I bought some cream for my mom for Christmas and she really like it !I got a very good service in view of other reviews

I love this place!! My mom and I both shop here for our skincare products.My mom is over 60 years old and she looks amazing, the products they sell really do work.When you go there ask for Gio, he’s very helpful and not pushy at all.

Love the products, though the salesmen are quite rude and pushy. Last time I went in, they invaded my personal space multiple times and insulted my appearance to bully(?) me into buying their products. They made remarks like, Do you love yourself? I doubt it. BUT, if you buy (insert product here) I guarantee that you will love yourself! Youll finally be beautiful! (Yes, this has happened MULTIPLE times! I even complained to corporate, several times, though NOTHING has changed.) So now, instead of walking in to buy, I will buy from online JUST to avoid the salesmen.

I’ve was at store today and Joe gave me a facial with the Cleo mask. I am so pleased I purchased the mask, device for arms and creams. He has been so kind and helpful to explain how to properly use my purchases.

I wish I could give negative stars!!! This is a horrible, thieving store and company. I was trying to leave the mall with my young child and the salesman, Leo/Leonardo, basically forced me into the store. I made a purchase and was leaving. He dragged me back in, gave his pitch to sell more product. He told me he would refund the first purchase and only charge me for the second purchase. I agreed, he charged my card. He didnt refund the first charge so I said I wanted a refund on the second purchase, and guess what?! Even though they say no refunds, he gave me a refund! I finally was leacing the store, and driving home my arm, where he had put the products, welted up in hives. I washed and put a steroid cream on and they went down. I went back to the store two days later and asked to return the products as they harmed my skin. I was bombarded and tag teamed by Leo again and another salesman. I was told that they could not do a refund as they did not know where the product had been stored while in my possession (car, heat, etc.). I had it in my house (...like anyone would?). They said they could exchange it but not refund it. When I asked what the difference of it being stored anywhere had to do with anything if they would take it to give me more but not take it to give me my money back (all of their products have at least one unnatural ingredient so I cant use any of it), Leo said he didnt know. I told him it was highly unethical to sell such EXPENSIVE products without a guarantee, or refunds, but of course they dont care. After further research, I found gold is actually an irritant to skin and the ingredients in their products can seriously damage normal skin/body cell functions. I told him to keep his crappy products and have fun reselling them, as I hadnt even opened the boxes. I am out $140.00 and I hope they feel great about scamming a middle class mother of two small children. If you value your money, and most importantly your skin and health, DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS and stay FAR AWAY from this store!!! I wish I had known. Please, just go for a reputable company instead...

An offer of a free facial cost my wife $1800 by the time the scam artists let her leave with a bag of facial products. Two sales people teamed up on her and found a way to victimize her. I think she was too embarrassed to demand her money back after realizing how much they had charged her card. Arrowhead mall store in AZ has a convenient no returns policy. This was a cruel learning experience for sure.

They will sell their $120 cleanser for $50 and and youll get a free moisturizer if you say NO enough. Apparently there is some Saturday only special where you can get half off, sounds like a load of BS. Ill purposely never walk downstairs past this store again. Careful, theyll give you some sort of small sample, tell you they are going to get you something else, in my case it was some neck cream, but its only to pull you into the store to sell their over priced skin care. Some super duper pressured sales tactics go on here for sure. Im just bummed he wasted 20 minutes of my night...

I did like the products. But I agree with all the other comments in here. Staff is VERY pushy to the point that you will not make it out of there without buying the products. Then they try to make it seem like a great deal by giving you some free products for a period of time but that is not the case. Just do not even go in the store. I wish I would not of.

DO NOT GO THERE They are con artists and will confuse you with their song and dance. You leave with products that are not expensive but everyone pays very high different price. DO NOT HAVE THE FACIAL I booked one, the woman was late, did not have anything to cover my clothes with and slopped the products on my face all the while giving me another sales pitch. It was on my lips, eyes and I dont think anyone is a trained esthetician. I can give myself a facial and it will be relaxing. STAY AWAY!!! THEY ALSO HAVE A KIOSK IN MALLS SELLING OROGOLD AND THE ONE FOR YOUR NAILS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The product I ended up purchasing was really expensive! I would never have bought something this expensive, but I saw it work right in front of me. On me. I do have a problem that how often I would need to use it per the guy that sold it to me, and what the box says. His explanation sounded great, where you apply the lotion, you will get to only once per month. The instructions I read said to use daily and that is all.

I recently purchased the Termica Collection from this location and I absolutely LOVE the products! I really am seeing results and my face is feeling tight and refreshed . The sales people are so friendly and helpful and definitely know how to make me feel good!

