Mina who is supposed to do her job, but instead she was just watching me backing my grocery without trying to even help a bit. Instead she was scanning and pushing my stuff. You guys should train your employees again I believe cause they do not know how to serve the customer. Even the head cashier was on her phone instead of helping. What a bad place. Super king is much better than this place.

I have to admit I always thought that Jons was just a bought out Vons but they replaced the V with a J. I went in and it’s actually a decent market. Its the combination of a traditional Armenian market and your ideal American marketplace. Meat section looked very fresh. Isles are a bit too narrow and you have traffic jams building up among the customers. However, I liked my experience here. I was able to find what I was looking for.

Whenever Im in this Jons I feel like I am in the neighborhood store. They are not as big as the majors but they carry a wide variety of items that you dont find elsewhere and they have very competitive pricing on many items. I consume a great many vegetables and Jons stocks a wide variety including the common one (carrots, green beans, spinach and potatoes). The meat selection is abundant with real butchers cutting right in front of your eyes. You can choose meat, fish or fowl and it is fresh. And of course they stock all the items you need to prepare your meal. The store is clean and the staff very friendly.

Nice supermarket, fresh fruits & produce, fresh Dely section, little pricey compare to Super king, but worted, because theyre fresh. Their workers sometimes they have good customer service, & sometimes not, when you call them to ask them a question about some products, they put you on hold a long time & then hang up the phone on your face, its always important to get the employees name when you talk to them, & tell their store manager to train them well. Its a very small supermarket compare to others, & their parking is always very crowded.

Ive been going to Johns market for more than 30 years. Johns market has the best meat, cheese and vegetables available its best to go early in the morning before they do fill up and have to wait in line because they have great prices too.

Smaller than other Jons that I have been to but they have a variety of everything. They had everything that I needed and their produce is very fresh. Been a regular here for sometime and friendly service when needing help finding something.

Good food variety, but horrible service - as I was checking out I placed my basket on the belt at the register, the cashier asked me to take the items out of the basket...who trained her or is this how you train your employees?! Was it hard to remove the items out of the basket and scan them out, last I checked its called job security. Next time I got a long shopping list Ill think twice about visiting JONS. Sad to see it go downhill in terms of customer service.

Too many confused old people

First time going here. Quite small compare to Vons and Ralphs. Prices are more expensive than SuperKing but maybe cheaper than Vons. I like they have fresh warm baguette in the morning. Lots of Armenian bread and stuff. It feels like an ethnic supermarket to me.

I come here for the Armenian lavash and the fresh hummus. Its always fresh and the variety is very good.The rest of the market is fine, if a bit small. Its clean as well.The one real drag is the parking, which can be a real bear.

They have everything fresh and nice and the staff is super friendly and helful smiling saluting RESPECTFUL .....and all the staff care about the customers !!!!!!!

This supermarket is located on the corner of Colorado and Glendale Ave. They have great prices. Definitely have great staff. They have samples sometimes. Its not a huge supermarket but they have a wide variety and selection here. They are right next to the bank . They have a parking lot Dont park in the banks parking lot you will get towed. They have a weekly ad and daily specials.

Jons markets are neighborhood specific. They provide fresh produce and ethnic specific food thats based on the general neighborhood.Stores are always clean, the staff very friendly and the produce fresh.No two are alike. Sometimes I travel to a different location just to get what I want.

Good grocery store, compared to the other branch on Glenoaks Blvd and Western street in Glendale, it’s s totally different experience. This store is much smaller, parking is super packed most of the time not easy to get in and out! Not all the same products available at this store obviously because of the size of the store, workers seem to hide instead of greeting the customers and ask if they can help with anything as they do in the other store... probably they need to be retrained by the same management at the other store and reorganize the store seems too crowded ... wish you the best, I’ll try to use the one on northwest side of Glendale ... for now unless for emergencies...

Nice, smallish store with great deli counter, good service and fresh produce. Much more pleasant than going to some of the larger superstores. Maybe slightly pricier than Ralphs but cheaper than whole foods, especially for deli meat.

A bit pricey on fresh products, the assistant staffs most of the time are helpful, have a good selection of Armenian hard liquor and other Armenian products. The parking lot could get annoying during the day and night. The cashiers are fast and nice.

Went here for the first time on Easter weekend with my grandma and it was a nice place to shop at. We went there mostly for the fresh produce. Tomatoes, asparagus, and lemons just to name a few and they were very fresh. Parking lot is small and can be hard to get into if its busy but other than that it earned the 5 star rate.

They have nothing in this place it looks so empty. They need to have more selections and merchandise better .

Went to buy from my work and asked the lady at the register if the business name from my job can be added on my receipt before pay. She nicely offered me to talk to the store manager, who honestly didnt offer a solution for that. Others stores like Smart and Final they do it. The lady even apologized but not the manager. Not a smooth experience.

I came in today and they were serving tortellini fresh out of a Parmesan bowl. This, hands down, without a doubt has to be the most delicious way to eat tortellini. Well done, Jons Marketplace. Brilliant idea.

They tend to realize bottlenecks and move to alleviate long lines fast and honestly, thats all you can ask for.At least realizing long lines and jumping into action.A+ for effort and A+ for selection and price

Good, but small isles. Its hard to maneuver through the store because of space and overcrowding. They dont always have what Im looking for. Ive witnessed a fight too. The staff is kind and helpful.

Its an OK supermarket, lots of good specialty items for the neighborhood, its no whole foods.

If you can endure the location and parking, then the adequate product selection and prices may be worth it. Staff needs to be more informed, focused and helpful. Shelf space and aisle layout needs to be improved, which is now overcrowded by items that do not sell well. Take an example from Vons and widen the aisles.

Parking is horrible but once in, flowers and produce selection and prices are the best in town. Great selection of Armenian dairy and breads for great prices. No selection of Asain foods (sad face). The meat counter is formidable but I need to know if the meats are local an d the butchers were not sure.

This is my destination for a quick shop n go. Fresh produce, good meat deals, and good alcohol variety.Dont go on weekends its a nightmare.

Parking is always a problem, it is not big enough and not well organized. Cars entering from a street sometimes make e long lines, blocking tstreet traffic. Store is always crowded except for opening and closing hours. Also there are always to stay in long lines, its exhausting...On the positive side, this store stock is Armenia and post-soviet countries oriented, one can find almost everything he needs.

It used to have very low quality merchandise and I havent been there in a long time. I went back recently and was shocked! Quality improved 110% and the prices are very affordable.

Really bad costumer service.We asked for some pork to be cut but guy behind counter refused. He kept saying that he wasnt authorized to cut meat because chicken would contaminate the machine. We didnt ask for chicken. Spoke to manager who said the same thing. She gave us a number to corporate office and told us to call so they can tell us the same thing. We never had this issue and weve been coming here for years. Sad to say no more but they wont care because they dont value costumers.

I like going to this market, I didnt like that when I went to meat cutter part, they had marinated flap meat for $2.99 and when I told Man I wanted 6 pounds he said it 8.99 pound and I said, no you have a sign here that indicates it he said where, I showed him where then he took sign out, he said if I want it $8.99 I said no, I said you have to give me it at that price, I didnt get it at that time, afterwards I seen manager I told her I was going to make complaint, so she got another manager to talk to me, and explain to him, he said gentleman told you I said one of those, he said how many pounds do you want, I told him 6 pounds and he said ok I will be right back and he went to talk to meat market person, and came back meat at the $2.99 price, so that Manager great manager. When that happens to you, your suppose to get it at that discount price.
