Very unprofessional! No care for you, your situation, or your particular prescription, nothing! I called 11 days after my exam and they were annoyed that I called! Excuse me, the prescription was filled 11 days ago! Im wrong for asking? Wow, customer service is by demand? Well $800 for 2 pair of glasses is pretty HIGH END as far as Im concerned! Come on people!
Good office, but just need to not be upset and change their tone over the phone.
I get my sons glasses from here after getting their prescription at their pediatric optometrist office, they are always professional and kind! I would recommend!
I had a appt two weeks ago. Just for contacts. They did not have my lenses in stock. I am hoping they come in soon. Customer service no complaints. They had a deal get frames for 59.00 but I still need the correct lenses for the glasses. I spent enough for my contacts .
I agree with some reviews about someone being unprofessional, based off a phone call. Luckily on my second visit at this location Missty was working again. She’s really nice, makes everything go as easy as it should be. Sadly I normally feel stressed going to my eye exams because workers normally go back and forth with information or seem unsure . She checks thoroughly with everything and doesn’t leave anything unanswered. I appreciate her being there.
I had a good experience here. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The office was spacious and clean, and I didnt have to wait long to be seen for my appointment. They have a huge selection of frames even at lower prices. My order arrived very quickly, days earlier than expected. Picking them up was quick and easy.
I have been taking my 8 year old son here for the past 4 years to be fitted for glasses. He has severe myopia and requires a strong RX. This location has been so kind and willing to accommodate him every time we come in. We never have an issue with the RX in the lenses. This year we have had some issues with him breaking or losing his glasses. We did purchase the insurance and they have replaced them every time without question. I appreciate them. They are so easy to work with. Thank you!
Complete ripoff. They overcharged my wife and Im active duty military and they said they take my insurance and I end up getting hit with it only covers with the special. Ended up paying $240 for a pair of their cheapest glasses and the exam. A complete robbery.
My 5 year old son is having a vision problems. Called and made him an appointment. I told them that he was 5 years old, And asked that was going to be a problem. They told me that it wouldnt be a problem. In doctor optometrist is trained for dealing with children. Also stated on the website. So we came in for our appointment. And we were only there for less than 2 minutes, The for the assistant left the Room and came back and handed as a business card for a different place. In said that they wouldnt be able to help my son there. Because my son does not know his alphabet. Which is absolutely not true. I was shocked at the level of impatience, The assistant had. Would definitely not recommend this nationwide vision on 67th Avenue.
Just called and tried to make a appointment for my 6 year old and the secretary told me that she needed a specialist because I wasnt sure if my daughter could communicate with the physician well.
Everytime I come, it takes forever. Tamara is not professional and doesnt seem to know what shes doing. I sat in the waiting area watching EVERY customer unsatisfied. From employees providing false information, to taking so long that the customers had to leave. I do not recommend this place!! Walmart is supberb compared to this place.
Honestly I like this location but many things should be fixed. The customer service could be a lot better. Like when you walk in and no one is in there but the two females at the desk, A Welcome, Hello Welcome, How can we help you would be a great way to greet someone. I had to greet them when I walked in, odd feeling when you walk in somewhere and no one says anything. Doctor was good. A lot of employee complaining about hours and poor pay. I’m thinking they might only get paid whatever the min wage is now and that could be a reason for the miserable acting employees. But overall I like it.
Overall it was a simple process to get my contacts. The staff was helpful and friendly. My left trail contact broke and they replaced it. Nothing that stands out about nation wide nor is it the worse place to go and get your eyes checked out. They take most insurance what from I gathered.
Ive always had Mediocre care, I mean its Nationwide so kinda expected. They recently hired Howard Rosner and I was beyond happy how he treated my doctor terrified daughter. Hes not cold, by the book, and didnt rush the appointment which is what you normally get from optometrists who forget that children are not as simple to usher in and out like adults.
Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this store. I walked in for the first time and saw 3 employees sitting at the front desk. None of them acknowledged me, said hi or offered to assist me in any way the entire time I was there. I was the only person in the store. I glanced at the employees several times hoping someone would get out of their chair to help me but they didnt move or say anything so I left.
When my glasses finally came in, the prescription was completely wrong. I put them on and couldnt read anything. It turned out that they had keyed in the wrong prescription, so they did give me a small refund, for which I was grateful. However, when they came in the second time, the PD was wrong (sort of complicated, but it basically means my center of vision was completely off, which gave me horrible migraines for the two days I tried wearing them). Finally, when I took them back and said I wanted I refund, they didnt know how to work their card machine, so I had to leave and call them back after they read the instruction manual. In short, Im never going back to this establishment, and, if you want to save yourself a headache (literally and figuratively), you will go elsewhere too.
Same day appointment, price match on contact lenses w/rebate offer, friendly staff, and the eye MD was funny.
Dont pay in cash cuz if you change your mind and they need to refund your money it will take forever to get a refund and the employees at this store rather than looking into the matter just keep saying i told you it would take a long time 2wks was their time frame which has been exceeded and im told from corporate that 7 to 10 days at THE MOST is actual time frame. And I am still waiting for someone to locate my refund of $240. + now day 17 4pm so it wont be today!
They rushed through my eye exam. Once I finally got my new glasses it was as if I was looking through a fish bowl. It hurt my eyes so bad and made me nauseous. Never go there. What a waste of time and my money. Its about time they got shut down.
Just making an appointment here is a hassle. Called and made an appointment for 330, which works with my work schedule, then I get a call an hour later saying that time actually isnt available and the person who was helping me was being trained and didnt know. I decided to go elsewhere. So unprofessional.
Doctor Vu and staff are friendly and Sufficient....
Pretty great
