Ive walked into. Period. I had been warned by several people before going and I still chose to check it out and I WISH I hadnt. Prices are outrageous, employees arguing with other customers right at the checkstand. Honestly, the only reason to be that defensive is if you know youre scamming people. It looks like a very inviting store and there are tons of pops, but youre overwhelmed by the bad service and terrible prices moments later. If you choose to go in and youre smart come with the funko app in hand so you can compare ppgs or even check Amazon. If youre even smarter dont come at all.

The Place is Truly Amazing. Probably the best Funko and Collectible store I have ever been. The Store selection is out of this world. The Staff is super friendly. The prices were great. I got 3 Funko Pops for $25. The pops i was looking for i hadnt seen anywhere else. They also have a great section of figures, sports cards, Pokemon and lots of other collectible items. This is definelty a must stop visit.

I ordered a Funko Pop online for my sons birthday on April 7th and my credit card was immediately charged. Six days later (13th) when the item still hadnt shipped I called the store to check on its status - was given a second number to call, and that person said they would check and get back to me. When they called back they said that item was not in stock and asked if I wanted a refund. If I had not called, who knows how long it would have just sat in a processing status while they had my money? When asked why I hadnt been informed, the employee told me they were the only one handling online orders and were months behind. If a business cannot handle and properly staff online ordering, they shouldnt be doing it.

Comic and Manga characters shop, high quality stuff, loved the Batman stereo photo... Its small shop, needs more space. Employees need to be patient with customers.

This place is exactly what I imagined it to be. Well worth the 2+ hour drive just for the experience if you enjoying POPS! Marvin and the manager were super nice and were very understanding about all our questions! They knew where all their POPS were located in the store. If you are looking for exclusive POPS this hands down the place to go!

Avoid this place. I got a It’s me Super Mario, and they charged me $99 for it. The item costs only $34.49 at Target. I am surprised they can get away doing business in this manner. The staff pretends to be very nice and friendly, but their only goal is to extort money from customers

Walking in, worker greeted us and told us if we had an questions to ask. We than proceeded to grab the items of our choice while the worker mentioned they were all available prior too coming in a phone call. When asking for prices, the worker didn’t know what prices each Funko had and was just throwing numbers out. When asked about a pop, he mentioned that I would have to pay 5$ extra than the price tags, with a weird explanation. There prices are not firm and they’re always changing. As we got our pops and headed to check out, the worker gave an attitude when mentioning to March online prices. Than the owner rudely intervened in the check out process and took away one of our pops and said we can’t have it cuz it’s sold, than why have it on the shelve make me happy too complete my collection just too take away and rudely explain that it was sold. It doesn’t make sense. The owner stated “you have too understand, you would be upset too, if I would sell a pop that you already bought online”. But if something in sold, why still have it on display and the worker mentioned we were able too buy it.I got upset and frustrated and walked out and stated I wasn’t buying anything. My boyfriend walked out as well. While walking out they yelled to come back and they would take care of us, but couldn’t take care of us while we were checking out.do not come here unless you wanna get ripped off and treated rudely. It’s a scam.

Came here for an Aggretsuko pop (10”) and asked for its price. They told me it was $74.99, then told me it was $69.99 just for me. I turned it down then he told me that just for that day, just for me, the price would be $64.99. I then said nah I’m good and he constantly bugged over another price and then said “I could get through a potential phone call for $59.99” :o and I said no. Tried buying something anyway and was ignored while he tried getting me the price for the pop I said no to. Left the one item I didn’t even really want and left. The pop was $30 at Target and not rare. Staff is very rude and never acknowledges you and the prices are all scams. Look up prices online before buying anything. Fun experience

They sell bootleg figurines, I purchased a Ken Kaneki figure for $80 and I later find out it was a bootleg. It is also my fault for believing them, normally I do research before purchasing but it was a gift from someone so obviously I agreed to get it but I wouldve never gotten it if I knew it was bootleg. They are also very rude, I asked them if I could see a figurine and they took it out the box which I never told them too and they started acting very rude after I said that I didnt want it because the price was way too high. Do not buy from here, buy from authentic sellers like Crunchyroll or AmiAmi. Youre also better off shopping at Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle.