I was bothered with creepy skin, smile wrinkles and all those things that those of us who are over 60 experience. I havent been using these creams and lotions for even a month, yet I see the creepy arms and underside of the forearms creepiness disappearing.The skin on my face is at least three shades whiter........removing age spots and rosacea, once so prevalent that make up did not conceal it.I would highly suggest these products to anyone wishing to remain youthful and beautiful.

I felt like I was not able to say no. I never in my life felt so much pressure and not able to get a word in. I was told I could use many credit cards to pay for it. 7,000. If I didn’t buy then I didn’t care about how I look if I didn’t buy. I felt so bad if I brought or if I didn’t finally after seeing there was no time for me to speak I was tired and wanted to go home . I felt like the only way to leave and still be nice was to buy it even tho I couldn’t afford it. I was told I was getting so much free but when I checked prices on net I paid full price for all of it . I didn’t get no great deal as I was told. Iam so upset with myself for not being strong enough as I always Do. But I had been feeling down about aging and needed a pick me up, they do help you with complements to make you feel better by telling you, you have great skin and are going to be beautiful, I was hoping since I did end up buying it but felt like I would be sick by t he price I paid so I just been holding on to hoping to see a difference in my skin but I don’t, was told it’s better than a facelift but it’s going on 3 months and fonts see any difference except when I put it on it feels good and makes skin soft but does not last. I am still hoping with more time it will work. I think I am stuck with it so all can do is hope, mean while it has me feeling really bad and stupid. Now it’s a year later and still no difference. Since then I bought another face light that she said be better for my skin well again no change. I know I was stupid again. But I am so deep into amount of money invested I want it to work. They don’t know what is good for your type of skin they are young and know nothing about skin only what they are taught to say they all say the same things to get you to buy . Like a robot. I really don’t know how they live with themselves. They all speak a different language to each other which I be always thought because they are saying stuff they don’t want you to know . They now work under Resveralife . Orogold has now shut down . There had been 2 shops in Arizona both are closed down now. There is another place called forever flawless they are the same thing also

I’m giving one star only because I did see a result, but the salesperson Bell was real pushy, I left spending almost 900.00 I went back an hour later to return and they didn’t want to the policy says five days unopened but the girl that was there tried to tell I could only return to Bell so I asked for the manager all the the time thr sales girl was texting Bell the manager was just standing there doing nothing I has to raise my voice real loud then here comes Bell from the back trying to get me to keep my items I had to scream at them to get my refund,, I would not recommend this product the salespeople are horrible and pushy, The store was in the Arrowhead mall in Phoenix Az. One more note Bell did give me a free facial of course that was to sell me even more product and by the time I got home all my wrinkles had come back . SCAM

Ok first of all its the most beautiful store in the mall ! I have been using their products for almost 3 years already and I love it ! I had a very hard time with my skin growing up I was always embarrassed of my face lots of acne and now I its like there was never anything there ! Smooth and clear I love it ! I truly recommend these products they really changed my life..The employees are so nice and also funny always smiling always helpful ! Go grab a sample !!!

DONT GO HERE ! My experince was at arrowhead mall with pedro. (If thats even his real name) I paid 59.99$ + tax was 65$. For the 24k deep peeling tube(When it was first like 178$)(plus free goodies of other junk) i was getting ready to leave & went down to “59.99” i after read reviews of other experiences & i do believe they made a good commision. The lowest i read this product was sold for was 30$. when (real cost is probably like 15$ to manufacture) Lol.

Super high pressure and very rude when I finally got a word in and stated that I did not want another product on my skin. The eye cream was making my eye feel almost paralized, but it did look less puffy, etc. She said, but it was normal. Most sales people would have tried to build a relationship with a customer who might come back or positively influence another customer about the product. Not ever going back.

Extreme pressure from the sales people, will not let you leave. Throws out compliments to try and make you buy. Overpriced junk, not worth its money. No refunds either. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS ALL A SCAM.

I went to this store orogold it was nice and charming sales person was kind funny friendly but he try to sale me face lotion thats what I want but the time I left store and I checked he sold me hand lotion which I didnt need to have and as first time be customer to this store I cant trust to shop anymore and I told my friend about it she told me that had same problem was using this lotion until she shop at this store and had problem at price and stopped shops from orogold, and hand lotion I got works same as any other lotion it was last less than half hour.

I am 99% sure that I saw one of the employees at this crapshoot mocking a handicapped man as he walked by. He was standing outside peddling this messy brand, as one annoyingly does, and started talking in a voice that made him sound as if he were mentally disabled, as a clearly mentally disabled man walked by. I get that the only requirement for this job is having the IQ of a donkey, but can you hire employees that at least have some class if youre going to try and sell to human beings? No ones ever in this place, so I look forward to seeing this place shut down and that cretin out of a job. :)
