I just had to write a review, my Friend and I went to get him a phone he had just gotten out of the hospital from a major head injury these 2 gentlemen Sam and Alex at the metro pcs on 59th Ave and Bethany Home went above and beyond to get him the best deal possible they were very courteous very friendly and professional they made sure he was taking care of had the information he needed and answered any and all questions we had. Rep went above and beyond to get my phone working

Weve been looking to change carriers and we did we went with metro cause they had better phones than the other companies we looked at weve had verizon for over 10 years and last year we switched for the first time to tmobile and now we needed to add few more lines and after a long research we decided on this company now I feel a little disappointed and even upset because they offered us a payment plan for all of the fees so it wouldnt be so much out of pocket at once but the girl that worked with us didnt say this smartpay plan was gonna charge us interest and now Im trying to make a few extra payments and the site wont let me it is set up to do one payment per month and now that I think about it I think I was overcharged I switched 2 lines and we brought our phones from t mobile then we switched one more line from boost and we got a iphone7 for 50 for the switch and we added a new line and got another iphone 7 with 100 off all 4 lines had the fees of connection and seem cards plus taxes amd first month of service plus the two iphones got insurance now that I think of everything I got charged and did not get a receipt explaining anything. I will be going back to this store and till the my 3 stars is my rating what should have been around 400 ended up being over 700 and with this plan is over 1000 ridiculous..Update:Long story short the person at the metro store didnt care to tell me all the details about the smart pay I now owe more than I wanted from $599 went up to 700 and the down she asked me for was for fees I called the smart pay and they said I had the option of cancelling my purchase by returning the devices but my down payment wasnt refundable. I could be a little happier but my reception is horrible I have the slowest internet I ever had cannot use it inside any sort of building or other peoples houses because everyones internet is stronger than metro amd when Im outside is always slow and taking forever.. no I dont recomend this company..

The manager tricked me and told me that the Moto phone that bought had NFC he said it was an app that I needed to download and it would allow NFC to work but he was wrong about that. Phones either come with NFC built in or not, an app cannot be downloaded for it to work. NFC = Near-field communication which is used to pay with your phone.