If i could give half a star I would. That’s how bad I thought this store was. Seriously over priced merch and to be honest they just take advantage of you. Regular pops that cost $10 are priced $20 or $25. I get it you have to make profit but this is double the price. I’m not going to lie.. they had some pops that are hard to find but they’re way WAY over priced. A pop from my hero academia (Iida Tenya full hero costume ) was priced at $100 and their reason is because its vaulted. Well sorry to break it to you but that isn’t the one that is vaulted.. Iida showing his face is the one that is vaulted. To top it off other pops that you can find online that are $60 or $70 are priced $200 in this store. Talk about robbing your customers. Workers were alright. Constantly asking if we were ok and had questions but at the same time pressuring us to buy their $100-$200 pops. That we wouldn’t find anywhere else. Well we did so bye.. top it off theres this rude dude. Highlights on his hair and acts like the manager.. kept getting into the conversation and making fun of characters and just being obnoxious. Just rude in general and didn’t even want to bargain for a damaged piece. ($5 less) but other than that. Pop collectors or anyone.. don’t come here. If you do at least have the funko pop app and scan the pops. They should tell you how much their normally going. This place is no good. They will be out of business soon.

Super Scam Land is what they should be named. They charge not twice but THRICE the price. Do not, I repeat do not go to this place if you plan on buying commons or grails. They will overcharge you because one of the pops that they were selling was a Manny Pacquiao pop which was supposed to be at $150. Do you know what they charged? Five. Hundred. Dollars. This place is a crime. But it looks like to me business is not going well unfortunately. Aw. Hopefully this business will shut down in the future as it looks like it is on its last legs. Also, all the employees and the owner there included were loud, rude & obnoxious. But they will be quiet now once this place is gone. :)

I walk in looking to buy one Pop and every worker approached me in a very nice manner and provided me with lots of knowledge and even showed me awesome limited ones. Customer service is a big deal to me and these guys absolutely killed it!!!! 1000/10 I highly recommend!!!

So at first I heard a naruto episode playing and my aunt and I walk to in to the SUPER SCAM STORE. First we see a glass display with funko pops, very nice ones, like Mikasa and Bill cipher limited edition. I make self note to remember them for later. We walk around and see some normal funko that cost a little bit higher than normal funko so I picked a few, the nice guy behind the counter tells me to place them on the counter and keep looking. A little bit after we come back to the counter and ask about the Mikasa and Bill cipher funko. He tells us those are special and are $300 for Mikasa & $500 for Bill Cipher. Amazon has Mikasa for 30-50 dollar and the Bill Cipher at target online for 10 dollars but we did not know that at the time. We were ok, too high fir us, not now. We go to the check out and I ask about the avatar funko and he say $60 for the Aang with momo and the Toph funko was 49.00. He tells me thats its super rare and that you cant find it anywhere else. Im starting to collect very rare funko so were ok, well take it. Had to put back other funkos to take Toph and the demagorgan. We see the very same ones else were later that day. If we can find that mikasa somewhere less pricey. I dont recommend this store at all I recommend going to the Japanese store two to three stores down its very very good and they had action figures and funko from Japan and candy, chips, pens and other stuff .

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by everyonr and they are very friendly & kind and helped me with sll of my collectible needs. They made my shopping experience very easy and it was the best experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt go to any other funko shop in the future. This is my go to funko shop

The employees were beyond rude to me and my family I will never walk into that store again. Everything there is 2x the original price. One of the employees gave constant attitude when my brother asked a question and laughed at my brother when he he asked if they would buy a pop he brought. Would never recommend coming here rude employees and overpriced items.

I wish I had a better experience at this store. If it wasnt for an employee named Xavi (pronounced Havi) I would have just walked right back out. I never got his name but theres an employee that is a super skinny fellow with quite the beard and wore glasses who just didnt know when to shut his mouth. He was trying to push $100 Kobe funko pops on my husband saying he wouldnt get it cheaper anywhere else, he was telling me that the Ariel/Prince Eric Duo set was $99 and that Chalice Collectibles who sells it for $40 didnt even compare to Super Fantasy Land and what they had on their shelves. He was trying to push a $300 box of baseball cards on my husband saying you arent going to find it cheaper anywhere else and acted more like a car salesman than a retail employee that sells Funkos. He wouldnt even listen to another customer who found the same product for less on Ebay that he wanted to buy and told him repeatedly and rudely he doesnt match Ebay. Super Fantasy Land is OVER PRICED. $10 pops go for $20, $35 pops for $50, $40 pop sets go for $100. I was so irritated that I just wanted to leave as soon as I got there. We bought our son Professor Poopy Pants and left without buying anything more. Was severely disappointed but thankful at the very least they have Havi to makeup for the annoying bearded kid with the mouth. Will not ever go back to this store.

This was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised with the huge variety and selection!!! I’m definitely one whom collects a lot of pops and was overwhelmed with the organization of the store ! What topped it off was the wonderful customer service, a gentleman named Marvin helped me find the specific ones I was looking for along with any specific anime figures. Over all, I really loved this store and I have been to many funko pop stores.

Worse experience they sell items and What they are Trade value,, but the ones that are like 10 dollars in value they sell for 14.99,,, this place is ridiculous, for what they do .

At first, we were spectacle about the place with the reviews I called and assured my items were in stock and pricing is matched online. When entering the store we got what we desired and the worker confirmed to us that everything was available, while shopping the worker didn’t know the prices and he was changing prices of every Funko we asked for(HIGHER). When checking out my girl was ecstatic of completing her collection when the owner decided to intervene checkout and claims we can’t get a pop because it was “sold” but it was in the shelf and confirmed prior by the worker that we can buy it. This place is a joke. Don’t come here. You’ll get ripped off. They called my cellphone and were screaming too come back because we didn’t buy anything.

Me and my lil bro went to this place thinking we were in funko pop heaven until the manager(and he was the only one there no other employees in sight) told us about some bull$h!t deal they had which was buy three that equaled 25$ and get 5$ off BUT he said only ones that didnt have a price tag on the bottom of the box, he legit just wanted us to spend more money and I just wanted one, and when I payed for that ONE he had the nerve to keep telling me about his precious deal he had but I didnt care, dont fall for that deal its a total scam, the store and items are good but I would prefer any other employee besides that guy

If I could give this place zero stars I would.I will never come back here again worst experience at a Funko pop store.My sister comes into this store often so when she told me to come with her I agreed thinking this was a reliable place.I was happy to see a sign that said 3 funko pops for 25.99 I was originally going to get 4 so I asked the man who later claimed he was the manager if they were really for 25.99 and he confirmed that they were but that the 4th funko pop that I was going to get was not going to be part of the three because it had a special sticker on it so I decided not to get it because it was way over priced as well.It was later when I had checked out that they charged me a extra $5 each pop because of a special sticker.I tried telling them that I didnt understand how they charged me an extra $5 per pop and explaining that I thought it was only for the 4th pop that I didnt get because of its price and had I known they were going to charge me for more then I wouldnt have bought them.The man then started to be really aggressive towards me and my sister and he told us he was not going to give us a refund on them.He told us he could call the owner to see what he can do but then gave the poor story that the owner doesnt answer and that he would be at the store at 8:00-8:30.I decided to call first and found out that he lied to us about the owner coming there, said the owner never goes there and still refused to give us the refund.I later found out that night that they charged me two separate times and had to deal with them again, first saying that they did charge me twice and then saying that they didnt charge me twice.Then the same man said he wasnt the manager and then he said he was the manager.He just kept lying to us about everything and I will never go here again. Their pops are over priced they act like everything in their store is rare, when its not. Dont come here unless you want to be scammed.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST! The store set up was nice so 1 star for that but I didnt appreciate the sales associate who kept coming up to us every couple mins because it made me feel pressured to buy something. Im sure others will consider this great service but having someone come up every 2-3 minutes was a bit bothersome because I couldnt browse comfortably. When I chose one Funko pop and my husband was holding it, the associate immediately popped up and asked if we wanted him to hold it at the front and we were caught off guard and said yes and continued to browse around. The associate came around again in less than 2 mins standing behind us and another associate walked up to him and ask him made any sale yet? and the associate replied no and told him we were looking at the funkos and had 1 at the counter. I chose my 3 funkos, paid, and left. The vibes were off and when we left I told one of the associates staring us down thank you and he stared at us like if we didnt purchase anything. Vibes are off and definitely wont shop here again.

I’ve never written a review anywhere and I felt compelled to write one about this place.My girlfriend and I were curious about the pops in this store so we walked in and were promptly greeted. The place was pretty organized and had plenty of merch but completely empty (now I know why).We chose 3 pops and were told they were part of a B2G1 deal, which we were happy to know about. We went to the Pokémon cards section and that’s where the horrible experience started. While we were browsing an associate came to check on us and kept asking if we wanted a certain set, which we would keep saying no to. At first it was fine, I get they were trying to make a sale. Then it got obnoxious, after a few minutes of being shown different sets, which we never asked for, we were told that we were going to miss out because they’re “really rare and hard to get” (which they aren’t) and we were given prices that were above resell value. We got tired of not just being able to browse so we decided to pay for the pops we had already chosen.Once we got to the register the owner/manager had his employee show us 2 pops that were part of the collection. When I asked for the prices, I noticed that they were also 2-3x above resell value and rejected the offer.When it came time to pay the total came out to more than $10 over what we were originally told and when asked about this the owner/manager told us that his associate made a mistake and the pops we wanted WERENT part of the deal, even though there were signs on the same wall that the pops were on. My girlfriend wanted to get out of there so just paid for them. I asked for a refund and was told that we could not return them but we could exchange them for one of the pops he had his employee show us since “it’s harder to get,” which it isn’t and can find for a third of the price. We promptly left and are never going back.No wonder this place is empty and void of any customers. I suggest what I usually do and should have done again, go to Chalice Collectibles in the same mall or Legacy Comics and Cards down the street.
